The guy who changes the tires is jerk and disrespectful. He has a smart mouth. Eventually somebody will not tolerate his smart mouth. Jerk made we wait ten minutes after he finished his dogfood.

Rip off place, the owner, Hindu guy, pretty mean, refused to use new clips on new break pads to cut corners. He sent me away because I was observing him just to I make sure he wasn t dishonest. He ended up hiding the new clips and told he replaced them. Can t believe he s all about the money and mediocre work, didn t even bleed the break lines

I was in a bind with a wheel lock key that did not come with my Volkswagen Passat. Being that the tires were in poor shape and needed to be replaced immediately. JT agreed to help and was able to service my vehicle within a half hour. Excellent service with impeccable skills! Would recommend to anyone.

Not a good place to go. Ali charged me $170 for a used tire that he pulled a nail out of. I even showed him the price of the new tire online that where $170. He is definitely out to get you. Be careful. One star is too much.

I was sent here from low cost tires because low cost tire employee didnt have both tires I needed. Wish he had because A&F was not as welcoming and helpful as low cost. I was told I would pay 40 even for the same service I got at low cost, after he fixed my tire he then says I owe 45, at the last minute he wants to charge disposal of tire fee. He should have said that at the beginning, most places charge 2.00 for disposing the tire, low cost tires dis not charge at all. Felt like A&F tried to get extra money out of me. I disposed of my tire myself and paid 40 even like we discussed before I received services.

RIP OFF!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Dishonest, I purchased brand new tires with this shop. Only 2 were brand new for over $300. I tried returning tires after 2 months because wire started to show and it was bald. I was still within warranty shop says I can only get 25% off instead of honoring warranty. Not only that tires were never new from the jump. Owner gave me runaround saying I could get a brand new tire and changed mind when I got there and also charged me for a used tires that I needed because wire was obviously showing on one that was in warranty. RIP OFFFF! DO NOT COME HERE!

Phil was excellent. Super fast tire change, gave me good recommendations for my brakes and the cost was reasonable. I've come to R&K and A&F for years. They are consistently good.

Terrible experience .... Went on a Sunday it was the only nearby shop that had my tire size the man got mad because he NEVER checked the tire for holes before putting it on my car , once I asked him to check for holes he took the tire off and rolled it on my foot . DO NOT GO HERE !!

They were super fast and I got a great deal for my tires. The most important thing is that they're actually open. I checked every other place in Newport News that were supposed to be open at 8:30am. and all of them were closed except A and F.

I was in and about in about 10 minutes. The owner actually had my tire size in stock when others didn't. He also does wheel alignments and his price is reasonable

Went to buy 2 used tires before driving to Texas...I m now stuck in Tennessee. One tire that was sold to me barely has tread and the other is dry rotted and the lug nuts are sticking out because they were swapped out. Very disappointed and will be giving the cops a call. These actions could have brought my life to an end had i not decided to stop and check to see why my car was shaking uncontrollably.

They charged me $40/tire just to change them. I already had the tires, just needed them swapped. In the 45min I was there, they mounted my directional tires wrong twice, lost one of my valve stem caps, and scratched 3 out of 4 of my wheels. $160. I will not be coming back.

This dude tried tried to charge me $90 for a used tire. Then the tire was damn near bald. Then he told the dude let him see if he can break the tire...what!! What do that even mean. He tried to play me like i was some dumb black dude at that. Definitely do not recommend this place to nobody.

Best tire shop in Newport news... I will never go any where else... They also just installed equipment to do alignments ! Great place! Great service! Great prices!

I love this place great service tires used but Nearly new no problems highly highly highly highly recommend you come here I told all my friends about it and they're telling their friends about it highly recommended and if you can get All 4 used tires Trust and believe your money is good this is Sean and the hood and Newport News approve this message

Had a nail in my tire. Could have easily told me a needed a brand new one. Nope. He patched it for 15 dollars and I was on my way.
