This gas station was off in the cut! Lol. I must say the restroom was so clean!! No trash around or anything!! And the store was very clean as well! However Disappointment struck as The man working the store was on the phone the whole time, and couldn't be of any assistance as I'm walking by clearly with a question. But the bathroom and store cleanliness won this one for him. 4 stars!

Have been stopping here for 10+ years.Great little shop with CLEAN bathrooms. Tip: Use the Family Bathroom because fewer people use it AND it has paper towels unlike the Women's/Men's, which only have a blow dryer.However, they do not stick to set hours. If you need something OTHER THAN GAS after 10 pm go at your own risk. Often, the store is closed.Nice open field on the property to pee on when they are closed at night.

Wow!! $4.099??? Thanks to this administration!! Good grief! Can't wait to see how high gas prices will go up to. This gas station looked pretty new. The pumps are in great condition.

We stopped for fuel at this Exxon on a weekday in August 2023. The pumps were not the cleanest, but were not that bad. The pumps worked well and gave you a receipt, when I pressed the receipt button. The windshield washer was kind of falling apart. But I guess it's better than nothing. The prices seemed on the high side. Maybe because they are the only gas station/store at that exit.The inside of the store wasn't very impressive either. I guess they were going for the storage shed look. It seemed dirty and crowded or unorganized. The mens room truly seemed like a storage shed with plumbing.To be fair, everything did what it needed to do. It just didn't give me a great impression.

Finding a clean bathroom on the road is one of the greatest challenges. Finding one with a tiger might be a one in a million. Yet this gas station meets both challenges.What a wonderful find in this sparsely populated area. Will visit again.

There are several good options for gas just up the road at exit 180. I suggest you keep driving.. Virginia is a gorgeous state, full of lovely people - none of them seem to work here though. As mentioned by others, staff here are quite rude. My experience with the man working here was that he was very unkind, even hostile.

The bathroom was very clean and they have a cool tiger to take pictures with in the front. The staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Tommie was the cashier and extremely rude! Stopped for gas ran kids inside to use the bathroom while my boyfriend filled up the cars took 2 minutes. He thought I took the payment inside & the lady was telling us to get out of here. Decided to go spend my money else where on gas. Lost out filling up 2 vehicles of gas and snacks inside! Do not recommend this gas station.

Cashier guy was a jerk and had an attitude. The toilet was leaking and caused the bathroom floor to be flooded. Store wasn t very clean or well lit inside.

Gas prices have been okay when we've stopped there on our way to visit relatives in Tennessee. Restrooms have been relatively clean, staff has been not great but okay when we've stopped there. Check your receipt though, as the cashiers have missed drink price specials on 3 occasions for me...most recently earlier this month when the drinks I bought were supposed to be 2 for $3.00 and I got charged $2.99 each. I was in a hurry and didn't realize it until later when we were miles down the road.

Went in to fill my bottle with water at the fountain like I do everywhere, while walking out, another custom flags me down points to the owner/shopkeep. Tell him I was just getting water and he demands I unscrew my bottle to show him, proceeds to tell me that "if you hadn't come back I would have had to call the cops for shoplifting." Really quite arrogant, and while I could have asked, the fact he would have called the cops on me for shoplifting is annoying at best. The gas is super expensive too.

This gas station has cute little whatnots in it but the prices are unreal. The gas is too high they drinks snacks and food or too high, cigarettes are overpriced, and pretty much anything else in there is Sky High. I understand that's probably because it's right beside the interstate but come on.

The cashier charged me for 2 jerkies, even though I was buying only one. She refused to remove it, even though I pointed out her error. Be careful and ask for a receipt here.

On our way to Roanoke and hit something in the road and got a flat tire. Called Natural Bridge Exxon and Daniel was there in about 15 minutes. He towed us back to the shop, put air in our spare tire and switched the tires. Back on the road in no time. Nice to know there are still good people out there wanting to help. Thanks for everything.

Small cute gas station with a little bit of everything. Nice employee. 3 stars because of the one person outdoor bathrooms. Clean, but still outdoors.

Way overpriced gas for the area. Only stopped in because they loudly advertised Virginia jam and they didn't even have it.

Lady at the register isn t wearing a mask and is rude. Lots of people inside without masks on. Decided to walk out and not spend my money here.

Nice service station but I hate the gas station TV they have in the pumps now. I have better things to do than listen to commercials the whole time that the fuel is pumping
