I was late for my appointment and they were still able to fit me in and patch my tire! I waited in the clean and quiet waiting area and worked on my laptop. They were efficient and I was able to leave in about an hour. The staff were welcoming and friendly as well! I ll definitely return

**Update**- (Took it to a different tire shop and they rebalanced them and problem solved.)Told us 1 hour for tires and alignment in which it ended up taking 3 hours. Ok no real big deal but then drove off and the car was shaking so bad thought it was gonna fall apart. Brought it right back and still had to wait again just to get it back in to fix the problem they created. After waiting another hour told us it was just a wheel weight that fell off. Drove off again and still the shaking. Discovered the air pressure was overinflated by almost 10lbs a tire. After spending half a day dealing with these people I'm not going back but will be contacting management and corporate Monday. This is the most ridiculous experience for such an easy job I've ever had. Will never use them again. No wonder it wasn't really busy on a Saturday

Went into the shop to have my tires rotated and alignment done and had one of the best experiences. Brandy has such a positive attitude and such a people person. Aside from the great service Brandy will keep me coming back. Thank you Brandy for taking such good care of me and keeping me informed. You rock!!

I received top notch service at this location. Desmond and Brandy were very professional, helpful and courteous. They explained the process and estimated my wait time exceptionally. The service on my vehicle was prompt and efficient. I most certainly will return and will recommend to others. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Alex and he provided a full assessment of my tires and then suggested taking my vehicle to the service area for a brake assessment. Alex called me promptly after the assessment and discussed pricing options. I decided to return to the shop to discuss the assessment and pricing. When I returned, Desmond provided a detailed breakdown of how worn my tire treading was, as well as how the need for brakes was likely the cause of excessive wear on my tires. After an explanation, I gladly paid for the recommended service and tires. They are an excellent duo and they represent the company well.Also, I decided to wait while my vehicle was serviced. Alex and Desmond offered me coffee and beverages and made the wait as comfortable as possible. It was nice to see that they treated each customer with the same quality service.I'd definitely come back again.Chaney

Great experience with Desmond and his team. They were professional, quick, and courteous and got my flat tire fixed within 30 minutes. I will definitely be coming back and was blown away by their kindness & dedication to their work!

The whole team at NTB was great. Thank you to Brandy, Chris, Holly, Christian and Sean. They took care of me and got my tire ordered, mounted and balanced, within the hour. Would definitely recommend.

Just received tire service from NTB, and I am very pleased. Desmond was awesome. He was extremely polite, gave a discount on the tires, offered professional suggestions, and made me feel comfortable while waiting. I will encourage anyone to utilize NTB.

My first time in the shop since George left and I was treated as if he were still here . Everyone was so friendly and treated me like family. Went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. Walked in and got my vehicle looked at right then.Took really good care of me. I will definitely continue to come here. Thank you to everyone. Brandy, Desmond, Christian, Shawn !

Beware, sleezy lien people work here. They beat everyones prices on tires for my wifes van...53k miles on her van btw. It needed a oil change and SI which the Honda dealership was going to do. When ntb called they informed me my oil change was due, i declined it told them i just needed tires, and then they proceeded to tell me it needs rear brakes and rotors and it has groved my rotor being so low... RED FLAG. You see they probably screw alot of people doing this but rear disc brakes before it needs front??cmon!! van is a 2020 with highway miles also.. I declined it, took it home pulled the wheel to check for myself and there is NOTHING wrong with the brakes. Well over 60% left. Drop the car off at Honda the next day SI passed. Flying colors. Ill be calling them tomorrow to give them a piece of my mind and ill be calling 12 on yourside to expose their crooked ways this week

Before getting here I called to make sure I didn't need an appointment, and Brandy was very friend inviting,me to come on in and they would get me in as soon as possible which they had me car on the life within 7 minutes, very upbeat personality and an amazing smile and laugh, I would definitely recommend if u need there service u will want to come here! Thank you NTB and thank u Brandy ,and your fingers are very pretty ")

Brandy was amazing. My daughter had an issues with her tires, and was able to provide wonder customer service, which is something I admire especially since I work in customer service

Customer service is above amazing as well as the maintenance that was performed I will most definitely continue to be a customer, they were patient and honest with me and got me back on the road safely with the unforeseen circumstances my car came in with and I couldn t not asked for any better service then what i was given 10/10!!

i came in today to get my normal routine oil change & was happily greeted by Brandy. Upon the confirmation of my appointment, i was then happily greeted by Desmond who asked what i was in for today. After explaining and pulling my ticket he advised i needed a new cabin filter (it was gross lol) and 4 new tires. while reluctant because that s not what I came in for originally, i agreed to get the work done. Desmond was very helpful & explained everything in a way i would understand and didn t try to upsell me on anything i didn t need. Holly completed the maintenance on my car & i can tell a difference in how it drives. they were all great & i truly appreciate them!!

Desmond and his team are great. Good folks who are trustworthy and work with the customers to get them back on the road safely. I will definitely be coming here again. Other NTB locations can learn a lot from this one.

It appears that there is new staff and a refresh at this location. Brandy (Brandi?), Desmond, and the crew were welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not sure what happened to the other guys, but I ll accept this change.
