Absolutely amazing experience. Took my car in for an inspection and the person at the counter, Mike, was very truthful and mentioned I could drop it off but they might not get to it because their guy had 6 cars! I told him I will drop it off and hope for the best. Well, they called me midday and said my car was ready! Absolutely great communication and experience! Thank you!

Donna was very helpful. Went in on a Sunday to get a tire repaired, but it was not repairable. She showed me the leak and nail that was causing the problem. Ended up getting 4 new Cooper tires at a very competitive price. A very pleasant surprise and experience

Jim Myers-Service Manager has excellent customer service and people skills. He went out of his way to assist me in getting my battery replaced in timely and orderly fashion. He assisted me with a full refund for a battery that could not be installed due to company policy. In addition, he ordered a new battery and replaced it all under 30 min. Thank you Jim for all your help!

The Goodyear team on Hull St are awesome. They ve always given excellent service to me and my family. Any auto issues or service that s where we go. We don t even have to think about it. Very friendly and accommodating. The best.

**7/2023 update** Allen Tire on Midlothian reimbursed me for the tire I purchased at Firestone. They said that s their policy when a problem occurs after hours, or on a weekend when they re not open. I happened to be in there for an unrelated service, told them about that, and I had a check in the mail in about a week. Very pleasant surprise.This review is not a reflection of the quality of work/service performed. However, I m now out $148 for a tire I had to purchase at a Firestone because most Goodyear stores aren t open on Sunday and the one that was (this Lake Harbour store) told me they only had one technician working today and couldn t fit me in. Now, the backstory I purchased 4 tires from Goodyear, had them installed at an Allen Tire, and everything was great. I purchased roadside assistance to have peace of mind knowing if something happened to the tires, they were warrantied and would be repaired or replaced at no cost to me. Well, this morning I went out to my vehicle and noticed a tire was flat, and realized it was due to a big chunk of metal I d obviously ran over. I inflated it at home and called around to find a Goodyear store that was open and could take care of the tire before driving all over and having it go flat again. Bottom line, Goodyear failed me, as there wasn t a store anywhere around that could help.Kudos to Firestone, as they were able to get me in immediately. While they obviously can t warranty a Goodyear tire, the lady running the store treated me as if I d purchased the tire at Firestone and only charged me $148 for everything, which was a significant savings over what she could/should have charged me. I couldn t be more grateful to her and Firestone, but couldn t be any more disappointed with Goodyear.Goodyear has been great, and the 25% discount they offer for USAA members, but I m seriously considering taking my future business to Firestone because of my experience today.Lastly, I realize it s easy for the Lake Harbor store to point to the fact they only had one technician, but the reality is that the Firestone was fully staffed and provided an excellent end result.

Scammers. Be careful when you go here! They will say "oh this is bundled and will cover what you need" and throw things in there that you do NOT need. Or they will offer the more expensive version of something unless you specify otherwise.

Will and Kari were absolutely amazing! They were patient with me. Very knowledgeable about my issue I was having. What I appreciated the most is they were very genuine with helping me. Most places would have tired to take advantage of the situation and had me replace things that I didn t need to do. Not them!!! They actually told me the complete opposite of what I was told from a dealership and got my problem fixed quickly. This location is amazing!! Also for it to be a tire shop it smelled great when I walked in the door!

My low tire pressure indicator light came on so I drove straight to Goodyear near Woodlake without an appointment. They took my vehicle in immediately and discovered that I had picked up a nail. In a short amount of time, I was on the road again good as new. Thank you Donna Hull. You and your team are the best. I'll continue to bring my SUV here. They've been my trusted shop for tires and repairs for over 10 years. Simply the best.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this Goodyear. They are friendly and courteous hard workers. They went out of their way to be sure I felt safe from any virus and was comfortable. The detail given when explaining the issues with my car was at a level I could easily comprehend without making me feel inferior or stupid. I had to take a little bit of a ride to get here but it was/is worth the trip!!!

don t let these reviews fool you, probably a bunch of delirious patient customers. i came here for my alignment appointment. they said hour and half which i felt extreme just for a FRONT end alignment. so i waited. 2 hours later i see my car sitting outside, i thought it was done. NOT!! they didn t even pull it in yet. i took it to FIRESTONE right next door and they slid me in 15 mins the tech was on my car. very friendly. GOOD JOB FIRESTONE. STEAL SOME MORE CUSTOMERS FROM THIS JOKE JACK SHOP !! ;)

I went in for a simple oil change and was greeted with smiling faces and decent customer service...until they tried to suggest that I spend an extra $300 on stuff that I didn t need. I get that this is a common practice, especially towards women like me who don t understand cars and can easily be taken advantage of. But after I declined the additional services they were trying to sell to me, the entire staff was cold, quiet, dismissive, and borderline rude. I ve never ever left a review for anywhere before, good or bad, so this is kind of a big deal for me. Unfortunately I won t be coming back and I hope the staff can understand why behavior like that will drive customers away.

