Send my car to Maaco to have it painted. The car was silver when I got it back. It was gray I carry the car back and they said it was nothing they could do. They gave me the number to corporate. I called four times left three messages until the day I still haven t heard anything from them. So as of now, I have a two tone car so whatever you do, don t take your car to Maaco The car is a Mercedes-Benz S550

I own a 2005 Tacoma that had severe paint damage from wear and tear. The hood was peeling and rusting and the roof had major sun damage. I also had a large fender ding. They gave me a quick and accurate estimate. The paint option I wanted actually had a $500 off deal. They sanded and primed my roof and hood. Fixed my fender and changed the color of my truck for around $2000. The truck looks brand new. Turn around time was only a few days. Maaco will definitely be my recommendation if anyone I know needs body repair or paint work. I had an incident on my car door earlier this year, and had been driving around with a patch. After seeing a 50% off deal for paint in mid-November, I went to Maaco. I met with Andrew (hope that's his name, the sweet younger guy with brown/blonde hair) and he went over every detail with me. He explained every charge, differences in paint and why they're different, and gave me two quotes. He dumbed it down where I could understand and feel comfortable with the decision. With the deal going on, it was only about $200 more to repaint my entire car instead of fixing the door and blending with the other panels on the side of my car. They have a HUGE variety of colors to choose from, and it's only $100 more to change the color from your original. I dropped my car off while they were closing on a Monday and it was ready by Friday. Fast, easy, professional, and a fantastic job. So far the paint is gorgeous and about to go on a road trip! There's also a guarantee for 3 years if the paint fades or peels, which is even better. Thanks guys for making my car look new and stock again :)

Overall great job! When I went to pick up my car body work from an accident, it had not been cleaned and was very dirty but I inquired and they quickly took care of it.

Took my vehicle to Maaco and instead of telling me up front that they don't do PDR my car stayed there for two weeks until I called. Then they charged my insurance a storage fee. I you can't do the work, then don't accept the job. But with that said the employees were nice.

This MAACO location did a fantastic job on my car. They painted my 95 Mustang a few years ago and did my 2010 Charger recently. Great quality and value.

It has been nearly 3 months since I paid for a mid-grade paint job and rust fender repair from this place. Your paint job will look awesome when it is first done but the warranty of this place is a scam. Paid up to mid-grade cause I was told the warranty was 2 years. Originally my paint job with rust repair was 1,200. Got a call mid-way saying it would be more so I said okay and went along with it, about 2,000'ish was the total. Ever since I have been back every other month to have them correct the shoddy paint job they did. Not even a year in with a 2 year warranty and they said they will not fix the imperfections their shoddy paint job was. Beware this place. First of all I shouldn't have to come back like every other month to fix fading/chipping/peeling off my paint when I spend about 2 grand here. Second don't offer warranties if you can't fix any of the two in the pictures here. I should really contact corporate for the false advertisement and unwillingness to honor the warranty that is stated on the receipt they gave me when I paid for this paint job. I only came here at first due to a friend recommending me here but I deeply regret coming here, would have rather spent my money at Bruce's or something to get a REAL paint job done by REAL professionals.

So very impressed with the work of the guys at West Broad - Andrew, Jake, and Ray!Had my Ford Taurus painted and it looks showroom fresh! They matched a Ford factory color I liked and the final paint job is smooth as glass with no orange peel in sight.After the car was painted, they noticed some slight imperfections in the hood due to some bondo work that had been done before I got the car which caused the paint to flatten and shrink. It wasn t something that I would have noticed, but these guys did and called me right away to discuss it.These guys did what they said they were going to do and delivered on time at a great price. The work from this shop rivals or beats the $3500+ paint jobs you ll get from the other name places in town. Again, can t recommend these guys enough. Don t just call, stop by there and look at the quality of the work on the cars in their lot.Call me one happy camper!Service: Painting

I got some paint on the car when it scrubbed some object (a mailbox, maybe?). I thought the car needed to be repainted and it would cost a lot of money. The Maaco team simply cleaned it and the white paint came off. They didn't even charge me for the work. Amazing!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Initially I was very disappointed. My issues were with the lack of customer service. We had an insurance repair, meaning the insurance company was paying the bill. Normally, once the shop sees the estimate of the insurance company they contact the customer or the insurance company for additional funds, this was not done. Once the job was completed we were contacted for payment and that's where everything went wrong. There was unprofessionalism on the part of the "person in charge" that was unwarranted. It took approximately 3 months to get my vehicle back due to the lack of communication between the shop and insurance company in regards to payment. The work itself is EXCELLENT. Unless you're paying out of pocket I don't suggest utilizing this company because insurance "jobs" don't get treated the same; at least we didn't. I can say in the end there was a shift in the way we were handled. The people we spoke to were more pleasant, helpful, and understanding. I just wish it could have been that way from the start.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Replaced a broken fog light and the front bumper. They were sent the wrong fog light and strip so that held up repairs for a week, resulting in extra expense for me with a rental car. Run! Run!! Run!!!, as far away as possible. I brought my vehicle for a paint job quote, after visiting 2 other local Maaco locations (Hull Street and Midlothian). To my greatest surprise, the quote price was double the other 2 locations for the exact same service. When I asked why this was the case, the service rep stated that they're independently owned and operated. I wouldn't trust this location at all.First location price ($700), Second location ($800) and this location ($1,588)Service: Painting

What a wonderful experience! From the beginning to the end, these guys were hospitable. They were very courteous, provided explanations on the process to have the part installed in my vehicle and charged a fair price for the work performed. Initially, the incorrect part was ordered but they were prompt in later ordering the right part. The part did take longer to arrive than expected but it arrived the same day and in time for me to carry on with the rest of my plans for the day. They apologized for the mix ups and were just so easy to work with. I noted how they treated all of the customers that came in and EVERYBODY received the same courteous treatment. I would definitely do business with them again!

