Very friendly and efficient service!Greeted with a water bottle and talked through everything with me prior to doing anything on my car. Didn t have the correct oil for my car but only took them 5 minutes or less to get it and return. Meanwhile I cleaned the inside of my car with a microfiber cloth they provided me! Will be going back!

The staff that worked on my car did amazing. Very respectful and helpful. I live 20 minutes away and will go there every time because they treat you so go and explain everything to you even going out of their way to do more. Really appreciate the customer service.

I needed a last minute oil change. I was headed to a drive up Oil change place (in front of BJs) that I typically go to because I am busy and have kids with me. I got there about 11 mins before closing and they came up and said they had already taken their last car that was in the bay now and turned me away. Which was fine. As I was driving away I saw this Take 5 Oil Change and pulled in and asked if it was too late (they had others they were working on) and they said they would be happy to take care of it for me! I didn t even know this was here and they mentioned they just opened on Tuesday!They noticed my kids in the car and they offered a snack and water for them and they were so excited!! So appreciative for them as this takes something off my plate before travel tomorrow. Will be back next time! Thank you!!Service: Oil change

Very friendly. No wait at 9am. Clean and knowledgeable staff. Entire process took about 15 minutes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they didn't offer water or clean my windshield...as mentioned in other reviews. For a $125 oil change...I wanted a clean windshield.

Good service. Younger group of guys but they got it done and no problems yet! Always quick and efficient there and that s why I keep going back. Good pricing too relative to others in the area

I love their oil and fluid top off policy where if you oil goes below the low level before your next oil change date, they will fill it up free of charge! I also love that they graciously support military members! Thank you Take 5!

Came to get my oil changed and got in one of the three lanes. When my lane came open, they had all of us pull backwards completely behind us and switch spots because one of the other lanes cars was already waiting. Well, that would be fine except for the fact that the lanes are super narrow and they didn t not form a main line. So I had to back all the way up in a super tight spot with three other cars in the same slim lane to switch spots. You need one main line if you expect customers to do that.

Service was fast and easy but when I looked on the receipt, I saw that I was sold Fuel System Cleaner without me asking for that. It was so random that the associate handed me the bottle and then charged me for it? I came for an oil change. Not all the extra stuff. Next time inform people what product you re giving them & ask them if they want that product or not.

Jordan and crew provide exceptional service I trust that you will have a similar experience The team suggested replacing the wipers and cabin air filter too. I agreed and I am grateful I choose the premium blades and they perform well.

In and out and less than ten minutes.. Wow, Including filling up the windshield wiper fluid, set the air in all 4 tires... checking belts, .And getting the oil changed And finally washing the windshield front and back,...they do a great job...THANKS !! GREAT SERVICE..

Had my oil changed here last night, and the crew was great. They were having a great time being at work, and had me laughing the whole time. Savanna and Dylan were 2 of them. The third didn't have a name tag on or I would leave his name too. Great job enjoying your job, even in the rain.

Took my SUV here during the day on a Tuesday and it wasn t busy at all. The gentlemen who helped me were so kind and thorough explaining to me all the options and checking everything they needed to check. No one tried to upsell me on anything which I was prepared for. I got 25% off my first visit and was in and out in 10 mins!

Excellent customer service provided by Stephen, Jordan, and Savannah even though I arrived close to closing. Places typically overfill my tires with pressure and my tire sensors drive me crazy later. Sat across the street at Valvoline for 20 minutes and I don t think those guys moved at all. Drove over to Take 5 and these guys rolled! They brought me a bottle of water, were all very polite, didn t try to pressure sell me on upgrades, and took care of my oil change in less than 15 minutes. Very pleasant experience and I ll gladly return here.

The crew working at this location is amazing! They are fast, personable, and super friendly. No hard sales tactics were used and I feel safe with them inspecting my car under the hood. They've got a lifetime customer here!

The location in vA was horrible . They didn t do everything they was suppose to do. I had to keep telling them . Didn t even reset the oil tracker in the car after i reminded them twice . I go to take 5 on the regular. But this location was horrible. I suggest customer service training and better training so they not just standing around asking the customers what s next.
