Kenny knocked it out of the park. He asked for a few pictures before coming over so he could get a better idea what truck he would need to bring. I had a 32,000 pound diesel pusher RV stuck with one side rear wheels buried in my yard. The 50 ton truck had no problem winching me out of the hole I dug.

car broke down in the pouring down rain on 288. called to get a tow to my cars service center, the lady on the phone was very pleasant, told me how much it would be (which was very reasonable!) and an eta for the driver. driver came, he was very kind, drove safely, and was over all a pleasant person. if anything ever happens to my car in the rva area (hopefully not though haha) i will definitely be calling eagle towing again!

03/29/2024 - I had to have my car towed from the shop to my home so I called Eagle Towing again because they had done such an outstanding job previously. Again, they did not disappoint. ET took great care with unloading my car in my driveway. I have already recommended Eagle towing from the first time I used them and I will continue to recommend them. They are an A+++++ company.02/28/2024 - My car shut down completely while I was driving on Hull Street. Thankfully, I was able to get it to the safety lane next to the medium. Eagle Towing was called. It did not take them long to arrive to tow my vehicle. Eric and Brandon with Eagle Towing were very professional and friendly. They took excellent care with loading and unloading my vehicle. They were kind enough to let me ride in the truck to the repair shop. They went above and beyond and gave me a ride from the repair shop to my home. I could not have asked for better care, service and kindness.I highly recommend Eagle Towing for all your towing needs.

Had to get a tow when my car gave up on me in the parking lot of my job. Mr. White's towing recommended me to them. I called them and the operator was really helpful, he recommended me a near by mechanic shop I could have it taken to. Since I was working, I could not check my phone, I was worried I would miss their call and they would just leave, but Dustin came in to look for me, which I highly appreciated. My job's parking lot is small and gets really busy, but he was able to get my car out quickly and safely! I was able to pay online, which was super convenient. Thank you all!

Our car broke down and was having weird issues (making a grinding sound even while off for 4 hours...). We called AAA and they had us wait for 3 hours before telling us that OOPS the driver wasn't coming for another 2. We called up Eagle Towing and in less than 30 minutes Eric was there to be our hero of the night! He was courteous and professional, and he was also really kind. My husband and I were having a very rough night and he really helped us out. He got our car up on the tow bed easily and safely and brought our car to the place of our choosing. I would HIGHLY recommend Eagle Towing (and Eric!) to anyone needing a tow in the area. Their price was reasonable and matched their quote, too.

I have a classic modified car (71 Chevelle) that I drive on rare occasions & ran into issues with the fuel system on 288 near Hull Street Road. Another tow service I contacted was of no assistance and thankfully I contacted Eagle Towing. Brandon, the driver, went above and beyond to help with the situation since my car was stranded dangerously close to the edge of 288. My classic car was handled with care and safely delivered back to my driveway without any further issues. Brandon deserves some recognition for how he assisted me & that is the sole purpose of my review!

I was stranded on the side of the road, called insurance... pretty sure they never came, called Eagle, they had a guy on the way, after waiting about 20 minutes into the hour estimated time the driver called to APOLOGIZE for running late... got there and was SO friendly!! They are on speed dial for my 2012 baby! THANK YOU!

From the phone call to the office to the service everything was fast and efficient! Same day tow with affordable pricing. Didn t even take an hour and they were there!! The guy who came out was very friendly and explained everything throughly. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks so much Eagles towing!!

I was hit by another vehicle and Ricky was able to put peace of mind when it came to him towing. He was able to get the vehicle to the dealership and take me with him as this was a rental vehicle and my car was at the dealer. He went above and beyond helping me and I m truly grateful for his help.

After waiting 5 hours on a rainy day for AAA to respond correctly to my request (as a member), I gave up and called Eagle. Within 20 minutes they came right to my car (unlike AAA who drove within a block and said they didn't see us, no call, no text). Eagle was polite and professional. They towed us to our destination within 45 min. from call. Eagle is my new towing service.

