My first experience with them was wonderful. Very friendly and professional. Gave me a thorough understanding of what was recommended for my vehicle and why but was never pushy/salesy. Very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be taking my vehicles here moving forward.

Really nice guys! Quick, thorough and honest. I m someone who believes in taking care of my vehicle and they went beyond what they needed to do. At other shops I felt like I was just a number. It s they needed to get me out the door as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next number. These guys took the time to actually get to know me and that goes a long way in my book! Thanks gentlemen!

I had my vehicle in for an annual State inspection, the service was done efficiently and I was made aware of the fact that I would need brakes serviced soon and also I had a minor oil leak from the engines valve cover gasket. I was quoted a price for repair. Thank you. They could have simply stated that the vehicle passed the state inspection. I have an additional vehicle that will need a State inspection soon and will plan on bringing it to Old Dominion Tire Services, Inc.

After 40 years of being a loyal client, the staff at Old Dominion addressed my repairs quickly and efficiently as they always have. They have a history of being very conscientious of my budget and needs. Never do they try to upsell or pile on repairs. Always willing to have a plan of responsible and convenient repair scheduling. Highly recommend!

Had a flat tire with a razorblade in it. Called them and asked if they had time to patch and they said they did. Brought the wheel & tire up there and i was gone in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service and standup people.

Got state inspection done here. This is my first time using Old Dominion but it will not be my last. The customer service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

I took my car in the day of the incident and they fixed the problem on the spot and completed the task at hand within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Old Dominion Tire Services for your auto needs.

Amazing service, came in to see if a slow leak could be fixed on a tire. Asked how long it would take to be seen and was told an hour (tire repairman was at lunch). Did some errands and returned in an hour. They immediately pulled the car in and pulled out staples that were in the tire. Staples didn t puncture the inside so no repair was needed. They throughly inspected everything and couldn t find the source. Suggested breaking the tire down and check rims, etc. I opted for a two week slow leak instead of all the effort to try to find it. They will have my business for anything I need in future. Excellent customer service and really nice guy working there.

First visit! Friendly environment! Wasn't a very long wait. I came in to buy 4 tires. They was able to fit me in for my car inspection at that time as well. They are veterans in the business and I am completely satisfied with there services! Special thanks to David and those who answered all my concerns!

Got me in same day for a safety inspection and I was able to wait at the dealer instead of having to drop the car off. So convenient and very friendly service. They also take appointments for inspections. I ll be seeing them for my future car maintenance, repairs, and inspections. I also like the location- much calmer and easier access than the places on Hull street.

Stopped to get a tire patched after running over a nail. The only good thing is the tire isn t leaking anymore. But now have a chip in the clear coat, residue from where the weights were removed and clearly not the valve cap I arrived there with.

When I got a flat tire Old Dominion couldn t have been better! They got me in the same day and when I found out I needed a new tire they ordered me one that was in the very next day. They made everything so easy and couldn t have been nicer people! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with customer service and the work done by Old Dominion Tire Services. From the initial call to picking up my vehicle after the work was complete. Chris was friendly, professional and personable. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done well and in a timely manner. Really good and honest team working here. I took my 10+ year old car to ODT for inspection - didn't pass. They provided me with detailed report of the issues needed to pass and additional recommendations. The inspection eventually passed and other issues resolved. Overall, the experience with ODT was pleasant and non-coercive (for lack of a better word). Chris and Philip are very approachable, knowledgeable and professional. I went in with not much expectation, but they earned my business and had been back since.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

I had a slow leak in a tire (due to a screw in the tread) and called them on Thursday afternoon to see if they could please squeeze me in the next day. They did, at 10 AM. They plugged the leak from inside the tire and did it in less than 30 minutes. I am one very happy customer.Service: TiresService: Tires

Told me they couldn t start till 2 o clock. I took my truck up there at 10 o clock. They called me at 11:30 said it was completed quick and efficient and a reasonable price

Inspection & oil change was fine. Little pricey to plug a tire though. Could have just past my inspection & save me $30. Discount tire is free

Had an appointment for a state inspection. Philip behind the desk said it would be about an hour or 45 minutes. He was right I was out and about 45 minutes.The staff was very courteous and friendly to all I saw come in for service, and each other.I will definitely consider returning to them again.Good people good service good atmosphere and waiting room.

Instant support and professional service. My new go to for RV inspections. They support service members and actively promoted an Angel tree for kids. Great place.
