They are very fair and honest. I was told by another mechanic that I need it. Spark plugs an cor packs.And 02 sensor.The only thing that was wrong with my truck was. I had a spark plug wire that was off. They could have charge me for all of those things. And I would have never known. Again, this place is very honest.And great mechanics.

I was recommended this location by another repair shop. I have been working to get my sisters car all fixed. We brought in her car and from the start it was a fantastic experience! The guys at the desk take care of you right away and the mechanics in the back don t waste time and are honest and helpful! Roy Hendricks is definitely my go to place from this point on! First time going and it was a great experience! Very laid back, easy to talk to, and everyone was very polite. They were flexible about being able to take a look at my vehicle and was able to get it repaired within a very reasonable amount of time, and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning.

I am a working Mom on the go and so time is never on my side. I scheduled an oil change and State Inspection (was way overdue) and I said I would wait on it. I was able to make my appointment online and it was a very user-friendly platform for navigate through. My appointment was at 8:30a and I was prepared to sit and work for 90 minutes. At 9:00a I see my truck roll around and I hear my name. Could this be? Was everything completed in under 30 minutes?! It s like NASCAR speed! I appreciate the timeliness and honoring true appointment times.Now, being that I was going to set up my office in there, I was prepared to work in any condition- it is a mechanics shop after all. However, this was the CLEANEST lobby that I have ever sat in. There were side tables with two leather(ish) couches and multiple chairs and high-tops for work stations or to watch their large TV. They have a Keurig station and coke, sprite and water in a mini-fridge, along with crackers on top. I could have sat there for hours. I haven t had the need to go to a mechanic in years, but I will definitely be back.

The best automotive shop in central Virginia. Always extremely helpful, personable, and reasonably priced. They get the job done fast too! Would highly recommend them to anyone who is frustrated with their current repair shop.

Took my SUV in for an oil change and they gave me a diagnostic on my car overall. Told me I needed new brakes and rotors because someone who did the install only a few months did a horrible job. Within a day, I was in and out and the price would ve been almost half what it would ve been at a chain/dealership shop. My car runs smoother and drives like it did when it was brand new. I will definitely go here in the future if I have car issues. Thanks guys!

My go to place for about 20 years now. Very fair people. Some shops are going to find something wrong with your inspection everytime just to make money off of you, like brake work which is an easy money maker for them, but not Roy Hendrick's. They know its best to make money honestly over decades off a customer rather than stiff you bigtime once and have you find another shop.

I have taken my Honda Civic here on numerous occasions and, each time, it has been a really good and professional experience. Everyone is super friendly, particularly Travis. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This place is amazing!! Came in with a broken exhaust line that came apart while driving to town from South Carolina and they took me in and had me out the door in less than 2 hours. Very friend and professional staff!! Found a new home for auto repair work!!

This is a busy shop and sometimes it takes longer than expected, I trust them though to not oversell me and they back their work. So, pretty happy customer for many years.

Not the best experience at all I went there to get exhaust done on my jeep Cherokee and told them to call me before he put the muffler on the jeep because I wanted a specific muffler on the jeep and never got a phone call and they just put what they wanted on my jeep and still charged full price do not recommend this place very poor communication

Staff always friendly and professional. Work is completed on a timely basis, which is important to me. They were referred to me by a very good friend who knows Mr. Hendricks who started the business many years ago. We ve been using Hendrick s for both of our vehicles since we moved here in 2020. I am consistently impressed with their service, friendliness, and fair prices for parts and labor! I was especially amazed by our most recent experience; our truck was repaired in just a few hours. I couldn t believe when they called to say the truck was ready! Thanks for everything!

I had gotten a part for my car and needed it installed that same day and i called around for quotes and I was quoted anywhere from $450-$250. Then, I called this location and spoke to Robert and he quoted me an amazing $130 and got me in the same day!! As soon as I pulled up to the shop and gave them my details, they too the keys, pulled it in, and started the work. I was expecting a few hour wait for coming in so late and not setting an appointment but it was done in less than an hour!! Robert and his crew are very quick, professional, understanding, and kind. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done at an amazing price and quickly too!Service: Exhaust