Yo. You guys are generous, thoughtful, and a real pleasure to do business with. You actually made me feel good about spending $1400+ on a failed inspection. The manager as well as the beautiful young receptionist had a great personality and even made me feel like they truly make it their business to keep customers coming back. Will, and Donna. I truly mean it when I say "Thank you", and I'll see yall on the next oil change!

I don't take my vehicles anywhere else for oil changes and tires. Their new system is slow and seems to have alot of glitches so hopefully that will get fixed. It takes 10 minutes to check out versus the usual 2 minutes before. I never have to worry if they are doing what they are supposed to, one of the many few mechanic shops that I trust. Can't beat their prices and the 2 year alignment program has saved me a ton of money over the years. With our 4 vehicles we have come to build relationships with many of the employees!

They have always taken care of me. Everyone is friendly and Les Wilkinson, the GM is very professional and friendly. The Goodyear team are always quick changing my oil. They were able to fit me in an earlier time slot one day when I had a change of plans. I appreciate the service and saving me time. Donna is a sweet heart.

Jim and Joe and Donna at the Goodyear Tire on Lake Harbour Drive in Midlothian are fantastic to work with. They were pleasant, helpful, & professional! They made my visit a pleasure and were informative, explaining everything in detail to me, even offering free balancing & rotating my tires for life, even though I only purchased one tire. I noted that I should have these free services done every 6,000 miles. That is important in maintaining the life of my tires! Also, they discovered impact damage on the INSIDE of one of my tires, which I never could have seen. Probably saved me from having a blowout! I am thankful I chose Goodyear to get an alignment; turned out to be a blessing in disguise by replacing the defective tire. Thank you, Lord and thank you Jim & Joe! I am now a customer for life, which, thanks to you guys, will hopefully be many more years!Bev

The service people at Harbor Point Goodyear go above and beyond. Had various car issues these past few months and they never let me down. Will, Donna and Josh in the front are first class professionals and mechanics Jim and Tyler are the backbones of the operation! Wouldn't take my cars any place else. Many thanks to these fine people!

The service we received is today from the Goodyear branch in Midlothian, VA was, simply put, exemplary. From our first call to Store Manager Joe Kellum to the final service at nearly 7pm, everyone involved went above and beyond normal service to help us. We had two flat tires and were stranded about 15 minutes away from the shop. Joe went out of his way to drive 45 minutes in each direction to pick up the tire we needed. Later when our AAA tow truck never arrived, we called again and Joe offered to drive over to pick up one of our wheels, took it back to the shop to replace the tire. Jim Meyer, Service Manager, then drove the replaced tire back to our location on the side of the road and removed and replaced the other bad tire. We followed Jim back to the station where Mechanics Bryan and Terrence were staying late to work on our car. They replaced the donut with the second new tire and offered to do a free alignment which was covered by our warranty. Jim showed me a problem with rusted nuts on the two rear toe rods and suggested we get them fixed as soon as possible.All along the way, everyone was sympathetic, courteous and kind. We could not have been more pleased with this group. We only wish that the staff from our local Goodyear staff could be sent to the Midlothian branch for some training.

There are tons of places to get car service- NONE LIKE THIS ONE! They do great work, as anyone should expect, but the communication and friendly CONSIDERATION is what sets this shop apart. Donna, Josh and all staff are wonderful and who takes the time to write handwritten thank you notes and mail them to you after getting service- these folks do!

This is our GO TO SHOP for our Jeep. Josh the Service Manager and Ms. Donna are amazing. Called about a situation with another shop (took my car somewhere else for an inspection BIGGGGG MISTAKE) and Josh and Ms. Donna made sure to get my vehicle in, recheck it, and FIX what was actually wrong (which was totally different than the other shop)! They take care of their customers. I definitely recommend them!

SHOUTOUT to both DONNA and ANTHONY! I had called to make an appt for my vehicle for the end of the week, although Donna was super accommodating and encouraged me to come in same day before closing. When I pulled up to the shop, Donna came outside right away and personally greeted me with a smile. Donna went over and above to make sure my car was in good hands with technician Anthony. Anthony went out of his way to provide excellent customer service without advanced notice. Anthony successfully resolved the issue my car and Donna even thought to kindly remind me that my inspection was about to expire soon before I left. I HIGHLY recommend Goodyear Auto Service! THANK YOU, Donna and Anthony!!

I recently got a thousand mile tune up and I always take my vehicle for oil changes and maintenance, not only am I always satisfied by the work but always pleased with the professional staff and their kindness.I also appreciate the fact that the store is always clean and are following COVID guidelines.

Very helpful. They actually try to help you out instead of just acting like you're a bother to them like most shops . and the tech who works on your car will actually take the time to explain things and answer questions you have. When you go to a dealership you only can talk to a advisor and cant ever talk to a tech directly which leads to so much miscommunication and so much info not be transferred from the customer to the techs in the back.
