I have been coming to Clover Hill Tire for many years. The Staff are friendly, trustworthy and honest. I have had routine maintenance done and other repairs with no complaints. Their prices are competitive and they have a 2 year/24k mileage warranty. I have recommended many friends and all have had good experiences.

If you have anything serious going on with a vehicle don t bring it here is what I learned. If it s something simple like oil change or breaks I d say they have the ability to perform those tasks. I had to tow my car to another shop when I had it towed up there I told them it can not be started it would mess up the motor even more I had just replaced a valve cover and one bolt broke when putting it back on so the new gasket never sealed and the first thing they did was go out try to start it then called me and said hey your car won t start good thing I had the spark plug wires still disconnected because they did the opposite from the start.

Our go-to for all vehicles up until recently. A lot of work being charged for that wasn t being done. Generally this business went from super reputable, to untrustworthy in about 8 months. Worth looking elsewhere until they get things sorted out.

If I could give them Zero stars I would!!! They are wolves in sheeps clothing that took advantage of my daughter when she went there to trust them with her car and service. She did not agree to any services and asked them while she left them her car and was at work if she could get back with them within the hour to confirm any services she may need and they said "sure" and then she called back within the hour to tell them she could not afford to go with any services at this time, all the mean while they pulled her car in and drained her oil without consent and stripped her drain plug to where she was forced to pay for an oil change and a new drain plug and tried charging her for a service fee and diagnostic fee! This place is a prime example why people don't trust mechanics! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

I've been taking my cars here for going on 7 years now. Never had an issue with them and they take appointments which is a plus.

I have completely changed my opinion about clover Hill auto, I took one of my vehicles there to get the state inspection done. They said it failed and they could fix the problem for $1100.00I took it to another place to have it fixed . They looked at everything and said that there was no reason to fail my vehicle for the inspection. They said that the problem was not an inspection issue and could have waited to be fixed. So needless to say I will Not be going back to them. I feel so betrayed and just sad that they would treat anyone like this especially with them knowing my circumstances.

My family and I have been going to Cloverhill Tire and Auto for years, through multiple vehicles. Ray and the staff there are amazing and don t take advantage of people. They do amazing work and are super personable, quick turnaround too.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS TEN STARS I WOULD!!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you want to be treated right and have quick work done and pay fair prices this is the shop to go to hands down... especially if you are a female and you don t want to be ripped off! The owner Ray is the nicest person in the whole world! They not only went above and beyond with their service but they even gave me a good price on all the repairs I needed done. They came recommended from a shop in northern Virginia, and this is the second time I ve used these guys. They have savvy techs and treat you with the respect you deserve. As a female I m always concerned I will be ripped off on pricing and over sold and these guys did absolutely none of that! They stayed in contact with me during everything, I was always aware of what was going on and they even helped me pick my vehicle up! I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on!

I do believe they were trying to scavenge my ball joints off my Silverado for a state inspection. Almost eighthundred dollars they were going to charge me to swap my good ones out and put new ones in. I've lost any respect for that place if I had any that's the first time I took a chance there and will be the last. Please don't get stuck with a eight hundred dollar rejection sticker because once they slap it on its on all we can do is hope these people loose there inspection licenses.

I am impressed with Clover Hill Tire's professional work. I got an alignment done on my car, but an issue came up with the original job. They corrected the mistake promptly and did the re-alignment free of charge. This is the most honorable auto centre that I have ever visited. The staff are friendly and the work was completed quickly. All this contributed to a good experience which has made them my future go-to spot. Thank you!

Ive been taking my car here for the past 5 yrs for inspections and tires (I unfortunately seem to have issues with tires) so ive been here more than a few times now! All of the guys are so nice, especially Ray. This visit Ray got my new tires on before Fri like I needed! They know Ill be back!

I started taking my cars to Clover Hill Tire & Auto about a year ago on the recommendation of a friend. I could not be more pleased. The office people are great. The mechanics are top-notch. Everything is handled in a very professional manner. I trust them when they tell me I need any type of service. I cannot say that about the national chain auto repairs places.Give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Helpful and fair priced! The team here will answer questions you have patiently and provide the service you need efficiently but also well. I kept having an issue with my brakes and they had me in graciously multiple times in order to get to the bottom of the problem. Appreciate a location that cares about the needs of people and doesn t waste their money or time. Great business!

This is the place to get your auto repair done. I'm a guy who does more than his fair share of work on his own cars, so it's hard for me to find a shop I feel I can trust. I found these guys a few years back after the mechanic I was using retired. I went looking for recommendations from friends and coworkers, and this shop came recommended by several people. Ray and Gary are great to work with; they are both easygoing, and they'll shoot you straight on what you do - and don't - need.

All of the positive reviews before me are spot on. I appreciate Ray and his team. It is painfully hard to find honest people these days. Ray has always been honest. I know exactly what needs to happen, what will happen, and when it will realistically be finished. They deliver results you can trust.

Great service, great staff, great prices. Brought my vehicle in, did not wait long, they fixed my issue right away. The waiting area is very nice too, compared to other shops.I'll definitely be coming here from now on for all my vehicle service needs!

Ray and his team are second to none. They are a busy group - and for good reason - they're prompt, knowledgable, fair on price, and the work they do is impeccable. I do MOST of my own car work - and I trust Ray and his team with everything from oil changes to tire rotations to timing belts. I won't take my car anywhere else for any type of service. If anyone ever asks my recommendation, Clover Hill Tire is always at the top of the list.5+ stars

I met Ray many moons ago before ownership. Yesterday I had to call for my daughters car and he pulled me up and immediately remembered me after 4 or more years! They never steered me wrong before and today had her car ready and safe again. Support small business you can t go wrong!!

The male at the front is very customer friendly, didn't feel like i was being ripped off and he worked with my schedule by making recommendations for pick up and drop off, just because of him i am going back for more work on my care and the prices are so affordable. Now my #1 mechanic. :) Thank you! oh and not sure what they used but my car smelled amazing . haha Ray is awesome!

Great place staff is friendly and very straight forward. One of the few places that still uses floor mats and seat covers to protect your vehicle. Can do everything from factory maintenance to a typical oil change reasonable Tire prices some of the best trained techs in the area and voted one of Richmonds best repair shops

Absolutely the best in terms of quality of service caring and compassion. I wish every type of auto center dealt with clients like Clover Hill does. You cannot go wrong but make sure you make an appointment because they are very very busy for obvious reasons.

Excellent service and always on time if I'm waiting. I will continue to use Clover Hill Tire and Auto for all of my auto needs. Ray is thorough and his mechanics do quality work at a fair price.

Ray is The Best. He is the first mechanic I ve 100% trusted. Clover Hill Tire & Auto is the only place I will take my vehicles. He is honest & gives trustworthy advice. If he ever retires I will have to trade my vehicle in for a bike.

This is the one and only place that I take my car, and for good reason. The owner is there everyday and treats his customers like family. He is honest and he keeps his employees that way as well. Always goes above and beyond to help customers out. Definitely recommend this place without reservation.

I have brought my vehicles to Clover for the past 5 years for ; Inspections , AC work , wheel alignment etc. Always received fair price, great service , clean shop and the work was done right !!Thank you Clover Hill for you service ,it s not easy to find a shop you can trust .

Great shop. The owner is a good fella and fair. My wife April and her family have been going there for over 20 years, so now I take my cars there and trust the guys to so a great job at a fair price.
