Over all satisfied with the company. Our last service was it Diego, he called to let me know he was on his way, Evan was able to get to our house early and made sure it was still a good time. He was very polite and respectful, even with our cats when he was done, Diego explained the service sheet to me. Very knowledgeable. Mt. Vally has been great and reliable. I highly recommend.

Mountain Valley Home Comfort is a great company that cares about their customers. They have taken care of us and our systems since day 1 about 3.5 years ago. Had a loop pump go bad and trip fuses/breakers, and they diagnosed us quickly. They bypassed 1 pump in 2 pump system so we have heat. They re ordering replacement parts and I am sure will have full system operational in no time. Always great working with them. Tim does an excellent job communicating and resolving any issues we encounter.

Mountain Valley Home Comfort and their employees did a great job. From Johnny s services in yearly inspections to Nate s quote for a new Lennox System and Ottis s crew that installed the system. Every step of the way they explained everything so we could make a wise and informed decision on how to equip our home with an efficient cost cutting Lennox system. Our sincere thanks to the whole team for their hard work and kindness. They are very professional and hardworking to help the consumers get the best for their home. We would recommend this company and their employees for any HVAC service!

Nathan came today to do the yearly checkup on my HVAC system. I didn t realize that the check up program that I had purchased covered up to 3 systems. No one had done or said anything at the six month check up. I am so thankful that Nathan noticed the second system and took the time to check the other system! He explained that that system was barely working which was the reason why my electric bill was so high and how the mark on my ceiling had happened again because of the faulty system in my attic. He explained what would be needed to fix the system. I asked what a new system would cost. It s too bad this didn t happen six months ago that I could have gotten a discount getting two systems at the same time and wouldn t have a mark on my ceiling from a faulty system. Nevertheless, I so appreciate Nathan s expertise along with his patience answering the numerous questions. I also appreciated getting the facts so that I could make an informed decision. There was no high pressure sales pitch. I have decided to get a new system. While at my home, Nathan arranged an appointment for the salesperson to meet with me tomorrow. I could not have ask for better Service or, a more Pleasant experience. I was the Victim of a poorly Constructed House that was built in the mid 90's by P.J. Wright. I've had to live and Tolerate a poorly installed Dryer Vent System that was nothing more than the leading cause of Home Fires all these years.After calling Mountain Valley and explaining my problem, Tabby, who completely understood my pain, sent out a Technician named Craig who completely understood my problem and provided a Solution. His Solution saved me money, gave me a more Effective Dryer Ventilation System, and gave me a "Peace of Mind" that my house was not going to burn down because of a Poorly Installed System from the beginning.Within 2 days the Service Man came named Sam. He preformed the Installation of the new system with-in 2 hours. Any mess was cleaned up as if he was never there. He even offered to help me do anything else that was associated with the project. I call that "above and beyond" Customer Service.Bottom Line... these guys and gals are a Seemless Team! I also have a Peaceful Mind knowing that if I need Future Services that are provided by Mountain Valley I know where to go!!! Job Well Done Mountain Valley...

Technicians excellent, office staff now difficult to work with. For all the repair calls I've had to make, both office & service teams have been great, sending appointment confirmations & calling when they were on their way. Once I agreed to purchase a new system, however (the salesperson talks VERY fast, I had to repeat questions many times to be able to understand answers), the office has been unresponsive. I had to request info multiple times regarding when & if the new install technicians were still coming (they arrived 45 minutes after the time the office gave me), both over voice & text, & got no response at all when the electrcian needed to come out after the new system installation to fix the wiring, so he just showed up at 7:45am even though I informed the office that I had critical work meetings until 11am that I then had to miss. Technicians have been extremely knowledgeable & professional, & even though the office staff used to be responsive & helpful they are not anymore.Edit: I'm now finding out from the loan company that MVHC uses that they will not recalculate the monthly payments after a big down payment. The MVHC salesperson explicitly told me, more than once, that a down payment would lower my monthly bill for the equipment. Beware of working with their sales team, because once you've agreed to make a significant purchase all bets are off that they've been honest about anything & then they disappear. Extremely disappointed.

