Everyone I spoke to was professional, kind, and honest. I was there for a vehicle inspection. It was finished in about an hour. They even gave me a list of deals on tires they offer at certain times and offered to balance them whenever I purchase them. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Appointment is preferred since they get so busy and are trying to help as many people as possible without too much of a wait.

Amazing, Wonderful, Compassionate....a few words to describe the Holtzman Family. I was traveling from MD to WV for my Brother's funeral when I incurred a flat tire. When the tow truck suggested Holtzman, I never knew I would be treated as well as they did!!I was exhausted and full of anxiety. They treated me like their own. I can't thank you all enough for taking care of me on my travels. Although the wait was longer than expected, they made me feel comfortable. They even bought me lunch for having to wait. Who does that??? Holtzman I tell you!Thank you to each and every one of you for making my visit manageable. XOXO

Have had brakes and other work done here and I am really pleased. Desk staff is friendly and helpful, I ve waited in the lobby and it s very comfortable. I ll definitely use them in the future for any work I need done on my vehicle.

On a recent trip from Texas to New Jersey for business, one of my 4 trailer tires totally blew out and shreaded just before an exit with a gas station in sight. Just dumb luck timing! I needed gas anyway so I pulled into the station. The attendant looked at where there used to be a tire on my trailer and said this is your lucky day! About a mile up the road is a tire shop!I drove over and they were very Accommodating. They took me right away and within 20 minutes, I was back on the highway. VERY professional, very friendly. Though they have a whole shop area dedicated to tire sales and service, they also appear to also be a full service truck repair center. It's a shame they are so far outside of my area, I really like this place. I would highly recommend them to anyone in their area.

Great place to go for tire repair. Traveling and in a bind, Holtzmam opens early and they were able to get me in and out under 1.5 hours. Had a nail in my tire and they were able to plug and patch the hole. The front desk service was kind and helpful. Thank you Teresa!

I had to buy a tire , because I had a flat. They had to order a tire for our vehicle. Very reasonable price. Great people and excellent services.

I bought my tires from Holtzman so I get them rotated for free but they didn't rotate the tires and I marked them with a sharpie so the next time when I went in to get them rotated I was sure that they were not rotated and I was lied to. When I called him out on it they told me that the tires when the optimal position for wear and didn't need to be rotated. I'm about 99% sure they didn't change the oil filter when I had them change my oil they just put new oil in it. I would not trust them this is a warning that you better be your own Advocate and pay attention to what they do cuz they will lie to you... I noticed that Holtzman responded to my review and they still argue that my tire did not need to be rotated. The fact is I asked them to rotate my tires and they told me they did it !! They lied to me and told me that they were rotated until I told them I know they didn't rotate them. They lied to me point blank! Now I desperately need to get my tires rotated because the front ones are getting round. I won't take my car back to Holzman because I don't trust them so I will be paying to get my tires rotated and I will bring them the bill.Services: Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

Just all around a good place to take your vehicle. I had a wheel bearing go out and I had a trip two days away. They got me in, fixed me up and at reasonable price. Highly recommend

They got some things right on my steering but missed a cracked radiator on an overheating truck and sent me away with kinda a death sentence for the old truck( head gasket or cracked block, needs a block test ) i saw the leak when i got home and had the radiator replaced the next day somewhere else and it has operated fine ever since.(this company is spread too thin?)Services: Engine repair, Wheel alignment

Due to a faulty truck tire installation by a shop in our local area, we ended up stranded on our way through Mt Jackson with one brand new tire blown, another brand new tire with a valve leak, and without a usable spare as we hadn't replaced it to match the height of the new tires yet as the new set was only a day old. We were able to get a tow to Holtzman and they were extremely helpful and willing to get us back on the road to continue our trip even with our hard to find truck tires. We were in and out in a little over 2 hours with new valves on all our tires and a new spare to get us through the trip. We specifically interacted with Becky, Nate, and David and they were all fantastic.Service: Tires

The entire team at the Holtzman Service Center is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They work to get you in the schedule as soon as possible and the techs work diligently to make sure your vehicle is in top condition before leaving their lot!

Our son was traveling from NY to Charlotte on 5/25/21 and had a flat tire on Interstate 81. After driving to Holtzman using the donut spare, Holtzman was very helpful in plugging the flat tire to get him back on his way. They even checked all the other tires and ensured they were inflated properly. We appreciate the quick repair and willingness to help out our son!Service: Tires

Great service, but not happy with the handling characteristics of the tires I bought. You spend over $900 for a set of truck tires you expect them to ride better than tank treads

The do honest work. The prices are reasonable. Definitely make a reservation as they are normally backed up. Don t expect anything to be done quickly. They have good customer service and do a good job.

I've used them a few times, last time had a gas line fixed, however less than a month later I'll have to have it fixed again. They can't come up with a solution to stop rodents from chewing through

We took our car for holtzman to diagnose what was wrong. We told them it was using a lot of oil, was cutting off and had exhaust problems. They said they fixed it. $1900.00 and less than six months later we took it back for the same issues. They said we never told them about the oil consumption problem and because the mechanic chose a generic code with no description they refused to stand behind their work. How convenient that the mechanic doesn t write everything down. I will never use them again!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great costumer service! The ladies in the front are great and friendly! The guys in the back have done amazing work on our vehicles every time we take them! Blowed out tire on I 80 south on motor home, one phone call and they took us right in to there shop, note: this was after stopping at 2 other shops that refused to help, they were so accommodating and helpful, had us back on the road in a hour, August 5th, 2021, thanks so much , COPPER FOX WINERY gives 2 thumbs up!!!!

Had a vehicle inspection done by Adam . He went over everything on the vehicle. Pass the inspection in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this shop.

I like hosman service center I did my inspections at the shop and now that they moved to a bigger shark they offer more services you should check them out
