Malcolm the manager was so pleasant and helped me so much with the battery I needed ! Christian was wonderful as he helped me with installing the battery and did an amazing job! He even pulled his back out the night before, and still wouldn t let me lift the battery for him!They both were so helpful as I called them after West End Loyalty tried to tell me they were going to charge me $415 for the battery, 239 for the battery and the rest was labor which I was actually shocked and so put off! When I told him I wasn t gonna pay for that, they try to go down on the price to 349 lol I said I would not allow them to do any work after that!Needless to say, thank goodness that I met Malcolm and Christian at Napa auto parts off of Tennessee Plaza in Midlothian because I left that day with a new battery, my Jeep running great, great vibes and only paid $157!!! Please go see Malcolm and Christian!

I went in with my 3 yr old son real quick to find some jumper cables. Was immediately greeted by the assistant manager Malcolm (although he was attending someone). Never had been to the store so started walking around and found the cables. Malcolm came over to help me and was so kind and friendly with my son and I. My son was excited for his car. Great customer service. Thank you

Went to Napa today to get a new oil filter and drain plug for our F-150. The store associate produced a filter and plug which did not look quite right to me but he continued to insist it was correct. I should have googled it before I left but I trusted what he said. Turns out he or the NAPA computer system were wrong. I had to borrow a car to come back to the store and exchange the parts. Although this was mildly annoying, the more frustrating part was when the sales associate was extremely rude and tried to again assert that he was right when I had just taken the correct filter out of my vehicle and was requesting the appropriate ones. NAPA - do better, train better, fix your computer system.

bad customer service management. you don't tell a customer I be right back and then start serve another person when another employee already serving that person and make me wait and then he give me attitude instead apologizing. there is no help for this place, this is my second time having bad management. he told me they gonna be fine if I won't come again.

I have felt with this Napa for over 30 years.... Used to be great service and great knowledge of automobile parts..... unfortunately that no longer exists in any shape or form. Don't waste your time or money, when their are plenty of other auto parts distribution centers with in a half mile that appreciates your business. FYI Napa account owner in perfect status for over 20 years.

Staff can be very helpful somedays and other days it's like talking to a wall. Getting helped if you don't know what your looking for has the same success great some days and terrible other days it all depends who is working.

Helped me with my issue in finding what I needed for my brake line, where the other napa location wouldn't even talk to me. Measured the brake line and also sold me the correct tool to bend the lines, will return to this store in the future.

Was needing help with a repair. Needed a tool...they didn't have it. First guy didn't have a clue what to do. Waited a long time for another guy. Then he gave me the wrong info and advice. I improvised and fixed it with a little help from YouTube. Sorry NAPA... Not impressed.

Very helpful, has almost everything. Only been able to stump them once and I think that was due to somebody changing a part on my truck with non original stuff.

Came into the store for the first time and was greeted by Russell with "what do you need" I answered with hello how are you today . Again with what do you need . I will NEVER spend my money here ever again. Customer service is horrible.

Worse service and product ever got legend battery died within in a week took it back with receipt they won't replace it had mechanic tell me it's the battery that alternator all checks out good they still said it's not the battery I will never buy anything else from them

It was 5 men at the cashiers and I still had to wait. When I approached one man, he walked away. Won't go back there.