Poor customer service. I went to Maaco, received an estimate of approximately $2,000. When I went to drop it off, another employee came out and looked at my car and said it would cost around $10,000 to paint my vehicle (no actual repairs needed). I understand that people make mistakes, but that is a dramatic change in price. Then they said that they didn't even want to touch my vehicle because they would have to take it all apart to paint it. In the end, I took it to another paint shop and they are repainting the entire car for $1800.

I have a 2008 model Cadillac with tinted tricot red metallic paint. I needed just the roof painted because of fading. I arrived and was promptly and cheerfully greeted by Drew. True friendly professional!! Within minutes he gave me a fair estimate and explained what they would do. Drew phoned me a day early and said it was ready. They did an awesome five star job!! Paint looks just like factory and is gorgeous and matches perfectly as well. They even washed the car and detailed it. This is exactly how business should be done. Awesome A+++++ all the way around. Why I was a little skeptical about using Maaco on Broad St. due to the lack of positive reviews however, it turned out that they do awesome work. I picked my car up after five days and I love it. The friendly staff at MAACO took care of my car when the dealership wouldn't. Everyone in the shop is courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

Paint job was just ok. My friend paid for the highest grade paint job expecting her car to look like it just came off a lot, and it did from a distance, but when you got close there was a very noticeable rough spot on the front bumper and on the rear driver side, paint looked as if it just dripped down. Overspray was left on all the trim/molding and the key holes were left taped up. She returned the car to address concerns and they stated that the front bumper was rough from sanding and it was not their problem (sanding is meant to smooth surfaces so how does a factory issued/installed bumper get rough from sanding when it was perfectly smooth before?). They said that the back wasn't their fault either, it was probably fluids from the car that sprayed up and messed up the paint (doesn't even sound logical for the area affected but ok), but they did agree to fix that. They kept the car for another week and kind of fix the back but it still wasn't perfect and they still had not cleaned up the over spray. Quote from car owner: "I thought Maaco was a professional paint and body shop but in my experience their service is not on par with the presumed reputation. I don't even want to take my car back there because I feel like service is only going to continue to decline from here. I will not be recommending them to anyone. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND GO TO A SMALLER, MORE AFFORDABLE PAINT SHOP.. IN THIS CASE, I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!"Service: Painting

My car was scheduled for service 5 weeks out at another body shop. The day of my appointment, the body shop was unable to accommodate me. I contacted another bodyshop and they referred me to Maaco. To my surprise, Maaco was able to accommodate me within a few days. The staff was very professional and I received great customer service. Maaco made the process quick and easy. These guys did a great job with my car's collision auto repair. Even got a new hood and headlights out of it. IDK why maaco gets a lot of stick but this West Broad Maaco did a helluva job on body work even with third party parts that were on back order. Maaco did an Excellent job on my car. I changed the color and you can't even tell. Everyone won't believe it's not a new car. The paint job is so Beautiful. They finished the job in the exact time they told me and in my opinion Maaco is not to expensive. I definitely RECOMMEND MAACO. Great Job Guys.

I love my car but wasn't a little disappointed to see that the Trim around my doors,windows and wipers wasn't painted. The clerk didn't explain that when he gave me the price for the car. I thought that was all inclusive. Had he told me it wasn't I would have told them to paint it and inside the door jams. Good customer service is letting the customer know that ahead of time and giving them the choice to have it done or not. It's called selling My car looks good but if that had been done it would look great. It would be a big inconvenience to come back and have it done now.

Had a great experience here, highly recommend. Called the day before to ask about a service I required, and I was given periods of times to come in so I wouldn t experience any delay. Showed up the next day and my mirror was changed in less than 10 minutes for no cost. The man (Jake, I believe) was extremely nice and was able to help me with all my needs. I would definitely recommend Maaco and will be going back for any further needs.

They did a great job with my 1985 Toyota Land cruiser. The service was excellent and the paint job looks great. Ricky and his team worked with me on balance of expense and outcome. It was a good experience!

I've been here twice. Thought service was great. Had my 1989 F150 painted and some body work done. Truck turned out really nice. Also had some cabinets painted there. I thought all work was professional and I was very pleased. Definitely will go back again.

I came here for a third quote and to my surprise they were 700 more than the other maaco paint shops. To make it better it was for the preferred paint and the other cheaper shops were the premium paint for 700 less. STAY AWAY!

These guys are AWESOME!! After having gotten estimates for hundreds of dollars to have my spoiler repaired on my Toyota, I took it to Maaco on West Broad. If it wasn't for Jacob, I would've been out hundreds of dollars!!! They saved me a ton of money and time!! If I ever need auto body repair again, hands down I'm going back to them!! I highly recommend this location!!!
