Got my vehicle in for an alignment, even though they were working a busy schedule. The crew was polite and professional. Called us back quickly, letting us know our car was ready. As a business owner myself, I like how they under promised, but over delivered.

The incredible customer service from Scott who assisted my husband and I with three cars, two of which were the same make and model, is the reason for this score. His expertise, ability to explain in detail, and kind demeanor are all greatly appreciated. Most importantly we were treated as people instead of another work order. While the staff at this location are very nice, there seems to be a bit of a scheme being played when it comes to getting state inspections here.I brought my car in to get my state inspection done- fully expecting to have to have my brakes done- which is totally fine- but that's not at all what ended up happening.I'd scheduled an appointment online the day before, so when I walked in to drop the car off, I was surprised to find out that there was "no appointment" on the books for my vehicle.After the initial shock of being told that there was nothing on the books for my appointment, it seemed like the person at the counter was counting on me to just walk out and forget about the whole thing-, but in this state, you MUST have a state inspection sticker on your vehicle in order to not be harassed by the police to and from work each day- and of course, I don't have the luxury of working remote, so this sticker is pretty important- so I waited for the person at the counter to find an appropriate solution to this "error". It wasn't until after a manager, or supervisor came over, that they were finally "able to find my appointment"- I should've known right then this was going to turn into a huge disappointment, but alas, I tried to be optimistic. So I dropped off my car, which by all accounts was perfectly fine- lights and all- when I dropped it off.However, a whole day and a half later, I received a phone call regarding the work that I needed to pass inspection, which again, I was fully expecting it to be the brakes- but unfortunately, I was completely blindsided when I was bombarded with things like,"You need light bulbs, front and rear wiper blades, new tires and brakes for a combined total of $1200"Obviously, brakes and tires are big ticket items, which again, is fine- but telling me that it'll cost $300+ for mini-light bulbs alone, is outrageous. Not to mention- I check often for my lights so that I don't get pulled over to and from work each day- and I know that there is NO way 8 lights suddenly stopped working upon my arrival to Firestone- of these 8 bulbs, they mentioned my Fog Lights were out, which was nuts because again, they were working just fine prior to my terrible visit to Firestone.Not to mention, that there aren't "8" lights out on my vehicle. From what I can see currently on my car, the fog lights no longer work, which was quite a shock considering they were working when I arrived home Friday Night. The other lights that I can see are the tag lights, which driving an hour to and from work would've definitely caused a police officer to pull me over if they were out prior to my visit to this place- but in any case, I now have 4- not 8- lights that need to be replaced.I'm not sure where these 4 additional blown lights are on my vehicle- but then again, I'm not sure how my fog lights somehow stopped working within an 8 hour window of being dropped off at this location either. That's a pretty strange coincidence.The wiper blades were also said to be "torn"- however, they weren't torn when it was raining recently- so how they're suddenly torn now is completely beyond me! But there again, that's also a mighty strange coincidence.As I said, I walked in there knowing I would probably need brakes- and would've been happy to do the brakes there- but 2 other places (those places don't provide state inspections, unfortunately) quoted me 220$ for new rear brakes- Firestone quoted me $350+.The price gouging at this place is outrageous and honestly, It's almost criminal, in my opinion.Needless to say, that was my first and last visit to Firestone. I've worked in the automotive industry for 10+ years, and haven't seen this kind of price gouging in a very long time. I feel terrible for the other people they've conned into spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs and upgrades.I completely understand labor costs and price markups- that's just business- however, the experience that I've just experienced was absolutely insane.

This location has been taking great care of us since it opened. There is a quick turnaround on getting repairs done. The customer service is excellent, too.

I brought my son's car in with a "shredded" tire. April got him all set up with a new tire quickly, but most of all, she was so nice to him. I think she could see that he was anxious, and she was very kind and calming with him. That meant a lot to me, as a parent.

Suspicious items brought up during routine inspection. A lot of the items were either not truly needed or not needing inspection. Each time there was an issue with the tires including nails in recently purchased tires or wires showing that looked like someone took a box cutter to it. I absolutely do not trust them.$991 for break pads, and all the other issues .

I never have any problem here and they don't mind giving you a discount. Staff is very friendly. I'll definitely keep bringing my Ford F-150 here. I had brakes and rotors done and a oil change.

