Revised Comment - See below...Love my little hometown Tire and Auto shop! Just bought a set of 4 new BF Goodrich Tires for my van. Got a good price, received friendly service, communication was excellent - answered all my questions, smiles, good attitude - WOW such a refreshing change from other businesses! THIS is how it's supposed to be done! THIS is how customers are supposed to be treated! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!07/10/2023 Update - at the time I purchased my tires, I asked about getting front brake pads and rotors I purchased installed and was told when I was ready to call.. I called today and was told, "we don't do that.." deducted two stars from my previous rating due to the inconsistent communication. WHY was I told to call when ready if the service to install them isn't available???

Honest folks, fair prices, solid work. No up selling, no trickery, no mouthbreathers telling you that you need a new transmission when you went in for an oil change. I even saw the owner pull the drill sergeant routine on an employee that he saw slacking in the parking lot. When the big boss is there every day, you know the business is running smoothly.Women and non gear head soft palm fellas can feel confident they're not getting scammed on a repair they know little about.Avoid the chimps at jiffy lube and come get your car worked on here. They even specialize fixing white Ford Rangers (official truck of the northern neck).

This is a decent mechanic. I truly feel they are honest, but post Covid prices are a bit higher than the average mechanic. They have a new policy that allows them to upcharge on parts and potentially labor. I ve been here several times pre Covid.

Friendly and professional. Visited their website and submitted a quote request. I received an answer within an hour. The price was competitive, so I scheduled an appointment. Arrived for the appointment and my car was taken in on time. The work was done promptly and I was on my way. I've got no complaints.

Excellent service, we needed two tires put on our van. We made one phone call, made an appointment, and they got the job done in nothing flat. Staff was very helpful and polite. Do yourself a favor, check them out.

I dropped in without an appointment. They fit me right in to their schedule.Very friendly and professional people. I was back on the road in a half hour, and for a reasonable price. O'Biers is what you want a tire place to be!

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. What a pleasant surprise. While on vacation I was in urgent need of work on my brakes and they got it done right away for me. I had never dealt with such a polite and honest mechanic. He kept me up to speed from beginning to end and gave me a very fair price.

Had to have my vehicle inspected today. Called yesterday and got 830 AM appointment. Arrived early and they took me right in. Also asked to check right rear tire for slow leak. Technician completed inspection and checked all tires and added air to allVery satisfied. Great bunch of people.

This is a fantastic place! I have bought several sets of tires here over the years. I've also had numerous repairs performed. They are always fair and do the work right the first time. Never have had to return because something was not right. Today, I had a new set of tires installed. They jumped right on it and had me underway within an hour. Highly recommend Durwood and company!

I needed some urgent help in replacing the tires on my car and this business was able to accommodate me at short notice. They were very helpful and kept me informed as the job was being done. I highly recommend this place.

They are fast , efficient and have good mechanics and reasonable prices. They also do car inspections and are very fair and honest. If you want a place you can trust with your car, this is it.

I have lived in the Neck for 20 years and dealt with almost all tire dealers here. For the first time I had a place that balanced my tires PERFECTLY. This guys are great and Northern Neck Nice...which is saying a lot!!

These guys deserve WAY more than just 5 stars. They've helped our families vehicles time and time again. We recently moved and one of their mechanics (Bobby) managed to talk me through my most recent vehicle crisis from a couple states away. Which as it turned out was a much simpler issue than other mechanics in my area were saying. So once again, THANK YOU so much guys! I highly recommend them. From windows stuck due to mud to the gear shift stuck because of the snow and ice, these guys will have the solution.

I just wanna thank everyone at Obier's Tire & Auto especially Juan for helping me with my car, I had it towed in due too a knocking in the engine and when he told me yesterday what was wrong with it, I was shocked but relieved, but I had to take it too the dealer in order to get it fixed. I would recommend Obier's to everyone you won't be disappointed, thanks again Obier's Tire & Auto.

Down home, good honest service! They don't overcharge you and stand behind their product and service. O'Biers will do other things that national providers won't.

Obiers tire is the best piace to take your car for mostly any repairs. They know what they are doing and the price is right. They will tell you what is wrong and what needs to be done. Obiers tire is the best.
