Didn t want to leave ANY stars! My daughter s car broke down in that terrible storm on Tuesday. The NM police came and helped push her car to this station. Thank you very much to that kind officer!!! My daughter stopped in this morning, on her way to work, to see if they could check the vehicle for the problem and if not she would have it towed back to Page County. The person in the shop was extremely rude to her and snapped at her before she could fully explain what happened. She also said that he made eye contact with her only ONE time! Not sure why so many good reviews on this place but I ve also read the bad reviews. They fixed the problem so I ll give them that one star.

Went here for an inspection. Was told by some locals it was the place to go to get a passed vehicle. They inspect the basics and send you on your way. This advice was not the experience I had. They inspected it thoroughly and failed it for non safety items, but only after crushing my floor boards by not physically looking at where their lift arms were positioned. ALWAYS LIFT BY THE FRAME. I am giving 2 stars because the atmosphere was friendly and they were able to take me in with little wait. Just want to make sure others are aware that rumors are not true and take your beaters elsewhere.

I took my vehicle there for the first time to have it inspected. Did not have a long wait and was treated with courtesy and respect. Will definitely use this business again.

Been using this Exxon and thier Awesome Services from this Business for Five years for all my car needs. I Always felt I was treated fairly and work was done correctly and in a timely fashion.

Had issues with my vehicle being in low power mode and service stabiltrak. They replaced throttle body sensor and charged me double the price of sensor. I get to shop and they claim they forgot to charge me 70$ for the tow. I stupidity give them an additional 70$ and leave. Two miles down the road I pull onto interstate and service stabiltrak comes on limiting my power and I nearly cause a accident. I manage to limp my vehicle home and write this review. Beware of this place do not leave vehicle here for extended stays or if it's a major electrical issue as they will have no idea what to do. The real idiot here is myself for not spending the time to work on the truck myself.

Working through a road trip from NY to Austin and the car started feeling a little funny last night. I popped over to these guys this morning as soon as they opened to see if they could help get us back on the road before we lost the whole day. Even though they had plenty of work to get to they said they would try their best to get it in between jobs. Not only did they call me back in just a hour that it was ready, their price was totally reasonable. Highly recommend them to travelers passing through, and they were recommended by the woman who checked us into our hotel so the locals trust them too.

Got a flat on the mountain and had my car towed here. Thankfully someone was open on a Sunday and helped us patch the tire and did an excellent job. I work at a repair shop about 120 miles away so I know quality work when I see it! Matt was really nice and got us back on the road quick! Thanks Matt

Probably the most reliable repair guys in New Maket. Have been dealing with them for 30+ years. So busy they don't make appointments, just come and wait or leave the vehicle. Same family has owned it for decades. They're a AAA towing contractor also. Honest and professional people!

Visited again today, for the VA Inspection of our family's other vehicle. Fast service, only a 30 minute wait on a busy Monday afternoon - June 29th (yes, I waited until almost the last day of the month). Young man, Alex, did the work. I waited on one of a couple of chairs provided outside (not a big deal), to maintain Social Distancing...

I'm not sure what one of the previous reviewers meant by this place being 'clean', because it absolutely is not a clean establishment. If that was all, that would be one thing ..and I would likely not even leave a review, but it is not. I dare you to call in to this location and try to ask a question or two. Every time you try to ask a question, it is as-if you are a complete hassle to them. Do they not realize that customers are their source of revenue? You would think that, especially during a pandemic where many cars are NOT on the road and business is slower(er), that they would be a little more hospitable and accommodating. Because this location is convenient to a home that I recently bought in New Market, I have called on them a few times. Every experience was the same - hostile. So strange to experience that in a CUSTOMER SERVICE sector! I gave them my business the first two times, thinking ..hey, maybe the employees were just having off or stressful days. But, this third time, I called in for an oil change and there was no, 'thank you' or 'your welcome' or any time of hospitality whatsoever. I was met with 'yup' for responses and 'hold on' when abruptly placed on hold while the rep sought an answer to my question(s), loud, audible sighs when I asked a follow-up question, and treated as-if my business was not wanted. Very odd. In addition, I came to this establishment the first time for an inspection. The person (younger male) that put my inspection sticker on my car knicked my Windshield tint with the scrapper. FYI, I have a medical waiver for it. I immediately, noticed it, but did not make a fuss over it. However, you can't repair this. The entire windshield tint would have to be replaced which is a $300 job! So, I am just living with it. This location does not accept appointments so you never know how long you will have to wait. They have a very small ..very ..small waiting room that is old and dirty. No way can you adhere to the social distancing while waiting in that room. Under the COVID-19 guidelines, only 1 person would have space there. Lastly, this last time that I called in, I was requesting their price for an oil change for a small sedan that is a diesel using vehicle. I had to push for a price - ODD! when I finally received it, I was quoted appx $100! That is bonkers! Right after that call, I immediately called the dealership to get a cost comparison (for this area). I was quoted $55; almost half! Come on.... Price gouging or they simply did not know what they were doing. These are some backwoods, rough talking boys that answer their phones ..and not Customer Service professionals. They should likely stick to the back office work and off the phones.

Owner was very rude to me this morning. I will never step foot in that place again. I've always given him my business and recommended him. I'm sure his dad wouldn't approve of his behavior!

I've been getting my vehicles serviced here for going on twenty-five years. It's nice to know that when something goes wrong with your car there's a place you can trust to fix it.

Called asked when the last inspection was the guy said the car had to be there before 4. I got there at 3:15pm and he wouldn't do the inspection. Had an attitude after I asked if he could try and fit me in. He only had 1 car ahead of me.

Best place to get an inspection. They never "take you for a ride" on it, but clearly explain what you need to do and give a discount when you come back to get it reinspected. Best place. Seriously.

Traveling from DC to Tennessee, my brakes was vibrating, pull into this awesome Exxon, a technician named "Jermy" assist me of my issues right away! Let me pointed out it's a SATURDAY noon. a brake job on a saturday, I was expected to be told, come back on Monday...all Jermy said was "is the key in the car?" Ladies & Gentlemen, Car was fixed to the tune of ONLY $66.00 . WOW!!In my kontry we say "kamagar" (Thanks)
