Great experience at this location. Came in to get an alignment and was greeted by Ms. Cherrie at the front desk that provided great service with a smile. While at the location I had the pleasure of talking with Store Manager Desmond who provided a top notch experience and assurance that I was in the best hands possible. I left the location with a smile and a shop that will forever service my family s vehicles. Thanks for everything and keep up the genuine hard work. Go Cowboys!

Staff was very great and respectful. I would recommend anyone to go there. I got 4 tires installed and they were finish in 30 minutes. If I was the boss I would ve giving them a raise. Thanks so much again.

I brought my 2002 Ram 1500 in for a front end alignment after I replaced the rack and pinion. Cherrie and team did a great job. I was in and out in 30 mins and the truck is driving in a straight line now. thanks all for the quick response.

I made an appointment to have brakes replaced, and they serviced my car right away. Desmond and staff were very helpful and courteous. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Hull St location.

Desmond and John did a tremendous job getting me in with no wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They were very professional and answered all of my questions! Highly recommend!!

Went here yesterday for an oil change. Ended up having to get a new break pad. I honestly knew it was coming. My anxiety had me a little uncertain if I was about to be jipped on price. Desmond was wonderful though at getting me a great deal that didn t kill my bank. Not to mention I was worried I d be there all day but after I okayed everything my car was done within an hour. I will definitely go back. And cherrie (not sure if I spelled her name right) was so friendly and welcoming when I first came in. Great experience.

Went to this location to get some tires. I m a return customer. The store manager was so helpful . My husband passed and I had no idea what kind of tires I needed. He was patient with me and assisted me in choosing the best priced tires for my vehicle. Wonderful customer service.

Desmond was amazing!! Hands down was professional and very knowledgeable. I came in for a tire and he gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Also lee did an amazing job. Im definitely coming back to this store because of them!

I went in for an alignment. Desmond and the service manager was amazing. They explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle. They answered all questions. They have gained a loyal customer with this amazing service. Keep up the good work.

I was desparate to get my brakes fixed on a Sunday morning before driving eight hours back home to Ohio. NTB had the expertise and Acura parts in stock to get me back on the road within two hours. Thank you to the men of NTB who made it possible that morning.

I have been using this store for over 20 years since they were Merchants, then NTB, and now that they are Mavis I am not pleased with them. I went in there this morning to have the tires that I bought there as NTB, rotated and balanced, which is a free service from NTB, and to have an alignment with the 3 year alignment package I bought from NTB, to be told without the original paperwork they can't do it. They guy looked me up in the computer and said, "Wow you do a lot of business here, but I don't see this car." I found the road hazard paperwork with a work order number and he wouldn't look it up with that. He did tell me that he would be happy to do the work for me for a charge, well I guess so. 20+years as a customer gone.

Scheduled to have my car done a week in advance. Walked in and NTB told me I didn t have an appt with them (which I did) but they still took me in as they weren t as busy at 9am. Then NTB told me what was wrong with my car and informed me that they saw something on my tire and pulled it out so I d need my tire replaced as well. So I asked for an estimate on the work/tire and if they d be able to do it today. I was told their system was down and they couldn t look up parts to give any estimate or do any work, not even on the flat tire I now have. I took off work for this specific day to get this done but now my cars not fixed and they just let me drive off a flat tire that wouldn t hold air for more than 10 minutes. So then I spent my day trying to get a new tire somewhere while stopping 5 times at between sheetz and wawas putting air in. NTB also told me they would call with an estimate when their systems back up and it s been a few days- no call. I won t be back anyways, too unreliable.

Disappointing visit for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service was complete and the keys handed back; there was oil dripped down the outside of the car and tires were not rotated. They corrected the issues, so that earns two stars. Had any one of the team members acted like they cared about what had transpired you could have earned up to four stars and a thanks for making it right review (if any review at all); however when you shrug your shoulders and say we fixed it in a dismissive/ go away manner... you earn what you earn Miss-Manager.We appreciate your assistance today in servicing our daughter s car and for allowing us to put our trust in your organization to maintain a safe vehicle for her. Our apologies if we were any inconvience to you today. Thank you so much and have wonderful day.

Note- This review is for the store at Midlothian Tpk across from the middle school.Been a regular customer for almost 20 years and have seen this business change from Merchant's to NTB and now Mavis, Service today at the Midlothian Tpk store was prompt being that the bays were almost empty which is unusual for this location. The building and waiting area is in need of a refresh as it's getting old and dingy. Overall, the service was fine.
