I wish I read the reviews before going. I do not recommend. There are definitely some work place issues between the salesman and finance crew (manager). It was evident and the reason for my experience being so poor. I did not trust any of them. I spent nearly 3-4 hours finalizing paper work on a vehicle, pregnant and frustrated only to not to take the vehicle home the same day.Had the vehicle for 2 months now, still haven t heard on the I owe you (minor body work) from the salesman. His concern was just to sell the vehicle, they are not people of their word nor do they value customer satisfaction or relationships. Will not be back!

We bought our 2012 Suburban here in 2013 and after a pleasant sales experience, we decided to maintain our vehicle with their in-house service department. Roger has been wonderful to work with in the past 4 1/2 years: courteous, diligent and patient with my questions. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable with coffee and water available as well as coin operated vending machines. We will definitely consider buying another vehicle at Hyman Bros.

HORRIBLE!! My vehicle was towed here by Infiniti s roadside assistance because the main belt had shredded. It was covered under warranty and repaired, however when I drove it off the lot, the steering wheel was crooked and pulled severely to the left! I brought it back and was told I needed an alignment - for $200! There was nothing wrong with the steering when it went in, but now there is?? Absurd - clearly trying to grab more money in a completely dishonest way. STAY AWAY unless you want more problems than you went in with. I d give them ZERO stars if I could.

Brought my G35 in for repair. They destroyed my dash and right side AC Vent prying trying to get the vent out. They denied doing it and even used black spray paint to try to cover the damage. After 3 trips back to the dealership finally had the manager agree to try to have a interior guy repair it. Turned out better but not like it was and it is certainly noticeable. Should go to small claims court.

Awful....service department took my q50 there to get a diagnosis no one told me if its cover under warranty they would go ahead and fix it so i sit for 2 to 3 hours....guy finally comes out and says we took everything apart you need a axle...but we don't have one in stock explain to him i work graveyard and I live 45 minutes away they act like they didn't want to put it back together so a hour later they put it back together came out told me they ordered the part and it will take a couple of days to come in gave them time call back following Wednesday to see if they got the part (they told me the car was fix and I didn't need a axle without me even bringing it back) need to get a second opinion!!!!

Took my QX60 in for oil change and waited for over 3 hours for the service to be completed. During my wait, I was told that my battery was testing low and needed to be replaced. It was under warranty so I said yes. Now 16 months later, my 84 month replacement battery is testing low. I was told by two reputable service centers that this is the original battery that came in the car and it had not been replaced! Be very leery of this service department! Boy do I miss Pearson Infiniti!!

Excellent customer service!! From sales with Theo to service with Christian! Theo took care of us from the second we met him - and then bought 2 cars!! Christian took care of us in service when we had an issue with one of those cars. Both were friendly, happy, professional!! Hyman Infinity is lucky to have them!!!

T.R.A.S.H! . I would never recommend them to anyone if life depended on it! Predatory practices, cunning deal schemes & sales people that will get you into a bad deal then tell youTo refinance in 5 months the fake concern is ridiculous! Hopefully their business can collapse like their care for customers did.

Terrible service! They ran three diagnostic tests charged $175 each time and never figured out the problem with our car. They then broke the convertible top and said when I brought it back to them that it was not their problem and that I d have to spend another $175 to figure out what the problem is then they said they don t care about my car or fixing it.

This is the worst Infiniti dealership. Over priced and still doesn t fix the problem. I paid over 4k and some days my car doesn t start nor run the sameBeware!Take your vehicles else where

Scheduled an appointment at 8am to repair my horn that stopped working. By 5:15 I hadn t heard anything and gave a call. My car had just gotten pulled in and when I questioned that I was told that appointments don t guarantee when they will work on your vehicle. So they keep my car for two days and can not diagnose why my horn will not honk! When I come to pick up my car it won t start, they jump it in the parking lot and send me on my way. I then break down on courthouse road at 6p.m. Right after leaving the shop. Car went completely dead and had to be towed back to Hyman bros. They then tell me the battery is old and dead and needs to be replaced as well as a terminal. I come to check on the vehicle and the positive terminal is broken but battery is fully charged and fine. They would not take any responsibility for the broken terminal and claimed they never touched it or any part of my battery after spending 7+ hours diagnosing an electrical problem. The service advisors or incompetent and the shop manager no better. I would avoid this shop at all costs. They can not honor appointments, are dishonest, can t diagnose a dead battery correctly, try to upsell you, and have terrible customer service.

