Great recent experience with Bath County Collision. Had front end damage to my Lexus (hit a black bear going 50mph). Jay (the Owner) & his staff are very professional, consultative, and communicated with me throughout the repair process with status updates. Top Quality workmanship & they expedited parts processing, knowing how important having my vehicle back to me was. Highly recommend... .(Aug. 1, 2019)

My brakes needed work while I was at the Homestead nearby. The hotel recommended Bath County Collision, and they did a wonderful job! The customer service was outstanding. They actually picked the car up AND returned it to the hotel so that I didn't have to miss any of my meetings. Everything was handled in a very professional, friendly way, and the work done was excellent.

I recently broke down on the way to Hidden Valley Campground pulling my camper. We called Jay at Bath County Collision Center. While I was able to repair the truck, I needed a couple of hose clamps. Jay dropped what he was doing and ran them up to my vehicle on the side of the road. He wouldn't even take anything for the clamps or his time!!! Great folks who helped a stranger out in a jam.
