They replaced a glass door pane for me. Kind of expensive but they did a good job. I was told 198.73 at the register and that matched the estimate but when I got home the bill was $6 more. They charged a fee for using a credit card which they did not mention. I'm sure there's a sign on the door or somewhere but I would have paid in cash had I known. I had it in my wallet too. LD is the guy that helped me. Would have been nice with a heads up. But they would make less that way I assume.

Overall the guy at the front was very nice. I had to replace a glass in a commerical spotlight and he explained the different glass types to me very well. All in all I would go back again great place!

After contacting Clover Glass Shop to install a shower door in March, 2021, they came out to measure on April 5th and ordered the shower door and paid half of the total shortly after. Finally on August 31st we had the shower door installed. They said the delays were because the glass came in incorrectly multiple times. We went into the shop to show them photos of the scratched glass and that the shower door does not line up with the glass panel. They also failed to install a header across the whole span (as specified in the agreement we signed), so the huge glass panel wobbles badly. We stated that we did not want to pay the final balance until they were able to fix the problems. Since the scratches were in the finish of the glass, we were told that the glass would have to be reordered.Fast forward to January 2022, and without ever hearing from them once, they charged our card the remaining balance! NO attempt to fix the issues with their installation and no permission from us to charge our card! For over $3k for a shower door install, this is ridiculous. Photos attached were taken the same day as the glass installation. The scratches were all over both pieces of glass.

Clover glasses replaced about five or six windshields for us on different vehicles on the last windshield they have replaced for us. There was a defect in the windshield causing leakage. It wasn t noticed because it was on a personal vehicle. It only gets driven 5 to 7000 miles a year, within 24 hours of realizing the windshield was leaking they had a new windshield with a free upgrade put in due to the defect at no charge. They cleaned my truck had everything sterilized and disinfected for any leakage from the defective windshield.No one ever wants to have anything that s taking back on warranty or have to have those conversations, but the fact that they took care of everything with no questions asked and then dealt with the manufacturer after the fact speaks highly of the company and out of seven windshield. Yes, every once in a while, you re gonna get something defective, but they stood behind it and took care of it.

Have done business with these nice folks for many years. Responsive quotes. Timely service. Latest set of glass table tops were cut to perfection. All that (they will hate me revealing this) and less expensive than "the other guys." Highly recommend!

Clover Glass is spectacular. Very friendly, locally owned business. Went up the road to Ace and they tried to charge me triple the amount for a simple custom cut for a frame I had. Thank goodness I remember to check with clover glass. Love them!

I have always had excellent services and accountability from Clover Glass. I have used them several times in the past and I have just recently scheduled my windshield to be replaced. The folks at Clover are always very friendly and eager to assist me. Dependability, quality of work and pricing are my concerns and Clover Glass has not only met these needs but exceeded my expectations time and time again. Thank you Clover for always providing quality service to me and my family!! We will most defiantly return!! See you next week!

I have used Clover Glass for a couple of years now for my business and personally and I have been very satisfied with all their work. They have replaced a couple of windows and windshields in the company cars as well as repaired a couple of small holes/cracks. They have replaced windows at my house as well as 2 customer's houses. They are always on time, do excellent work and are great with feedback to their customers. I would highly recommend the.

I emailed clover glass looking for a home quote to replace some fogged windows. I was told they only do estimates from 8-5pm and they asked I block a 2hr window off from work to be present for the estimate. After taking time off, and waiting 4hrs I did not recieve a call until 3 days later asking to reschedule. When I told them I would not take more time off, but would be willing to meet them at 5pm sharp I was informed they could just stop by and give me an estimate. 5 business days later and two weeks overall, I have yet to see a quote or hear back from them.If this is how they treat new potential customers I would hate to see how they handle warranty work or claims. I'm bringing my business elsewhere, the unprofessionalism and lack of sincerety alone will drive you away.

I am so disappointed in your service. on 8/12 paid for a piece of glass to be cut for coffee table. i was told it would be ready by 08/16. great, I informed the gentleman taking my order that i would be there 08/19 to pick it up. Sad to say it wasn't ready, but was told by patricia it would be ready the following tuesday 08/23. even offered to have it delivered for free to my daughters house (that is who the glass is for). I was very aggravated that it wasn't ready when promised the first time, delivery wouldn't work as no one could take off work to be there to receive it. so i said i would pick it up . Low and behold I go in today 08/25 (2 days after being promised it would be ready) and AGAIN no glass. Sorry was said to me the first time, and again today. sorry doesn't work anymore.i will never again use your company nor will i suggest any others to use you either.thanks for getting my blood pressure flying high today

I had Clover Glass replace the windshield in my vehicle. They came to my place of employment to replace the glass but failed to latch my hood back when the work was complete. While driving home at 45 miles per hour my hood flew open blocking my entire field of vision. I barely avoided an accident. The hood was badly damged and no longer closes properly. It flew open so violently that it bent back over the roof of the vehicle causing additional damage to the roof. I immediately called Clover Glass to report the incident. They told me they reported the incident to their insurance company but I never received a call from an adjuster. After having to find their insurance information on my own and filing a claim I learned that their insurance was canceled and the negligent damage was not covered. I have provided them estimates from 3 body shops, all 3 of them have stated the vehicle is not drivable. I have sent over 10 emails and rarely got a response at all unless I pressed the issue or called to follow up. It has been 4 weeks that I have been without a vehicle and they just told me they only plan to cover half of the damage because my hood had some previous scratches on it. Do not use Clover Glass, they are dishonest, unethical, and do not fulfill their responsibilities.

I had a shattered window and called a Clover Glass. The next morning two nice guys came over and replaced my window with such promptness. Thank you guys and Clover Glass for being so quick with replacing my window and such great customer service!
