Great service and a great price! Needed my cruise control, fog lamps and headlights looked at. Fixed all items and very reasonable cost. Strongly suggest them for your vehicle.

Best place for quality car audio hands down! Alex and Chase were by far the best customer service agents I have ever worked with. They both went out of their way to get the right speakers for my mustang and called me routinely with updates and photos of the build process. I can't say enough about the quality of the work Mike did with sub enclosure and amp rack! He worked with me on the design I offered, and steered me in the right direction for the best sound possible. The design he came up with exceeded my expectations and incorporated simple yet elegant design elements that put it over the top and still within the agreed upon budget. You dont find customer service and craftsmanship like this in other car audio stores anywhere. If you just want a simple radio or speaker upgrade, or are looking to build the audio system of your dreams, go to Audio Express! You will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend this store. Answered my myriad of car audio questions with great patience, and knowledge. They really took the time to help me formulate a plan to improve my car's stereo. I was not working with a huge budget, but they were able to steer me to upgrades that gave me the biggest bang for my buck. Their installation was done completely professionally and super clean. They worked with me before during and after install to make sure all the work was done to my liking and make sure I was fully satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the look and sound of my upgrade. Audio Express is now my go to store for all things car audio. Thanks for the impeccable customer service and killer sounding tunes.

Rarely get out of work in time to even go to store to shop . Pulled in at 5:30 walked in wasn t even greeted at all .not even I ll be with you in a minute . Felt like I was a nuisance , Only one other person there . Wanted to get a sick system for my new truck . So I left no effort to even stop me and went to car toys . Greeted with open arms . Decided on a $5000 system scheduled service . Too bad I really wanted focal speakers but not to be treated like this . Makes me wonder how much money they lose with that service . I heard they have a good installer too . It s a shame .it s an honest review and I ve used every shop in town for various vehicles over the years sorry you don t like the review . I spoke to your employee not the other way around . Yes when I walk into a shop I do expect a hey be with you in a minute not ignored . Sorry facts . We don t have a history I m holding onto too maybe you do . This review is only for this shop at alverser drive .

only reason I give it a one is because you can't give it a zero. I was lied to about the price - it went up $75.00 after I drove an hour. IMO u should go elsewhere!

Audio Express (Alverser Dr) was absolutely awesome to work with. They helped me with my new Mini Cooper get just the right sound and bass with a powered sub woofer. Other companies said they could not install the sub woofer because of the complicated design of the Mini Cooper. Audio Express took the time to hear my concerns and install the powered sub woofer I bought with ease. They carefully explored to find just the right place to install and found that I had a factory amplifier in the car already that they could tap into without disturbing the design or function of the other electronics in the car. Alex spent a few months answering my various questions on the right set up for me and was very patient with me as I explored all options. In the end Audio Express was the right choice by far because of their expertise and installation skills. I will definitely take all my future work to them with full confidence they will take good care of me and my cars.

Man honestly I asked these guys to give me better speakers than the ones in my truck and they literally sound the same. It s my fault for being naive but I wish they would have suggested that I just keep what I had until I could buy something better than what THEY picked out. I feel like they just wanted to make a sale but it s all good. Just have an idea of what you want instead of leaving it up to them. They ll sell you whatever it seems like. I m going to a different location next time though. PLUS it took them almost all day for them to install something I could have YouTubed and done within an hour. I came in when they opened and my truck was done around 2:30-3 I believe. I only bring this up because it s not a busy location and they were literally doing nothing when I came in so there was no reason they couldn t have gotten started sooner than when I assumed they did. My experience and opinion.

I have been doing business with Audio Express since the mid 90s and they have upgraded the audio and video in all my vehicles. You can't ask for better service or knowledge and their installations look like it came from the factory. They have also installed the full system on my boat and Polaris RZR 1000. You can't get this kind of service or quality from another shop or big box store!

I ordered a truck bed cover and was told it would take 2 weeks to come in. 4 months later still no cover. I called stopped in to check on when it would be in 4 or 5 times always told the same thing it's on backorder and I will call and find out how much longer and give you a call back. Also that never happened? No return call. I went to truck and thunder and they got my cover in one day. Don't bit anything from Audio Express! I also called the owner no return phone call!

Alex and Michael are AWESOME!!! I had an issue with my car stereo, the subwoofers stopped working. They were able to get them working again within a half hour. Ive had these speakers for over 8 years and after leaving and debating over the weekend I decided to replace them. I went back yesterday on my lunch break. They made some suggestions of what would sound the best in my car. I got a 12" Focal sub w/vented box and they installed it right there on the spot! Great Customer Service! The sound system sounds great! Their knowledge is second to none! Thanks guys!

Had a new Bluetooth, car stereo installed in my truck. Worked with Alex. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all the options that would fit my vehicle. Made an appointment for the the next day. Installation took less that 2 hours. Very happy with the new radio and the professional and courteous service.

I stopped by the Audio Express on Alverser Drive today, without any appointment because my Viper remote engine start had recently stopped working, and I just wanted to find out whether or not they could fix it. One of the guys walked out to my Jeep with me and immediately started troubleshooting. He was determined to get it working before I left and he did! Service like this is extremely rare and refreshing!

Alex and his installer (I forget his name) are really good guys to work with. Alex responds to email questions quickly (which is rare in this business) and the work done is reasonable and very professional. I had a CB installed in my Wrangler and the job was done quickly, professionally, and reasonably. I would most def go back there for my vehicle audio needs.

Always ready to answer questions about what you need for your own installation. We also had them install a radio an speakers in one of our antique cars and they did a great job. Definitely recommend them. They also. Do more than radios. Check them out.