Overall, a good experience here. I dropped my car one evening for an state inspection to be completed the next day. I received an email around 7a the next morning showing the work order # so I knew that the car was at least in queue. I finally heard back from them around 3p and was told that it didn't pass inspection and would need to be kept until the next day. I did put me in a bind, but I can't blame them because my car wasn't the only one they had to look at. The repairs were made the next day and the car was ready for pickup as promised. Everyone I spoke with and encountered in the shop was very friendly.

Drop car off at 7 AM was told they would be able to perform a state inspection today, at 230 pm I received a call to inform me they were unable due to being overwhelmed. I was very confused on the situation. If you would have explained you were backed up at 7am I would have took it somewhere else. It pays to be straight forward with your customers. Full of disappointment

April is awesome!!!!! She provides excellent customer service even with tough situations. Her demeanor doesn t change no matter what and she is extremely knowledgeable. In the auto mechanic world women don t get enough praise because the perception is we are naive to things like this but April definitely broke that barrier. Called ahead last week to have service done to my car. I dropped my car off at 9:15 in the morning and told them I did not need it back until close to closing so they could take their time and get it done. Well I called at 5:30 and was put on hold to be told they didn t get to it and will be next week. I informed them the first problem is that I set this appointment last week, problem two is I have you all day with it and problem three is I had to call to be told it wouldn t be until next week. I am in the service industry and the customer should never have to call and get bad news, you should ve called to inform me about this issue and we could ve figured something out. They blamed staffing. I told them that their staffing issues aren t my issues as a consumer. That s an internal problem for you and you should ve called me and figured it out between 9:15 & 5:30.

We recently started a business where we have two vehicles that get heavy use, so we are in the store frequently for oil changes and tire rotations. We have also gotten new tires/alignments. With one of the cars I was having issues with the A/C not working correctly. They did the diagnostics and were honest that it would be better for me to take the car to the dealership to have that particular problem fixed. April always goes the extra mile even staying after closing to make sure that my vehicles get done. Ed is great to work with as well. They are not the closest Firestone to our house, but they have always had more reliable availability. That paired with great service will keep us coming back!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

They are really nice and really helpful. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is they aren't equipped to really deal with hybrids (which with how many are changing to hybrid and electric I think that isn't really an acceptable excuse anymore).

Just had an oil change and check up on my car and dealt with April. April is by far, the main reason I go to this particular Firestone. I used to deal with her from another site and once I found she worked at this one, I brought all my cars here. She is helpful, courteous, respectful and thoughtful. Only recommends things I need, and never things I don t. Never pushy. I love dealing with her. The Firestone here is very clean and new and will be my go to and my family s go to spot going forward.

A terrible experience. While they are nice and friendly. It has nothing to do with the fact I took a working, drivable vehicle to them. Went out of town and returned to a vehicle that I could not drive after they worked on it. The excuse was it had a preexisting condition -which is why I took it in the first place. As a nurse I relied on that vehicle and they took no responsibility for the damage done. Lied -Instead of saying we made a mistake. After weeks of back and forth I had to purchase a new vehicle. If you want nice go there. If you want good honest work done on your vehicle. Go Anywhere else!!

Immediately walking through the door the guys were friendly and welcoming! I especially enjoyed the customer service provided by Rahsaan Anderson. My experience with him is enough to secure me as a repeat customer! I also really appreciated that there was no upselling or pressure to get any additional services. I chose to wait for my car to be done and the store is really clean with comfortable seating.

I took my wife's car there. They are new, so clean and beautiful. Sticky took care of the car. I had an appointment which helps. I asked about my car, which takes a lot of special handling. They were straightforward and intelligent about handling it.

DO NOT GET ANY MECHANICAL WORK DONE HERE!!! They blew up my engine and got the corporate office to say I was liable for it.. When I brought my car to them it had a simple misfire, and the technician who worked on it ruined the timing chain so that it was no longer drivable. Then they towed it to Haley Chevrolet without me knowing so that their hands could be free of the problem. April the manager is a liar and manipulator. She'll do and say whatever she needs to in order to try and not be liable for damages that her technicians caused. She knows how to work the corporate Firestone system in her favor. in the end, we were left with a $5,000 bill for an issue that they caused. Even the Chevrolet Dealership admitted that they were liars. BEWARE!!!
