I had such an amazing experience here. I needed a new battery and the employee who helped me went above and beyond. He even took extra time to clean the corrosion off of my battery clamps. I don't know if this speaks to the management of this location or just an employee with excellent customer service and work ethic, but I was so pleased and thankful for the help I received.

Well, I know there's people who may say, why write about this. Because once we got my Jeep to this Advance Auto, this guy that helped us was so helpful, and his customer service, was so good. Even though he probably didn't want to be there, the day after a holiday. I ended up needing a Battery , and just shoutouts Jay or Jeff for being real and his great customer service skills .

Great experience. Greg Pennington went above and beyond to help me get desperately needed transmission fluid into my 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. (I had discovered it was low when my transmission started to slip.) My regular mechanic said he was backed up for days, so I was on my own. And the way this car's made, it's almost impossible for a layman to top off the fluid. Greg listened to my plight. His encyclopedic knowledge of cars was impressive, as well as his enthusiasm for problem solving. He quickly figured out the best way to address the issue without getting transmission fluid all over the place. Because I'm a Realtor, I was very grateful to have my car back up to speed so quickly. I'm told Greg usually works at another location, so I hope this review finds him.

Arrived expecting to throw down $200 for a new battery. Not only did they avoid selling me a battery I didn t need (battery tested fine), the GM himself, Corey, offered to thoroughly clean my battery for the cost of a battery cleaner spray. Amazing customer service! I ll be back -- a satisfied customer

The team at this Advance Auto Parts were amazing as usual, testing my alternator (good) and battery (bad). They swapped it out in less than ten minutes, testing and all!This was after being jump started by roadside assistance, who told me the voltage was good. Had to get jumped again, but this time I drove straight to the Advance Auto Parts I have been going to for years and got the battery replaced. Thanks guys!

I had the best experience here. I traded a battery and also bought a second one for my wife's car. The guy who helped me (whose name I didn't get unfortunately) was just so nice and on top of things. Price was great and time in the store was short. Double thumbs up

Easy online order pickup. That all went fine, but my filter was on their pickup shelf and got oil all over it. They handed it to me, now my hands all full of oil. Had to ask for a paper towel to wipe it all off. Was just on box so air filter ok. Had to ask for a bag to protect my car. Not a huge deal but could have been handled better.

By far the best Advanced Auto I ve been to. The store itself looks to be clean and well kept. It also seems to have a better selection of detailing products too. But most importantly, the staff are always super friendly and helpful!! :)

One star because they had the product I needed and I didn't want to go to the next closest AutoZone since the one across the way was out.Item was about $2 more expensive and for the headache that came with dealing with the staff for the time it took to check out, it's not a mistake I'll make twice.Took less time to find the part then the time taken to stand waiting for checkout so don't be in a rush.

Super helpful friendly staff. I needed my battery replaced and also bought new wipers. While I was out replacing my wipers waiting for the Battery Tech one of the workers who was on break came over and helped me put the wipers on. He totally did not have to do that and I insisted it was okay but he wanted to help and was incredibly helpful and I am greatly appreciative of his excellent customer service.

I love this store! It's like having your own auto repair shop. The guys are really nice and very helpful. I have had multiple batteries tested and replaced there, a service light check, windshield wipers replaced, and they have even checked fluid levels for me. Parts prices are very reasonable, especially considering all the service they perform for free! These guys definitely deserve tips in my opinion!

My car wouldn't start in the middle of a storm so I got a jump and went to Advance. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and sympathetic to my rough day. He explained the codes and was patient and honest with all my questions-not a pushy salesman. Got the new battery installed quickly too. Made the stressful experience so much better!

Great group just not always helpful at every location i can say if i go there an i do on occasion. But only if the other more curtious more helpful most dedicated stores dont have what i need in stock advance employees seem to think they can point an gab out some certain spot like midway down bout half way down to the floor an just look theres some there some where generally the employee is to busy on the phone talking about the club they are going to the later of the evening when they get off so after 15 or 20 minutes lookin without luck i go back to the counter an stand there for another 15 to screw this im out the door an goin else where because i get immediate help an on my way back to fix my car in less time then it took me to get out my car an walk in

The customers were far more helpful than the persons behind the counter I asked. One pointed me in the direction of the aisle, The other sold me a product; making my shopping trip super quick and very successful. I'm very appreciative to the stranger:)))

I ve been doing business here for years, but am fed up with the rudeness. Four people behind the counter, I m the only customer in the store and no one acknowledges me at the counter. When someone finally does ring me up, they act as if they are doing me a favor. There s other places to by parts, including a place across the road.

Typical Advance Auto store. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from oil, batteries, floor mats and everything car and truck. Great deals in store and great deals online when you sign up with email, cheapest prices on items.

Needed coolant and they had it, best part was waiting to check out bc two geniuses couldn't pick which one of them was going to use the computer. Instead elaborate on a story of how one got a Civic for a great deal and he could sell for more soon. 2 minutes to find my item and 20 min to check out

Staff is great & battery install quick & equal in price to a car shop. Great place for wipers & car batteries on the go. Pick up auto supplies, but expect medium costs on those.

I think they are a bit over pricing their products . Staff wasnt welcoming--on cell phone until i asked for help. Never smiled, no eye contact, and didnt offer to help me put on the new wiper blade. When i asked it seemed he was a little put out. I think it depends on who you get....

I took our youngest son in there to pick up a few auto supplies for his car before he headed back to college this afternoon since his abbreviated Spring break was over. I didn't realize there was so many different types of engine coolant now. We picked up some of that and a new air filter plus a few other things.

Nice staff that will help you figure out the best/cheapest option which was especially nice since I don't know much about cars. They suggested purchasing spark plug wires before replacing all my spark plugs because it was cheaper and easier to do, they were right and it worked!

Omfg Travis and Matt are the most amazing people to work at Advance Auto. The standard for hiring should be those two. I couldn t ask for more knowledge for was advance is willing to hire. Couldn t imagine that store without them.
