**WARNING** DO NOT HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGE HERE!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR** I had an oil change on 12/13/2023 and received a sticker saying next change in May 2024. It is MARCH FIRST the car has been making noise for about a week took it to Pep boys and they said the car BARELY has any oil. They told me if I had not come in the car would have been totaled! The cherry on top? A MANAGER changed my oil at Jiffy lube hope he is not training! Awful experience, glad to still have my car. A refund wouldn t have brought my car back from the junk yard. Think twice about going to these quick oil services not worth it.

The store manager was extremely helpful and has always made sure I get in and out. I trust what he tells me about my truck. He is the reason why myself and family have been customers for 4yrs.

The older man who waited on me was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable caring for my SUV. He was the best employee I have seen at any Jiffy Lube.

I needed to get an oil change for my hertz rental. I went to three places and they had no idea how to charge hertz. Joyson, greeted me, took care of the car within few mins. He is the man ! I highly recommend this place

After my young daughters poor, rude experience with this jiffy lube and them not taking responsibility for their error. Will not return. This was my first time having my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I was impressed by how I was greeted. The technician explain in detail what was included in my service. I learned a few things about my vehicle that where important and even the dealers techs did not explain. I will have my car oil serviced there from now on!!

They were fast and prompt. They topped off my antifreeze and vacuumed the car cleaned the windows as well. They didn t push any additional services which made me happy. The technicians were polite and professional. I would recommend them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for three years since I moved into the area. Prior to the past eight months I would have always said that it was good, courteous, and quick. I would no longer say that and I don t think I will be back. I don t know if new management took over or what happened but in the last eight months, three out of the four times I ve gone an individual came out of the garage to tell me I probably did not want to wait and come back a different time.Two times I was told they only had one bay open because they were short help and that it would be a half hour or more wait. The gentleman told me that even though only one car was in the bay in front of me. By the way each time it was the same person who told me this. I came back on another time with only one vehicle in the bay and was told I should not wait because they were having a computer issue and it could be resolved in five minutes or it could be resolved in an hour. Either way, he thought I should not wait.I felt like maybe this gentlemen doesn t want too much work. Maybe he needed a cigarette break.The last time I was there I was last week. While I was there, so was a young woman who I know from a local restaurant. We talked while we waited until her car was done. 2 days later I saw her at the restaurant and she told me how she left there and her car was sounding funny and it broke down just down the road. Turns out they removed oil and did not refill it. She drove out of there with no oil. Her car will never run the same again.I was already thinking about no longer going back because I felt like they didn t value their customers much anymore. But that last one That pretty much sealed the fate.

I have been going to this business, off and on, for years since it opened. Overall I can't complain about the actual work they do. My complaint is the level of personal courtesy from whom I assume is the manager. The original owner of this business Jim arendall, I believe is correct, was always courteous and seemed to genuinely appreciate my and everyone else's business. He either retired or possibly sold the franchise and the customer service has declined ever since. Example: I took my truck in this afternoon for an oil change. $134.00 like everything else the price of oil has gone up. I can only assume and hope everything was done correctly, but after I paid for it I was handed the receipt WITHOUT a simple thank you, or come back or anything that might resemble any appreciation that I spent $134 there rather than somewhere else. Might seem petty, that's how I am and won't return there again.Service: Oil change

I brought two of my family vehicles to the Midlothian, VA Jiffy Lube today (store 1698). I learned that the first vehicle had the oil filter put on so tight by another shop that TWO competitor oil change locations were unable to remove it. That s when Jason and his team members solved my problem. A long time ago, I used to do this work myself and I appreciated the excellent service. So much so, that I returned just before closing with another car and they took me in, got me out with outstanding service. So, THANK YOU to Jason, Arthur, Jermaine and Steven! I hope your manager appreciates you all as much as I do.Service: Oil change

We have been taking all of our cars to this specific location for many, many years. The professionalism, courtesy and personal care shown specifically by Jayson, Kevin and Jimmy are top notch! We have moved almost 40 minutes away from This particular location, however, we will make the drive due to the great customer service! Thank you Jayson, Kevin and jimmy!! Keep up the great work! I needed to get the oil changed while traveling and stopped here first thing on a Sunday morning. The crew got things sorted out quickly. They took care of the oil change, a new set of wiper blades and also discovered I had two exterior lights out. Fortunately, they had the bulbs in stock so everything was taken care of in twenty minutes or so.They warned me about the condition of my front brakes and recommended that I get them serviced quickly to insure the rotors didn't get damaged. They also showed me the manufacturer-recommended service schedule for my vehicle and had some helpful advice on how to check the service history for my car (I purchased it used) to find out what other maintenance might be needed.All of that is outstanding customer service, no doubt.But, they were also thoughtful enough to switch the TV over to Nickelodeon to make the wait a little easier on my five-year-old. That's the sort of extra consideration that really speaks volumes about the people working at this location.If I were local, this is the JL shop I'd go every time!

The service was polite and extremely fast. Everything I would expect from a Jiffy Lube, including the "more then I would like" pricing. I usually do the oil myself but the wife had an unexpected work trip the following day and definitely need an oil change before the trip. Overall, a good and quick experience.

