Wayne and the team are great to work with. Professional, fast, efficient, and most importantly, honest. Prices are fair, and I've never felt like I'm overpaying for any service. I've been taking my car to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers for a few years now, and I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is unmatched! Everyone is polite, welcoming and it's truly evident that they appreciate our business. I had an inspection done last summer and was told that I should look into getting my brake pads replaced soon. I appreciated the info and that it wasn't used as a pressure tactic to have work done on my car. I returned 7 months later to have the work done and was appreciative that Wayne, the service manager, remembered me and our conversation. While waiting, he told me about two other issues that were discovered and the services they recommended. I chose to get them done as well. (Again... no pressure tactics) I was done within 2 hours. Plus they have a very clean and comfortable waiting area where I was able to work from while I waited. AND the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

The new location on Kroger center Blvd is wonderful. It s Nice, clean and bigger than the location across the street. The manager Wayne is very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even checked in on me a few times as I waited for my car. Thomas worked on my car and he did an excellent job. I came in for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get everything done in a timely manner. They have Excellent workers and great customer service so I will always be a loyal customer to this company. Thanks again for everything. It s always a pleasure to get my car serviced here.

Had a bolt in my tire and my usual place had a 2+ hour wait, called and a person immediately picked up and told me they could accommodate me without much wait. Showed up in 15 minutes and was greeted by a friendly sales tech and the manager. Fair price, fixed my tire in under 1 hour, friendly and confident in their work, waiting room was new, clean, and comfortable. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend!

I needed to get my safety inspection fast and called my usual local places. Nobody could get me in for a week or more as they were so booked. But I was able to make an appointment for safety inspection the very same day early afternoon for Express Oil at Koger! I was told it might take an hour but it took only half an hour. Easy and quick!!! Staff was very polite as accommodating.

Great Customer Service! I'm usually wary when getting my vehicle serviced without my husband with me. The store manager Saunders, was knowledgeable and assured me that I was at the right place! I got a state inspection and 4 new tires same day when ordered. Saunders made sure that I was driving away with the correct size tires because I had only had my vehicle for a year and the previous owner had the wrong size. The staff was courteous and kept the customers safe by making sure the walkways and driveway didn't freeze over by applying a salt treatment. Great place, Great Service but most of all great customer service.

My experience was memorable. This was my first time coming to Express Oil Change and I felt welcomed. Wayne the service manager, he was a gentleman. He sat with me to explain the service and needs of my car. It was a personable touch that I never experienced at a maintenance shop. Looking at the team, they all look happy and work well together which creates an inviting atmosphere for customers. To seal the visit, Cory worked on my car and its better than it was. Nice young man who has a nice smile. I will be back. Thank you for your services.

I will NEVER enter a Jiffy Lube or anywhere else again, as long as this place continues to be 5 stars in my book!The gentleman on the phone that booked my appointment worked in the shop itself and was very polite and helpful.The waiting room and bathroom are always clean.The gentleman who checked me out was Wayne Soehngen and was helpful with information as well as pricing. I never felt like the company was trying to dig into my pocket. Everyone working there seems very humble and helpful.5 stars for my experiences.

I've been here a few times for oil changes but just took my older car for a state inspection. Appointments aren't needed but I made one online anyway and they were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I was informed that I needed new rear brakes (which I anticipated) and they installed them after I gave the go ahead. I was in and out in just over an hour which I thought was reasonable. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Thanks for taking care of me!Our previous oil changes here were also pain free with no high pressure sales.

This place has become my go to shop for work and maintenance. I ve gotten a same day inspection done here when I couldn t get an appointment anywhere else, front and rear brakes, and an oil change. I promise you won t even be able to step out of your car before someone is helping you. This time around I was helped by Wayne who was incredibly friendly and straightforward and the work was done by Ryan, who finished my brakes in half the time they estimated. The total came out to even less than they had quoted me which was already less than what my husband had guesstimated for the work I needed done. Honestly, this is the first time in my life that I ve found a repair shop where I actually feel happy to send my car.

Zak was extremely friendly, explained each thing they were doing, educated me on my car, and got me in and out in 10 min. Hardworking, welcoming crew. I appreciated it as being a woman and going to mechanics or engineers can be intimidating but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely recommend. Thanks y all!

THE BEST! HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY! On a holiday week, despite being busy, they made room for me in their schedule and patched my flat tire. They didn't try to sell me a new one, told me the tread was still good, and sent me on my way. The manager, Wayne, was honest from the start. Chad, the mechanic who worked on my car, did a great job. I've had my car at this business for an oil change as well. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Trust them. They'll do a great job for you and won't empty your wallet. Thank you, Wayne and Chad!

I came in on today for an oil change and an inspection. I was truly pleased at the outstanding customer service provided. It truly felt like a family coming here. Very authentic and full of personality. I came in about 3:00PM, and was out before 4. Speedy service indeed. I recommend this place to any and everybody that need any service done. Whenever I need some type of service done, I will be coming back to this location. Phenomenal Job to the store manager Wayne and team. You ll have truly made my day. I used to go to Jiffy Lube a long time ago they really blew it the employees don't seem to care the place is a mess and I don't know why they can't keep any employees but I had to leave I had to quit going so I found another place this place Express I went up there told him what I wanted and told them how I wanted it the place was clean neat they were polite and knew what they were doing if you go up there during the week you hardly have to wait all it didn't take a 15 minutes to get everything I asked got my tires where I wanted them the inflation and it was just a good experience to go somewhere where people acted like they appreciated your business plus it's veteran owned that is a very important thing to me anybody that served or is serving this country should go there and should be appreciated for it that's why I'm staying there no more Jiffy Lube Hallelujah but that's just my opinion

Wayne is very knowledgeable and never tries to upsell you anything he actually cares about making sure you are aware of what is wrong with your vehicle and if anything upcoming is needed to be done. The staff are very friendly and they make sure you will leave happy.Update: These guys are really good fixed my horn problem and did it under an hour and was informative the whole time and showed me exactly what was wrong by taking the actual piece off and bringing it to me in the waiting area.