Had a great experience at Audio Express. I already had purchased a ported box with 2 12 inch subwoofers and they installed the system for me. Pricing was reasonable and service was great. They gave information on future upgrades and told me to give them a call if any problems arise. System was installed in August..no problems since then. I will be doing business with them again in the future. 2011 Nissan Maxima

I had a great experience at Audio Express dealing with Jason. I came in looking for a quick purchase on a deck to replace a failed unit. He showed me the options and didn't bat an eye when I stated my average price range. Great shop and great salesmen.

I have been shopping the area for a Navigation and the guys, Alex & Shawn were very informative and answered all of my questions. They were more concerned about helping me instead of getting me in and out the store like I found at other spots.They even knew I have not picked up the truck yet and still helped me. The big box store just told me to come back when I get the vehicle.I will be headed straight to Audio Express when I pick up my new ride!!

I got a subwoofer installation here six months ago (April 2015) that I could not be happier with. Alex took two storage bins out behind the back seats (I have a truck), put in a custom box in what is a very tight fit, installed two 300-watt subwoofers, a 600-watt amplifier, a line-out converter, and a remote bass knob. The price was very reasonable and the work looks so professional. Everything still sounds as great as it did the day it was installed. The only small issues I had were a slight abrasion from popping out a dashboard panel and that he didn't explain the details of the installation when I went to pick it up. Overall, it was still a five-star experience and I plan on coming back when I upgrade my door speakers.

I spoke with Alex about a remote starter on my new 2015 Nissan. He took care of the car in a very timely manner and even stayed passed closing hours in order to finish my car before the scheduled time. I will be continue doing all future business with them. They are very professional and respectful.

I showed up in December after hearing an ad on the radio about a sale on sub-woofers, thinking that might be a fun Christmas present for my 17-year-old son. I am so pleased with the service I received from the staff at Audio Express. I asked a ton of questions and they even showed me how it would fit into the car, how the wiring would run, etc. The next day, I bought the item, wrapped it up and Alex loaded it for me. He also set up my January appointment to have it installed--included in the price of the item. My son was very surprised!Wonderful experience with a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.In fact, a week later, I called back with questions re. satellite radio hook-up in the car with the new subwoofer. Mike asked me to bring the car in so that he could help answer questions about the internal radio and antenna. He went way above and beyond to help me trouble shoot the problem. I really appreciated his time.Audio Express offers products beyond new speakers and new radios--including the new Apple CarPlay. I intend to order WeatherTech floor mats for my Suburban and they also carry truck liners, remote start and navigation packages. Go check them out!

I have been dealing with this company for almost year now. Their staff is very knowledgeable and personable. So far they have installed a subwoofer, amplifier, heated seat kit and a Kenwood dvd/cd/radio. Every time has been a very good experience. They are very professional and extremely accommodating. One time recently they even stayed after hours to complete a very complex installation. The showroom is very stylish and clean and so is the shop. They do 1st class work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also install remote starters, fog lights and other automotive related equipment.

Perfect perfect PERFECT place to get car audio, they have everything Best buy DOESNT and it's amazing, of course you could always buy the stuff online but here you get expert opinions AND expert help on anything you need. Plus they were the only store within 50 miles that actually had the right sized speakers I needed. Excellent to do business with.

Took my Dad's truck there to get an aux-in adapter and SiriusXM cradle installed. Alex and crew were fantastic to deal with, going out of their way to discuss placement of the components and making sure my Dad was happy with the end product. Highly recommend Audio Express!

I can't recommend this place. Had a full installation done of audio equipment (2 amps, subwoofer, door speakers) I already owned from a previous vehicles (took 3 full days when probably should have only been 1 or 2). Was told an amplifier I owned was faulty and needed to be replaced. I agreed to buy the replacement just so I could get the system back in working order... Not understanding how this amp could be faulty because it was just working in my previous vehicle, when I got the car back, I spent an hour of my own time, hooked up my old amp, and not surprisingly it worked just fine. They at least allowed me to return the new amp and credited me 50 bucks for my time and properly remounted my old amp again. Then more problems... After having paid and the installation is completely done... I am told the equipment I provided was not going to be able to provide a full 4 channels of audio (important for my vehicles onstar system as it only plays out of the front channels) and it is "not how they would have designed the install"... This would have been extremely useful information to know before hand! (I would have bought or provided the correct equipment!). I purchased the correct equipment for the install but to go back in to put the correct equipment back in (so I could have all 4 channels of audio), they wanted to charge me another 200 dollars of labor... It was at this point that I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere to Extreme Audio... They only charged me 110 bucks to go in behind someone else's install and put the correct equipment in. Not only that, but the tech at Extreme Audio found several sloppy issues with the Audio Express install, including ground wires that were too long and poorly grounded (too much paint still left), bits of exposed wires and weak crimps. He also corrected several of these things and tuned the system (sounded much better than when Audio Express tuned it) at no additional charge... Take your vehicle to Extreme Audio instead.

Great place. Great price on the 8 AWG and 4 AWG power wire I got there. They carry quality products and got quoted a price for a JL Audio amp and subwoofer setup to be installed and integrated into my Altima's factory setup and it was a really good price. Unexpectedly good for product, required parts and install. Will definitely be going back!

I had a great experience dealing with Alex at AE. They installed a smart remote update in about an hour and only charged me half of what others were quoting. Alex is a straight shooter. He stood by the quote he provided including the cost and the amount of time it would take. While I was there, I asked about other modifications I was considering for my car and motorcycle. Alex provided a lot of info and ideas and told me he would work with me the best he could when I was ready. I believe he will take care of me when I return. Highly recommend AE.

My experience every time has been great. The employees are very kind and understanding. Alex's comprehension of audio equipment is outstanding and he won't steer you wrong. I highly would recommend this Audio Express location.