So very disappointed. The owner of the company sold us our heat pump in 2019. We have used them a lot, but all of a sudden, we have been treated very badly and they refuse to speak to us or return calls. We have no heat from the unit except the back up heat and has cost us huge electricity bills until we found out what was wrong. They won't discuss anything with us. We are 81 years old and feel quite helpless. Never ran into any company that would refuse to speak to you.

From the beginning of the process to the end of installation, every person was excellent. Lauren was superb in her professional knowledge, patience as we worked through making a decision, prompt in responding to our communication, and personable. Otis and Noah were excellent in their installation, Kevin was so very knowledgeable about follow-up questions and concerns, Frank was great in doing subsequent duct work, appreciated his suggestions and doing the work, per our needs. Office staff kept us informed in a timely manner for needed information.We highly recommend Mountain Valley Home Comfort!3-19-2021Just had Diego come to our home for first time maintenance. Service from estimate to installation was fast and professional. Carrie, who provided the estimate, was the only of three estimators who provided a range of possible systems, allowing us to choose the one that was best for our needs. Santana and Daniel were prompt and completely professional; the installation went smoothly, and Santana shared photos of the new installation of the interior unit in the attic with me, explaining certain important details clearly. We purchased two units last Fall (2021). One hybrid for our home and a mini-split for our garage. They were quick to schedule and install. Also answered all our question. Our 1 year anniversary came along and we scheduled the service. Apparently there was an issue with the unit (the capacitor). We were informed that the part was under warranty BUT we had to pay for the labor to replace. We were upset b/c the unit is only 1 year old. We paid 8k and then they charged us again for labor. (Not to mention the yearly maintenance fee). This is NOT good business on a 1 year old machine. I can understand if it's older. But 1 year. NOT good business.

Noah R. and Santana installed our new heat pump today. Good manners. Efficient. Went over everything several times to make sure I understood how to use the new system. Left inside and outside clean.Lauren the service advisor was very helpful in helping us decide what unit we wanted to purchase. They all were obviously very well trained. My husband and I reached out to MVHC when our 15 year old HVAC unit started having issues. Glenn came out and helped us select a replacement unit and we couldn t have asked for better service. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he didn t pressure us into a sale. In less than a week, Santana, Daniel, and Brendan came out for installation and we were extremely satisfied with the results and recommended them to my in-laws who also need to replace their home unit. We (Linda and I) were very pleased with our service we received on Monday, July 25, 2022 from Mountain Valley Home Comfort and, especially, Juan Garcia.We have always used Mountain Valley and plan to continue so in the future. Juan Garcia was very good at assisting us with repairs, maintenance and answering all of our questions. Of course like in anything where service people/companies come into a home, we had questions after he departed. We always have gotten follow-up questions answered in a timely manner.Juan is an excellent representative for Mountain Valley. He is professional, knowledgeable and was able to communicate answers to our questions, which were many. He was patient and courteous and never hesitated in giving us the "good, the bad, and the ugly" as the expression goes. Service as it should be!Made a call for service to my A/C on a Monday morning. By 10:30 a technician arrived and after many diagnostics, determined that my 20 year old compressor needed replaced. (By the way, he diagnosed a second unit which I had not been using as well) He made a call and within 45 minutes Lauren arrived and prepared and estimate with several options. I made a decision and she called that afternoon to tell me that they could do the installation along with several other requested modifications Friday morning. Santana and his crew showed up at he promised time of 8:30 and went right to work. By 1 PM everything was installed, clean up completed, old unit loaded, and instructions for operating the new thermostat patiently provided. Mountain Valley Home Comfort has the most professional and hard working team I have ever come across; I would highly recommended them for anyone in need of HVAC repair, replacement, or maintenance. From the inquiry/assessment appointment with Diego, identifying the units we needed with Glenn, and our install with Santana, Kyle, Jose, and team; everything was handled with professionalism and care. The install team was incredible! They made sure to every aspect of our install was thoroughly complete and functioning before anyone left the job site. Every member of the crew was so polite, professional, and made sure we knew how our units functioned. In addition to being professional, it is clear the supervisor created a positive work culture. Jerry G and his crew did a great job installing the Mitsubishi AC units They are working very well Very professional and exceeded expectations in trying to make the install blend in with the house ThanksOtis P and his team did a great job upgrading our heat/AC pump and installing a propane addition.
