Ordered a part online and paid by credit card using their website. Item was shipped and delivered as expected. Good notification system that let me know status at every step. Only improvement would be to make payment easier by linking to amazon.

I tried ordering an intake hose for my 2000 Frontier off the site to no success. The part was labeled wrong on the site. I tried clarifying the order before ordering but noone returned my 3 attempts to contact them. I didn't get a person until I was able to contact them after receiving the wrong part. I have contacted the company as instructed through the email I recieved so that I might return the part and I have not been contacted back. The customer service for me has been almost nonexistent. The prices are good. The part I did get looks to be right for my vehicle, yet it is not what I needed. If I get better service and the right part, I will update this review.

They proactively corrected my order and offered me 3 options to receive the part that would work for my car. I confirmed the option and part I needed and they shipped it to me right away. I was so impressed they noticed I ordered the wrong part, contacted me to let me know and subsequently corrected it for me and sent me the right part - that is going above and beyond! Thank you!

I should have posted this a month ago. I ordered a tailgate hinge online on Saturday, February 10. It shipped Tuesday, February 13. I received it either Thursday or Friday, February 15 or 16. That was excellent for me. I installed it on Saturday, and it fit perfectly. No adjustments needed. You're bookmarked so I can shop with you again.

They sent me an email with the tracking number and everything which is great. I m giving them 2 stars because I ordered this item on a Friday morning and they FINALLY shipped it out the NEXT Friday in the afternoon. I checked the tracking number they sent me and it saids UPS hasn t even picked it up yet. It won t surprise me if UPS can t pick it up until Monday.

Easy to use website, great service. I never write reviews, but 5 stars for these folks as they earned it! Easy to use website, quickly found a brake fluid reservoir cap for a late model. They shipped it quick, and it was packed great exactly as expected. I will be saving their website as a favorite incase the old girl needs more goods! One thing I'd say is a negative is the shipping could be less, but hey, 5 stars is 5 stars regardless.

pretty good experience buying a new head light and side marker light for my 2013 Nissan leaf at this place. Shipping was a tad slow, but that is prob my fault for ordering my parts the day before thanksgiving, so all is forgiven. Overall, I would do business with this place again.

I needed a new license plate holder for my Leaf, and I could either buy it for $45+ from my local nissan dealer, or could get it for under $10 with Hyman Bros., or about $18 with shipping. Yep, went the latter route, and it was exactly what I needed, at a much better price. Thank you!

It took me a while to locate a trunk actuator for my 2007 Nissan Sentra. I had been just making due with not being able to use my key fob to open my trunk.Hyman Bros had it and was priced about the same as most other sellers. The part I ordered was no. 84680ET000 for $ 98.32 with description ACTUATOR. SWITCH. LOCK. TRUNK - OPENER. I ordered on Feb 14th and received it on Feb 16th. The part was packed securely. The most difficult part of replacing was removing the panel in the trunk. I installed in on Feb 18th and have used it several times. It works just like it did when I first bought the car.I would order from this company again. I got a confirmation email for my order, an email with all shipping/tracking information and a final email asking about experience. NO other junk mail!Note: Google has categorized their email confirmations as spam / phishing email. I suspect this is due to how efficient their automation process is set up. (This is my first Google review. I will update if anything changes)

Using GOOGLE to search for a obscure "JACK ROD" for my INFINITI QX4, I found Hyman Bros Nissan to be the best priced for what I needed even when paying for shipping. They were courteous enough to ask if I was sure I was getting the right part. Shipping was lightning fast. I will be doing business with them again, for parts of course because I live in California.

I ordered Nissan armada 2005 dash air vent for passenger and driver side. the driver side was received completely damaged. i requested for an RMA and they did not sent me one or a return tag for a damage I did not cause. i still have the part. i will probably just take the loss.

Had to buy exhaust manifold heat shields for a 2007 Altima 2.5S as I replace the exhaust manifold and rusted-out shields. They not only had the cheapest price I could find, but they also threw in a nissan key chain. Not that I'm going to use it, but it's something, particularly given that the dealership from which I bought the car (Koons Nissan - out of business) didn't even wash the vehicle, fill it with gas, or clean the interior. It's the little things that make the difference. Happy to work with Hyman Bros in the future as the car ages.

This place is a scam, don t take your car to get an oil change and/or service work. If you come in for an oil change, they will tell you that you have a worn out bushing that needs to be replaced $600, $1000, or $1200. My grandmother was told this, along with another lady waiting for her car. They told her they already tore down the car and it s not safe to drive, for both of them! The funny part is, they wanted to isolate my grandmother from the other lady so they could try to minimize any issues between them hearing the same story about their cars. I have heard this story about Hyman Brothers from several other friends as well.If you are stuck in this situation: TELL THEM TO PUT YOUR CAR BACK TOGETHER BECAUSE YOU DID NOT ASK THEM TO REPAIR IT, DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOU CAME IN FOR.
