Scott and team are fantastic! They take care of you and keep you updated. I was running about 5 min late to pick up my car . Called and they stayed there for me. Tried a number of other garages in the area, this is by far the best!

Scott does an outstanding job running the store/shop. He is always kind, attentive and knowledgeable and with no pressure. I've been a customer for 8 years and have only had 1 issue that was corrected immediately. I highly recommend this store.

Dropped my car off for inspection at this location upon opening. The person behind the counter I believe Scott mentioned it would be done today if I dropped it off. I handed him the keys and left. Called close to closing because I was wondering if the car was done as I heard no communication whatsoever. I went in at 5:30pm because they closed at 6 and Andrew mentioned he would not be able to do inspection on the car today. No communication was given and now the day is wasted and I have to find another shop to take care of my needs. Disappointed with this shop and if you value your time, go somewhere else.

I was thrilled at the honesty of the employees at the Firestone I visited. They didn't try to con me into spending a huge sum of money to avoid imminent death or injury. I usually don't frequent chains like this for that very reason. This was a happy happenstance with a flat tire.

Scott and his staff are excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Firestone credit card with six months zero percent interest really helps everyone to overcome the outrageous costs of auto repair today! Firestone should have Zero percent for one year on large invoices.

I dropped my car off for a state inspection before they opened and told them I could pick my car up anytime that same day. I called around 5pm and was told my car was the next in line. I had to call AGAIN at 6:50pm 10 minutes before they close just to be told my car would not be ready today. I would have been happy to pick up my car the next day if they had the decency to call me and let me know instead of leaving me waiting for a phone call I was never going to get. So unprofessional.

We only go to this Firestone for service. They are honest and not pushy. They found a nail in the sidewall of a tire. The tire inflation light had come on recently but I figured it was due to the sudden turn to cold weather. A new tire was less than $30 because we had bought the tires from Firestone and had the hazard coverage. I highly recommend Scott and Josh at this Firestone.

This has been my go to for years. This is my fourth manager in this shop. All have u down to earth dudes. I'm tight with a buck, when I spend at your shop it does not hurt as bad. Not to mention when you get work done there or something goes wrong out of state you've got firestones all over to use. I am a big proponent for that store. Love those guys

Waited here 3:30hrs for a Simple Lose headlight bulb. Insurance approved was at 10:16am Never attempted to work on vehicle. JOSH Stated Pending approval happen at 1:10pm I called & verify they said it was ALREADY APPROVED at 10:16am Josh resubmitted the Approval for no reason, just to waste my time! Tried to disguise why I waited 3hrs Either They are racist or lazy Fire that man! Don t Go to this Firestone!!

The team was very accommodating in making sure to get my car done on time. i was traveling and in town for a few days and they were able to work my car in the same day while i waited for the service to be completed

I had a appointment at 7am. Now it's 12:30 they still haven't even started my wheel alignment. Then i asked for lifetime alignment they confirmed it over the phone and i told them it was a commercial vehicle and said nothing then. So they tell me then i went to pickup my truck there still working the vehicle before my. I told them i have 7am appointment he acted surprised then keep asking if i wanted my keys back. He was really rude will never use them again

This store does very good on mechanical work. We have most all of our routine maintenance performed here. They have always provided good service and we have been using them for more than 10 years.

Didn't even get to my car. Horrible communication. Told to leave car another day or fund siemone else to do the work. Was told it was my mistake. The old tell the customer they suck trick. Thanks.

Scott is very caring and understanding!!! He recognizes you when entering the store. That right there means a lot! He takes the time to listen and will explain any questions asked. I've been coming for 5 years along with my son. He was the one that told me that this FIRESTONE is good!!! I'm very satisfied with the services. Very professional!!! The mechanics are good!!! They will explain what needs to be done before they touch your car! This is my home!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. You won't be sorry!Thanks!!!

I went in for 2 tires and ended up getting 4. There were two $100 incentives + 5% off if you applied for a credit card. One of the $100 incentives is a gift card that you had to apply for on line. The store manager filled out the online forms for me when I return to pay off my balance 2 days later. They honored my appointment. Returned my old tires which I will try to sell.

Can Daniel come back as GM and Samantha at the front desk?!?! This place is awful since they left. Everyone I speak to is rude. I asked about a lead time for a basic service, and got an attitude off the bat before I could even finish speaking. I was just curious so I could plan accordingly. By no means was I pushing immediate quick service. I'm not sure what exactly happened to why everyone seems to rude here now, but it's ridiculous. I don't think they realize a lot of people who come here had 5 star service up until Daniel transferred elsewhere.. that's when everything fell apart it seems. I've over heard conversations to other customers mentioning "its a waste of time" for whatever service they were inquiring about. I have heard customers in person telling the people behind the counter how awful this place is with customer service. There is no need to be rude, and almost like you just don't want to service a car? It's everyone's job there.. if no cars are coming in, there isn't any business. Something needs to change at this location. I'll be trying the new location going forward that just opened to see if it's any better. Businesses get busy, it happens, but transparency and being professional is what people really want to experience.

I dropped my vehicle off due to rough engine idle. They gave me a price over the phone but that price went up by 200 bucks when I came to get my vehicle. After much discussion about what was told to me we agreed on a price. Guess what? The engine light is still on and it's still rough idling. Nothing fixed. Looks like I have to call them back tomorrow. I hope the make this right.

We've been taking all of our family vehicles to Firestone for many years. I don't have any complaints. Everyone has been friendly and courteous, they are knowledgeable and explain what's going on with our cars and trucks so that I can understand the problem and how they can fix it. They have been easy to work with, do good work, and I trust them to do what needs to be done and for a very fair price.
