If you have a dent or a scratch or really bad problem with your car you can't find a better place to take it than Alvis. Alvis has always treated me right through many years and cars.And the owner Amy Alvis is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people you will ever run into. Trust me you will not be disappointed

Terrible experience with this shop. Had to take my 2012 jeep wrangler back on 3 separate occasions. They suck at electrical work cause on the second time of trying to get my headlight fixed and finding that a connector was broken, but they kept telling me it was just a loose connection, lol. Mechanic clearly sucks. They did alright with replacing body parts up until they forgot to install an entire wheel well liner!!!!! Engine is exposed to the elements cause of this. Won't be taking my jeep back or ever again for repairs here. Terrible service and the 2 young ladies running the shop have serious attitudes when it comes to fixing their mishaps. Never once did I act like a Karen and was actually quite nice, so I don't know why the hostility towards me. Mistakes happen.

Amazing work! Amy and her team took care of my dear Cammie and got her back to me looking good as new! Rear end looked like nothing ever happened. They are a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend this family owned small business that is just as good or even better than a national chain!

KW and Amy were very kind and reassuring to us after my daughter was in an accident. They spoke to her respectfully, describing everything that would be done. They didn t gouge us by doing unnecessary repairs knowing the damages cost more than the worth of our car. We are so happy with the work done. Thank you!

Dropped off my Tacoma for insurance repair work after hitting a deer. The staff was always friendly throughout the process and available to answer any questions I had. After unexpected delays in parts and labor, the shop volunteered a few solutions to make my experience better to save me some money in the long run. Very happy with the work they did and would return again if another deer runs my way.

I have taken a number of vehicles to Alvis over the years and never once had a problem. If I did, they would go above and beyond to make it right. The service is top notch. Amie and everyone there are always professional and keep you informed. I just picked up my car today and it looks like nothing ever happened! Amie's Dad, Kennie, was an awesome man. He would be incredibly proud of how she has taken over and kept the company going. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I feel motivated to write a review because I just read the one by Timothy that gave them one star and it seems very unfair. I was new to the area someone backed out of their driveway and into My Lexus I had just bought! Major rear door damage. They were polite, honest, delivered in a timely fashion, etc. they were willing to try to find me a used door to save money etc! I just recommended them on next door and would go back again.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend Alvis Body and Frame!! My car was recently damaged in a collision. When I called other shops they said it would be 2-3 months before they could look at the car. Amie Alvis took the car in the same day and had the work completed in 10 days. The work is fantastic! The best part is they did the quote for insurance and work closely with Virginia Farm Bureau (shout out to Leslie!) Thank you so much for helping me out through this situation!!Service: Body & Trim

I picked for my car to be serviced here based off of reviews and I definitely want to contribute.KW and the crew really went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. Throughout my whole process with my insurance company, working with Alvis Body and Frame was the best part. Very professional, communicative and even washed my car better than I do... And I pamper my car. Long story short, I'm very pleased with my car and it looks like nothing EVER happened. Thank you guys. I greatly appreciate you all.

took our Honda 2014 Pilot to Alvis to repair damage sustained to the bumper and front quarter panel. I'm delighted with our choice. We just picked up the car and it looks fantastic and I really appreciated the customer experience we received. KW walked me through his estimate, explaining his assumptions and some choices we could make. When I told him to go ahead, he gave me a solid estimate for both the price and completion - both of which he met. Along the way they kept me updated with a phone call and also a innovative text app. I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality repair, great experience and very fair price.

Overall I was pleased with this shop. They did a professional job repairing the damage from where a deer hit me. I saw a review from a previous customer that came across the shop via a Progressive claim that and had a negative experience. I almost decided on another shop based off that review. I too came across the shop via a recommendation from Progressive Auto Insurance. They do a great job repairing damage. The only spot that was lacking was an accurate finish date. I recommend telling the customer that it will be done in 2 weeks and have it done a week earlier instead of the opposite way. My completion date was pushed back 3 days which doesn't seem like much but it was a hassle because I returned my rental car on the original quoted completion date. I would come back to this shop. Job well done, Alvis family.