I rarely have the opportunity to post positive reviews so I m not excited to be able to share some good news for once! The staff here is/was amazing Jarett, Brandon, and Dennis have been so helpful! I brought a Lexus ES 350 and requested an extra key done no hassle, the battery died and needed to be replaced done no hassle! Each time I have called or text I was always greeted professionally and my concerns where taken care of free of hassle and that is extremely important in this day and age because it s very rare. It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end and I look forward to getting future vehicles here!

My husband went Pearson Infinity to get a oil change. While they had the car, they told him that the arm controls on both tires needed to be fixed. They informed him that they did not have any opening anytime soon and to go to Charlottesville Cadillac. Charlottesville got him in right away and we had to rent a car. We got a call from Charlottesville Cadillac that nothing wrong with the arm controls and that they are rock solid- Its pretty unfortunate our time was wasted getting a rental car and going to Charlottesville. Nothing but a scam.

Big shout out to Jospeh & Makana at Hyman Brothers, they made my car buying experience nothing short of extraordinary. Down from make is an easy headache free transaction of trading my Mercedes-Benz in. for the all new infiniti qx60 and getting me equipped with everything I needed the same day to drive off the lot . Definitely recommend anybody to stop by ans check their amazing team out for all your car buying needs or inquirys.

By far the best car buying experience I have had. I found my car on their website, sent a message and received a response quickly. They were professional and helpful. We took care of everything online, through email and over the phone. I drove to Richmond, I live in Amherst, to sign the paperwork and get my new car. I was at the dealership less than 45 minutes and left with my dream car. I will definitely buy from them again!

My wife was in the market for a new vehicle. She had a few ideas in mind what she wanted, but had trouble deciding on what she wanted to buy. She was torn between a BMW X4, Genesis GV70, Acura MDX and Infiniti QX55. We had the opportunity to visit Richmond Crown Acura to look at the Acura MDX, She was not impressed with the design. We decided to go online to review what Infiniti had to offer, and immediately, The 2023 QX55 caught her attention. So, we decide to make a phone call to the closest dealership near us, which was Hyman Bros, Infiniti of Richmond. We were blessed to get assigned to the Sales Associate Lauren Nichols. From, our first initial phone call, Lauren stated that ,she would do everything possible to help make our search and purchase of a new vehicle a easy process.All we had to do is give her the details of the vehicle that we were looking for and a budget. We must say, Lauren was one of a kind, when we arrived at the dealership for our initial appointment, Lauren greeted my wife and I with a charming smile, professional business approach and was ready to do business. Shortly thereafter, I found my wife and myself signing documents for the purchase of a brand new 2023 QX55 because Lauren made the buying process feel easy without any pressure.We have never experienced a process this easy in all the years of our car buying purchasing.Lauren is very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, prompt to respond phones calls, emails, and text messages. The service department is rude over priced. When I wanted to discuss why they didn t call me and let me know that I wouldn t be getting my car back on a Friday at closing, they didn t care. Said it was on a lift and no one could take it down until Monday I was without a car all weekend and all the man could do was blame me. Terribly rude. They will never see my infinit again.

I recently found and bought a car online from Hyman Bros to be shipped out of state. First time for me and I have to say, Hyman Bros has this one down. Stuart in Finance meticulously followed up every step of the way. There was some delay in getting the title and plates, but even that was taken care of with great customer service. Highly recommend this dealership!

I always feel at home when I am here. The staff is wonderful and caring. Roger always goes the extra mile in taking care of my car and being that buffer between the mechanic and the front desk. I have never had a problem bringing my car in, for the past 3 years, never left the shop feeling like I have been pressured into unnecessary maintenance work either. It's nice to know when you drive away from the shop you feel safe with your vehicle.

Great car buying experience. Dennis was very professional and courteous. Hyman Bros had the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The buying process took very little time.It was cold, wet and dreary day when I test drove the car and it was cold and rainy when I took delivery. They were kind enough to tell me that I could bring the car back for a full detail on a nicer day.A week after I bought the car, I received a thank you card in the mail. Well done.

