Have had several experiences recently that led to my vehicle needing repairs. Was kept informed of stages of repair and when the vehicle would be completed. Worked well with my insurance company without issue. Would recommend. A deer hit my vehicle but now it looks brand new.

The workmanship looked good, but inside my truck was very dirty with dust. It was all over everything. Should have been cleaned. Parts were not put back under my seat when taken out for the repair. Some green tape was still on the outside of my truck. Had to remove the tape and clean that.

Caliber Collision at 10811 Paulbrook Blvd, Midlothian, VA provided me with excellent service from beginning to end. They were truly a pleasure to work with. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me well informed during the entire process and they did an excellent job repairing the damage done to my vehicle. Caliber Collision fixed my broken glass and scratches on my car from a break in. My windo is working well and I cannot see evidence that my car was scratched. Becuaee of covid there was a delay on my repair bit that was not fault of Caliber Collision. When I picked up.my car I was able to leave the rental and Enterprise came to the location. My car was cleaned and detailed inside and out which made me feel even better after having such a invasive event happen to my vehicle. Felt like car was taken care of with attention to detail minus the leftover broken glass in the glove compartment. The Parking lot at this location is awkward and crowded. The gentleman who died me my car was still polishing and checking my car to make sure everything was perfect. I would use Caliber collision again.

Highly highly highly recommend this location I soo happy about car!!! I truly want to thank the gentlemen who worked so hard on and Honda to make it back to a perfect car! It felt like I was repurchasing my vehicle! They detailed it and cleaned it up better than a dealership! Also thanks to Mr. Wesley he was very awesome and communicated! Caliber Collision is an amazing chain company! I ve dealt with Caliber since I was sixteen they never disappoint! You will not be disappointed. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is a long overdue review of work done at Caliber/Paulbrook in early spring 2023. Our "brand new" 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid was backed into by a distracted driver, (OUCH!) and 2 rearbumper pieces were slightly damaged. Caliber was chosen by our insurance. It took weeks to get the parts, but Caliber was very helpful throughout the job, and did great work on the repair. Also replaced a small trim piece scratched during the repair, requiring a return visit. Wesley was MOST amenable to work with, (answering questions and providing explanations and photos), as well as Kathy in the Office, and the guy who did the repair. Original parts were returned to us on request. Will recommend Caliber/Paulbrook when we have the opportunity.Service: Body & Trim

Let me tell you this body shop is top notch. nothing but stellar service, continuous updates on every aspect of the repairs, parts orders, time frames, etc. Customer service is just outstanding here as was the quality of the work. I was very impressed with the repairs, you can not even tell anything had happened to my truck. I will not use any other body shop in the future if the need arises. You can not go wrong coming here! The attention to detail they have with your vehicle is outstanding, washed the truck with detail and just no complaints at all. Highly recommend this shop without hesitation.Service: Body & Trim

I chose Caliber to fix my van after an accident in Richmond, VA. They were the one company I could find that would accept my van for repair. A $6600 repair took over five weeks, but part of that was likely due to supply problems. The repairs and painting look great. Updates as to the status of the repairs were just OK. Regardless, I'd recommend Caliber. They are very professional.

Wesley has worked on three of my vehicles over the past few years (unfortunately for me) and has performed tremendously with each transaction. Wesley and his associates scheduled my work quickly, handled the insurance adjusters perfectly, and provided me with timely updates throughout the repair process. I am extremely happy with the work they did to my car. It looks better than it did before! I have always been pleased with their work and this time they did not disappoint! Wesley, Logan and Cathy are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond with their customer service! They answer any and all questions, keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle and add that Mom and Pop type service where you feel at home! When I picked up my car it was cleaned and detailed. The craftsmanship was great and they kept me well informed of the repair process with photos of the repairs from start to finish. We have had the most horrendous customer service from this Caliber Collision location Midlothian. My college age daughter hit a deer and there was minor damage to her car. This car was drivable. Caliber would not get started on the work for her until she dropped the car off. The service was only to take two weeks and she doesn t have an alternate mode of transport so we have had to rent a car. They have now had her car for 31 days and we have had to rent a car for a month. We have had nothing but excuse after excuse with no phone calls regarding status of her vehicle. The car sat there for 21 days before they even started work on it. My husband called the GM and we still did not get a call back today when it was supposed to be ready. We have already reported this to our insurance company who referred us to them. This is a nationwide company with zero customer service skills.

Very happy with the work on my Toyota Camry. The time estimates were very good and an unexpected additional repair after pick up was handled professionally and quickly. I used this company for Porsche Panamera to simply repair a side window and tail light. Not to make it about the significant delay in their ability to get parts..but more about their poor customer service. There was NO communication with me when delivery dates were missed. Every communication about my vehicle status was initiated by me. When I spoke with the advisor about how that would have helped the situation, He pretty much did not care..and simply said ill call you this afternoon. Its been 2 months so far and I still do not have my car back I have been told they will have it back soon as they now have the tools to remove my door panel. They did not know how to remove the panel.Id say simply that there are multiple Paint and Body shops in the Richmond area that can provide not only expertise but also the care and concern for their patrons.

On May 26, 2022, after visiting the local Ford dealer without any resolution to a problem with my car's passenger door, I visited Caliber Collision in hopes to determine what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Every time the passenger door was opened, it would scrape against a small portion of the front of the vehicle. Being that the car only has 9,000 miles on it, I wanted to get this issue resolved before any rust had a chance to set in. The manager of the Caliber Collision office on Paulbrook Drive assisted me without any wait and helped to resolve the matter by using a tool to create a proper gap between the door and the panel. The manager did not try to sell me on some costly repair and was extremely helpful. I was pleased by the professionalism and the service I received. I would highly recommend this office to provide an honest assessment of any repairs.Service: Body & Trim