Wanted to thank everyone that works here. They did amazing job with my Mercedes Benz after a small car accident that insurance took care of. The team updated me as much as possible, even with being short staff and with COVID going on. My car looks like a brand new car, and it s lifetime warranty I believe. But they cover there work. I am truly thankful and blessed. Thanks again Alvis Body Shop.

They did a wonderful job on my Camaro after a deer ran into me.. car looks brand new and it was done fast and efficiently.. very happy & hope to never HAVE to go back, but if I do- Alvis will be my go too- for sure- 100%

Was recommended to this shop by word of mouth, went in with no real expectations. These guys were very straight forward and honest. They made the experience of having to get your vehicle repaired a fantastic one. My car looks better than good and I could not be more thankful. 5 + stars for excellence and customer satisfaction.

We had a pretty good experience with repairs to our car that was in a front end collision. It took longer than expected but all the damage wasn t evident from the beginning. When it was ready and we went to pick it up, the check engine light was on so it wasn t completely fixed. However they took it back and made it right so we appreciate that.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I have used Alvis Body & Frame twice and highly recommend them. They were great to work with both times and extremely courteous. If I thought something should be looked at they would always make time to check out my car and clear any concerns. I could tell that they were looking out for me and my car!

I brought my Tundra here on word of mouth recommendation and am so glad I did. I'm a stickler for things being done right, not just looking right on the outside. They fixed/replaced everything down to the last screw and fastener the right way. They worked with my insurance without any hand holding on my part. Very happy customer! The customer service was outstanding.

Repaired my 2011 Cadillac DTS that had a long dent along lower right front and rear doors. Its been 6 months now so the repair has held up well. The customer service was excellent with this family owned and operated business. I highly recommend them.

Horrible body shop. I took my car in for repair after hitting a deer. I only went to this shop as they were one of Progressive's preferred shops. They put a hood on my car that did not fit. It looks absolutely horrible and was VERY obvious immediately. The seam is uneven and the hood is higher than the body of the car. Half the stripping is hanging out. They replaced my fog light with another broken one. They were obviously counting on me not noticing, as the piece missing is on the bottom. They did not do any repairs to the windshield as instructed, but did "fix" the wiper blade the broke the first time I used it. They just left the garnish hood cover sitting in place, not properly putting it back. Fortunately I noticed and removed before it flew off. My keyless entry also no longer works on the driver's side where they replaced a panel. I'm very concerned what they messed up inside my less than 2 year old car, given the terrible work you can actually see. They had my car for over 3 weeks and another body shop is now having to fix all of their "repairs." Be very careful if you take your vehicle and make sure you carefully check all repairs. They clearly cut corners for money and their work is poor quality.

My car was ready the day they had promised, very impressed that they got it done on time. The staff was very pleasant and professional. And best of all my car looks great! Highly recommend Alvis Body and Frame!

Dropped my Jeep off on Monday, December 7th. I was told that it would be completed on Friday or possibly the following Monday. During this time, I received a call of hidden damage and the okay was given to repair and Jeep would be ready on the 14th. I did not hear from the body shop and called on Tuesday the 15th I apologize, our technician is sick and forgot to call you. It will be ready tomorrow. Here I am on Friday morning the 18th sitting in the lobby, dropped off by an Uber It is not ready, sorry. I reported I needed the vehicle regardless today, because I promised my sister who is flying in from Korea that she can use the Jeep during her stay. This was also relayed to the shop when I received the estimate Oh, it will be ready in plenty of time. Now, I have to come back this afternoon We are going to fast track it. Horrible communication and I am very upset.Update:They were professional and rectified the mishap. My Jeep was delivered to my home and they did a wonderful job!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