I remember a time when you can walk in to any auto shop and ask for a oil change and you would be done within a few hours. These days drop your car off and maybe it will be done that day. Jiffy Lube is great if you need your oil changed and just can't drop your car off. The longest I have ever waited from pull up to pull out is about 30 min.

I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before, and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. This location did an outstanding job! I was greeted by a very kind and friendly gentleman when I pulled up, he asked what I needed, and explained what they would do and showed me all costs up front. I had a very good experience at this location. Thank you for your great customer service and exceptional work!

Its always a pleasure visiting Jiffy Lube in my neighborhood. Jimmy and his Team have serviced my vechicles for many years and I've received far better servicing than what my dealer offers. You can trust in their integrity and no hard sell. They make suggestions and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Jiffy Lube for doing a great job.

I know the quality of the oil change was performed well, however in my last few encounters, there is no sense of urgency by the staff. They don't seem to understand that their customers are not interested in hanging out in the waiting room while they casually do their job. My vehicle was returned to me with grease smudges around the hood, drivers window, door, and interior. The glass was only partially cleaned, with many smears left. At the price of about $80 for an oil change, I expect a higher level of service. I don't really want the glass cleaned, I think they are also supposed to vacuum, but this wasn't done either. If these service are part of the package, they should be done to completion. These issues make me consider other providers. I'd prefer a basic oil change service is offered where the oil and filter are changed, and any extras such as dirty filters are presented so I can make a decision.

Very impressed with Jason he seems very knowledgeable, very well spoken, with every customer he interacted with, made sure they were comfortable during their wait, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He let me know what my car could use, (new air filter) but didn't force me to buy one and have them install it. Suggested it could use a coolant flush, and again didn't force me to pay for it and have them do it. Again, I was given the option but wasn't forced and he respected my choice to not have them preform these services.

I want to give the manager of this location for his work at this location. This store is further away than two other locations from my home. I have tried them both but have no problem going the extra distance to have service at his location. When I bought my Chevy 2015 pick up I had free oil changes up to six times, I chose to forgo that for this store. Thank him for me and tell him he is appreciated. Denny Cope

Went for an oil change which also includes vacuum, exterior window cleaning, tire pressure check, filling windshield washer fluid and lubricating chasis.. My washer fluid was completely empty when I arrived and before I got home my washer fluid level indicator was back on instructing me to add washer fluid. I tried the washer but it was empty. They never added fluid. I watched as they cleaned my windows. Cleaned drivers side windows and windshield on drivers side but did not touch the other windows. They did not vacuum the vehicle as I had vacuumed it prior to arriving though they stated they did on my receipt. They also did not reset my oil life light which I had to "you tube " when I got home to see how to do it. Never checked tire pressure though receipt states that they set all tires to 35 psi. I run 40 psi and it was still at 40 psi when I checked it at home. I'm primarily concerned with the oil change so honestly the other complaints I have are secondary. It does however make me question their integrity since they plainly stated that these services were performed on my receipt. It also concerns me for customers who may otherwise not recognize that these services are not being performed and who are depending on Jiffy Lube to perform the services that they state are being performed. Makes me also question if my oil is getting changed properly.

My signature service was finished in 10 minutes!!! All staff members were soooo friendly, nice and completely helpful. They answered ALL my questions and offered information to help me make decisions about my car which had nothing to do with an oil change. The guys up there were very organized and respectful. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to ANYONE

They did a very thorough job. I was very impressed by the older gentlemen (wish I got his name). He cleaned out the trash from the sides of my car and was very polite. Made each customer felt like they were very valued and even turned on cartoons for my kids (switching it from an adult talk show- which I really appreciated too). Great job jiffy lube!!

Jimmy is the best customer service person I have ever met in my life! He remembers your name and your car! I feel comfortable here. Makes you feel st home and very honest. Best Jiffy Lube I ever visited. Jimmy and his team is superb!!!! Thank you !

The staff and manager were all extremely friendly, service was fast, however they left black greasy handprints on my steering wheel, inside door , and on the hood of my car. They also said they would vacuum the inside, it was done but not a very good job at all.I usually take my car to Pearson Honda and it cost half of what I payed and my car isn t returned dirty.

I do not really like being met at my vehicle like I am being rushed into sonething. I prefer to go inside take a minute to speak to someone at the counter.I get great explanations of what each service entails, the cost, suggestions etc.On occasion it was checked exterior windows were cleaned when in fact not all were and yes that is minimal to be concerned about it may lead to bigger issues being not completely accurate.I have no major issues and I do like the in between oil changes I can top off fluids.I left my vehicle to have oil changed and picked it up later and no one explained what was found .I read it on the paperwork. Thank you for the coupon by mail That was a nice treat.I will see your workers for my next oil change. Have a nice day.

Bought a used vehicle, decided to check the antifreeze coolant with cold weather coming. The vehicle needed to have the coolant changed. Took it to jiffy lube on the spur of the moment and they were able to get my car coolantin ASAP. They gave me a fair price and I was able to find a coupon online. The people were friendly courteous and did a great job. Will use again.