This has to be the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. My granddaughter purchased a low mileage 2017 Honda Civic. Before purchasing we discussed on 3 different occassions does it have 2 key fobs. We were told yes. When papers were signed guess what? Only 1 key. We have been trying for 3 weeks to get this fixed and seem to be getting the run around. We also discussed with salesman and Business manager that the loan was approved through Va. Credit union. Well the paperwork comes through for Wells Fargo. We had to redo the paperwork ourselves. We also told these folks we were transferring tags. They started processing temp. Tags and had to fix that. This is messed up to the max. Does anyone at Hyman Brothers give a dang? Proceed cautiously with these folks. Update.... they did resolve the issues we had but for the money it shouldn't have been quite so painful. My granddaughter is enjoying here car

After viewing several Infiniti Q50's on the official Infiniti site. I landed on three locally. I called made my appointment with Vernon James (because he happened to be the sales consultant that answered the phone), interaction went fine stated he would have the two vehicles that I wanted to see ready for viewing.It was when I arrived that things went left. Not only did he not have the vehicles ready for viewing he was not available, staff had to look for him and call his cell. When he got to the showroom he barely recalled our conversation (hints why the cars wasn't ready), challenging and frankly rude/off putting. I let him know I would be viewing three different vehicles at different lots that's comparable to one I was interested in at Hyman so I would like to know everything. The warranties powertrain and bumper to bumper, if it was a dealer demo, trade in, best deal because I want to give each vehicle/dealer best shot. He instantly replied "Their not pre-own certified we're the only ones that are pre-own certified" I merely repeated myself. I sat in the car for awhile feeling it out took it out a test drive, barely there was no gas in the car returned and didn't love it. Share this with Vernon while "helping" me, challenged me rather on everything I knew about the car from miles to model interior he was also helping another customer which is why it seemed as though he was in a rush and my questions/wants wasn't of importance I finally got sick of it and ended the "appointment". He called me the next day I let him know everything I was looking at and if the car was an option 40K or what makes this vehicle so special from what I'm seeing the official site the only thing he could say "its not a smoker/junk car, low miles and certified" I was taken back because of them all those its on the official site. I let him know if I had any additional questions I would call back. I got back to computer and pulled up the cars called to ask a few questions Vernon was not helpful on explaining what I would be getting and extremely rude I let him know if I came back in I wouldn't be working with him we said good bye, ended the call. Vernon then texted my phone which was completely unprofessional.

We recently purchased a new-to-us car from Hyman Bros. and the experience was terrific! From the trade in to the new purchase, we felt comfortable the entire time. I would recommend that anyone searching for a used car check them out! Vernon was a terrific salesman! They even called and made sure our insurance change over was done at no hassle to me.

The only reason I give them one star is because I can't give them a FLAT ZERO! Not only did we have to send our car back 3 TIMES for the same issue, they made us pay for parts that were seemingly never used to complete our work AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. We later found out that the service worker who was supposed to have done our work is known for short shifting people and not doing things properly. We were also told that the diagnostic machine couldn't tell what the problem was (noticeable noise and bad breaking), so they weren't able to fix it. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. We spent over $1600! They finally gave us half our money back for our grievance. We went to another Mazda dealer who's TRAINED TECHNICIAN found the true problems. NOW IT'S GONNA COST US UP TO $2400 MORE TO FIX THE ISSUE. I'll never go here again. And I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this place!!!!

I purchased my GMC Acadia from Hyman Bros. It was a great experience. No waiting. Jarrett our sales person was great to work with very helpful, no pressure sales. Financing Manager was great to work with very helpful and quick. Also, Roger Parker Service Manager was great. Helped us through a few minor problems we had that wasn't completed at the time we purchased our vehicle. They worked with us, fixed the issues, and was a very painless process. I would highly recommend Hyman Brothers.

Had a great experience there, even caught a ride home with Sarah, the finance manager, as we didn't want to wait 2 hrs for our car to be detailed. Damon was our salesman, and he did an excellent job of making us feel like he had our best interests in mind. We are very happy with our new Sedona.