Best experience in a very long time. Took car in yesterday and was thoroughly impressed with speed of service and genuineness of care. Wayne was incredibly hospitable, welcoming and accommodating upon arrival and Thomas did an outstanding job with vehicle inspection. Definitely going back next time anything is needed. 10 stars

I had such a good experience when I went there. It was my first time ever going there, and Wayne helped me with a big smile on his face the whole time. He was very welcoming and walked me through the pricing, the work, what I needed done, and answered any questions I had. Ryan was the one who worked on my car and he also did a good job! I took my car here on recommendation from a friend and everyone who I talked to and helped me were the kindest I have encountered at a body shop in a long time. Not only were they quick when I had a few things I needed done they explained everything that they had to do. Wayne was really kind and kept checking on me while I was waiting and you can really feel the family energy that they have here. If you need a place for your car to be fixed this is the place.

Wayne greeted me, he was very pleasant and professional! I told him, I was told by the other location that my break pads needed to be changed. Chad checked my car out and then Wayne let me know they could go another 15kmiles!! I was charged the brake check fee and was on my way! Thanks so much to this location for staying honest and taking care of my car today!! Truly appreciate ya'll!

Drove an hour to get to discount tire and they told me they couldn't do my alignment because the guy was not there that day...pulled into the Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers right beside it and was immediately greeted and told they could do it. Wayne the service manager here was so helpful and down to earth! He made you feel like you had known him forever! He was in and out of waiting room constantly updating everyone on their vehicles. He made this experience one I will not forget- I would tell anyone to go to THIS LOCATION just because of Wayne himself. The man Cory that did my alignment was also great and very knowledgable. Again, huge thank you to Wayne Soehngen- he needs to be the owner he was outstanding!

We are new to the area. In MD, you only get an inspection when you buy a car, so the yearly inspection is new to me (husband used to live in Virginia). Got the recommendation from Next Door. Took 2 cars in for safety inspection (with same day appointment scheduled easily online-finished ahead of schedule). No problems with the 2-year old car. We were expecting the 20-year old car to need new tires (dry rotted) and brakes, at least. Hasn't had an inspection for 20 years! Was expecting them to come up with all kinds of stuff to fix, but was pleasantly surprised. Just the brakes & tires. Price for new tires & brakes was reasonable. The service manager, Wayne and the Inspector, Chad, were so nice and helpful. Chad showed us what he saw up on the lift. Didn't try to upsell us or push us to make a decision or get the repairs. Place is immaculate. Will definitely go back there.

My husband and I were traveling from upstate Vermont to Florida. On Friday, at around 7 pm, our tire was pierced on the freeway near Richmond, VA. We called roadside assistance for Jaguar but received no resolution for fixing our flat other than being advised to contact our local dealer. In our search for tire service, we came across Tire Engineers, whose reviews appeared honest and of high quality. We booked a hotel down the street at Residence Inn.We arrived the next day, Saturday, at 9:30 am at Tire Engineers. The relief was instant; we were greeted by kind employees who came out to us, inspected our tire, rolled it into the shop, and got to work. Even though my husband had new tires, the team assured us they would fix and replace the spare and get everything in order. The shop is quiet, the staff is polite, and it s VERY clean. The manager, Wayne, is a humble man!I am beyond thankful for this small business and their exceptional customer service. Everyone working there genuinely enjoys their job and helping people. They have a clean, quiet waiting room with coffee and water, and they also offer specials for new customers. Honestly, if we lived in Virginia, I d only service my vehicle with Tire Engineers. Thank you for taking care of us.

I had an amazing experience at this location! I showed up early to get an oil change for my daughter's car. They were open a few minutes earlier than the stated time, which is always appreciated. As I pulled up, the friendly technician also advised me that my inspection was overdue. I got an oil change and state inspection in a matter of minutes. The staff was professional, proficient and friendly and the location was convenient and clean. The price was also very fair for all the work they did. I will be going to Express Oil from now on and can't recommend it highly enough. Get your oil changed and then hit the Costco next door!

My husband found this shop and we took my car in for a state inspection. As recommended by a team member, we got to the shop early in the morning. As we were sitting outside, a team member offered to let us wait inside due to the weather being chilly. From the moment we walked in until we left the staff at this location was exceptional. Wayne the service manager was very friendly. He came in and talked with us, answered our questions and explained the service we would be receiving. We were offered coffee and water while we waited. Ryan was the tech that worked on my vehicle, and I would not hesitate to have him work on my vehicle in the future (yes, I will be returning). Even though I ended up needing an additional service, I thought the pricing was fair. Wayne was very upfront about the cost, and I paid what he quoted. I will definitely be using this shop for my future car care needs.
