Very good experience at Hyman Nissan. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service garage and that set the tone for a good experience. William is very kind and knowledgeable. He clearly answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I would definitely recommend Hyman Nissan to others.

Scheduled valet service for an inspection and oil change. No one ever showed up or called. I called in a half hour after the appointment and no one answered. Left a voicemail and never heard anything back.

I love taking my car to Hyman brothers Nissan and Midlothian William is my favorite customer service person in the service department he knows all of the things that my automobile needs to be done and I appreciate it when you re an older fella you sometime need those particular people that you can trust for your automobile needs William is the gentleman that s the customer service person in the service department that s always on the job and I appreciate how he helps me takes care of my new 2020 Nissan Ultima SR addition

Excellent service. Only problem cashier could not process an electronic check. Check was declined but bank said it was not declined on its end.