I called Eagle Towing on behalf of my 87-year-old father, whom I was not with at the time. Richard was there for him within 30 minutes, and not only did he get the vehicle jumped, but he called ahead to ensure the shop had the kind of battery my father needed. He even arranged for my father to get immediate service at the shop. I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Towing. I am beyond grateful to know my father was taken care of so well.

Just want to point out the importance of a good night of sleep. Don't be this guy. I fell asleep on my way home from work. No seatbelt. Just a little bruised thank God. Flipped it and rolled it. Dont really know anything about this towing service thats why three star no interaction between me and them.

Sean was amazing! Super patient and understanding when I forgot my keys for the vehicle being towed and had to run back home to get them! Needing a tow is generally never a fun moment, but this experience was pleasant all the way around from scheduling to drop off at my mechanic! Super quick too! Said they d be there in an hour and it was less than that! Service: Car towing

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Eagle towing. My SUV was trapped in a foot of mud in my neighborhood and I googled a Midlothian towing company. My transmission went out and left me on the side of powhite, called Eagle and Kenny was there within 30 mins! Not only was it fast and affordable but he was also able to give me some insight as to what went wrong with my truck. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do I'm definitely calling Eagle again!

I telephoned because I was stuck at the doctors office with a car that wouldn't start! I was in a start of panic and the man I talked to was kind and got someone who was very close. The gentlemen who came were polite, patient and kind. They got the car started in less than a minute, told me to take it to get the battery checked. I didn't, I came straight home and made an appointment at the dealership.I was afraid this was the worst day but Eagle Towing made it a good day! I highly recommend them.

After a week and a half of stress, disappointment, lack of communication and unprofessionalism from multiple other individuals with different companies Eagle Towing came through for my family and I like no other on a last minute call early this morning. I don't even know where to start with the good things I encountered with this company. I had a 40 ft shipping container transported from Nebraska to Virginia and needed it lifted from the ground and placed on a concrete slab, that was not done correctly with a previous local towing company. Eagle towing ensured they could get the job done on the SAME DAY without any hesitation.1. The owner Bruce was pleasant, professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest and fair.2. The Eagle towing crew were clean, on time and punctual.3. They put the customer first and listened to what we needed.4. They didn't overcharge like the 3-4 other companies I had contacted.5. They went above and beyond and went out of their way to get the job done even with some minor hiccups.6. They treated my family and I like family and were very kind.7. They didn't complain and were honest. They called back like they promised and called to provide timely ETA and arrival of the trucks. The owner was also on site during the entire job which made me feel very comfortable and secure.Overall I am so happy I contacted Eagle Towing today but disappointed in myself for not choosing them FIRST. They will definitely be the go to company for all of my towing needs in the future. I will highly and gladly recommend this company to anyone I come across with who needs a professional company to handle their towing needs as well.I can't thank you enough Eagle Towing. I called Riley with Eagle towing, and immediately after speaking with her I was assured that I would receive great service. As a retired military person, I instantly assumed that she represented the best of the best of the best service in the area. She assured me that she would dispatch a driver in a timely manner. As a Veteran, I asked if she would offer a military discount service, and immediately she stated she would give me a discount. I am a good judge of character, and assumed she was related to the owner, and of course later I found out that she was a relative, just by the way she handled my call in a professional and business like manner. I will definitely say this is one of the best tow companies in the area. I sincerely mean this, otherwise I WOULD NOTBE WRITING THIS REVIEW AT 12:30 AM THE DAY OF SERVICE.I called Eagle Towing at 4pm, and the tow driver was at the pickup location within 30 minutes. Kenny was professional and represented the company in a professional manner. Kenny off loaded my vehicle where I wanted it to be placed, and as usual when I get great service I always play it forward, such as the discount I received from Riley. We often forget about the guys on the front line.
