I had a fantastic experience at automotive concepts! Jim was friendly and also demonstrated a high level of honesty, making sure I felt confident in their services. I have been here a few times now and each time has been for odd issues I ve got going on with my car. Jimmy, the owner, is always ready for a challenge and takes it on no problem. Very professional and trustworthy team. They will not replace things that don t need replacing just to make a buck. Jimmy also does a great program with the school my wife works at and does oil changes/inspections (probably other things, but that is all we needed) by picking the vehicle up and returning it in a timely manner on the same day. A nice handy notepad was also left in her seat when she went to drive home. It s the small things that go a long way. These guys are family owned and they treat you like one of their own and does thorough work on your vehicle. I would tell anyone to get work done here compared to those Firestone guys and have to wait all day for a simple inspection or wheel alignment.

My wife came here to get an oil change at the beginning of Covid and we have been using them for things here and there. They are honestly the friendliest and easiest places to work with that I have been too. The owner Jimmy is super friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. Got me in at the last minute. I am truly a grateful customer. Also, my daughter was in from out of town, and her car broke down and wouldn't start. I told her to tow it at Automotive Concepts, and they took great care of her car so she could get back home safely. She was surprised and thankful for the quick service. This place is the Best!!!

Guy who answers the phone, who I assume is the owner has a HORRIBLE attitude. I had a great experience the first time I came. 2 weeks later I needed to come back for a noise under my car, called and was told to drop the car off Tuesday evening and that s it. Ok cool! I dropped it off Tuesday evening. Wednesday I hear nothing. I call back today, Thursday and get nothing but attitude from the owner for dropping the car off without any info or phone number .. I was just there?? Also, if you needed info wouldn t you get that when you tell me to drop it off?! They also didn t even fix my issue, he just told me to come get it . I will NOT be returning.

Automotive Concepts is a great shop. We were referred to them a few years ago when we moved from out of state and will not go anywhere else. Decent pricing, fast, high quality work and extremely honest. Jimmy will give pretty reliable budget numbers for bigger work and will be sure to tell me if it s something I can do to save a buck. Our entire family has been using this wonderful company for over 17 years and they constantly exceed expectations. You get honest, upfront answers to your inquiries, very fair prices, super service, and quick service. This week two cars were brought in for their state inspections. Since they actually care about their customers, they discovered serious concerns with one of the cars and informed us immediately. Since the car transports my grandsons, I was extremely appreciative of the discoveries. Most only do what they are authorized to do. Not this company. They are truly professional and care about your safety. If they detect a problem you hear about it immediately.
