Trustworthy! I've never felt pushed to have unnecessary work doneas I have at dealer auto shops. I'm so happy to have found Gibsons!You do need to plan ahead for an appointment because I'm not the only one who feels they're an honest business.

Family owned and operated. A little pricey but not compared to most dealers. Most importantly they are honest and won't try to rip you off, so their price is worth it and will save you money in the long run.They also sell guns and ammunition and reloading equipment, the owner is very knowledgeable.

Gibsons Auto Services were nothing short of Fantastic!!!I had a flat tire, and not only did they fix that but they found another slow leak in the valve stem.They were super friendly and took me in at the last minute and did fast work.I would highly recommend them, and would bring my car back here, over and over again.

Great Customer Service and quality of work for their Auto repairs. Their repair price's seem to be a little higher than other's. If you are on a budget this might not be the place for you. They also sell weapons and ammunition. I would rather buy guns and ammo from them than get my repairs done there. That being said staff seems kind and respectful. Only reason I, personally, do not get my repairs done there is their price's.

Great, fast, friendly service. I'm from out of town, and needed my daughter's car's oil changed. With no appointment, I showed up at 7:45am. They were open, and ready for business. Out the door at 8:30. Freaking fantastic. 5 stars all the way.

Service was in a timely manner and affordable. The man showed me the problem and explained before doing the work,and gave me a choice. Unlike some garages, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend Gibson's.

Everytime we use Gibson's, everything about their service is great!I just had my truck inspected, they had me on my way in 38 minutes. Fixed our RAV4 quickly and for half the price Toyota wanted.And on top of that, they sell guns and ammo at great prices.

Fantastic place for all your vehicle service and maintenance needs. Fair on price and honest. Great friendly owners and employees. Always busy but still quick to get your automobile back in a timely manner. Wish they had weekend hours but even they need time away from work..

I am here on vacation from New Hampshire. My alternator went out while I was here. These guys fit me into their already full schedule and had my car back to me in 24 hours. I was very pleased with the price and the service. It is always a little scary to have to try a new repair shop that you are not familiar with, but I would take my car back here again! Thanks for the quick, fairly priced, and competent service!

The Gibson's have taken excellent care of my vehicles for over 20 years. They have the right equipment and skills to tackle just about any automotive problem that you may have. Being a long standing family business, their customer care and ethics are superb! Herman, Mike, Hilda, and the guys do a terrific job! In addition to their technical expertise, they are some of the nicest folks that you will ever meet!!

Can't say enough good about these guys (and at least one "gal," Mrs. Gibson, who runs the office). We have used them for decades and are always pleased with the service and pleasant attitudes we encounter there. These people and their business are truly American in the old tradition. You get a fair shake and NEVER get ripped off.

Wouldn't recommend for guns/ammo. Way overpriced and they wont even do an FFL transfer for you. They will try to get you to pay ~$100 more to buy it directly from them and will refuse FFL transfer.

They will be honest with you about what is necessary. Also, they won't do expensive work without explaining costs and why they found it important to do the service. I appreciate them very much!

didn't save parts for me to look at so I could see damage myself, couldn't take keys out or car when done, shifter was adjusted improperly after repair to starter and flywheel replacement, then on top of it when they made another adjustment to fix their problem they broke a piece in shifter assembly and charged me to fix it, extra $240 on top of the pricey bill, will not take care back there ever again even for a oil change. failed vehicle for parking brake, told me it needed all new assembly (big money) took to local high school for reduced labor rate, low and behold the parking brake shoes were worn out, cost me $50 with parts at highschool , their estimate was over $350 for what they wanted to do.

A family owned business that is well established and wonderful to work with. Great customer service and they have always taken care of anything I have needed for my vehicles from oil changes to brakes, to new tires.

I had my truck in for an inspection they fix the front left headlight changed oil inspected the car and put the mirror back on. I got my car and went to adjust the mirror and it fell off in my hand. I came home and cleaned it up put the new glue on it and it s fine now I d like them to take off the $24 church though
