The customer service is unmatched here. I was able to bring my bike in to get new tires and the knowledge that they have is super helpful. Clearly know what they are talking about and want you to be satisfied with what you re buying. While doing the work they also pointed out other maintenance items I should look into getting done before riding season. Genuinely care about making sure the work is done right, highly recommend.

I came I to get new tires and didn t really know what to look for but that s not an issue here. They are so helpful and know so much about everything. They helped me find tires that best fit my budget and the riding I like todo. On top of this they go out of their way to make sure your bike is safe. Gave tips on how to maintain the bike and have just about everything you might need in the store. I will most definitely come back here for any motorcycle needs!

My Busa was quite the Frankenstein project for these folks. Jack and the crew took care of me as usual. Pricing was fair, work was outstanding, and they were very patient with me calling repeatedly about the status of my bike, not knowing the extent of the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend using 612 Moto. What I appreciated more than anything though, was the fact that Jack and Andy explained every item charged on my invoice. And although I am not a motorhead, they helped me understand what was done each step of the way. You do not get that out of a lot of motorcycle service shops.

They were rally quick to get in on there schedule for servicing and new tires. He took time to explain the different tire options to me so I could make the best decision instead of just letting me buy the more expensive option I was initially looking at. Everyone I interacted with there was great and had overall great customers service. I will be going back in the future if I need anything else.

I've now used 612 Moto several times to buy small items as well as a helmet and several sets of tires. Jack is very welcoming and easy to talk to. I will continue to come here and support him even from out of state because the service is just that good. As someone who used to race he has plenty of knowledge to help with suspension, brakes and tires whether you're on the track or a commuter. (I am both) The current showroom may be on the smaller side but he does whatever is in his power to get you what you need. Next time I'm down I'll add some pictures!Edit 10/14/20 my most recent trip to 612 was great, as usual. I took a bunch of photos so you can get a grasp of what it looks like

Jack and Ben we're great to work with, they installed a set of Dunlap Q3+ on my MT-09 and adjusted my suspension for me. I could not be happier with their work or my experience with them. Great work, great people, good prices Update: I recently decided to get some more mods for my bike, Jack was very knowledgeable and able to figure out what I was looking to do. I reached out to 612 Moto to see if they could mount and balance a tire for me. They got me right in and I was back riding within two hours of the initial call. Great conversation about the biking community while I was there.Thanks for the help 612 Moto. My search for great service is over!!!

Andy and co. were so quick to accommodate my request and give me a next day appointment for the tire install and they didban awesome job with it. The technician (forgot his name) was knowledgeable and talked about why he set tire pressure to 34psiOnly complaint i have with the location is.. There is no customer lounge / desk where you can sit and work when waiting on work to get done. There were two rooms which were locked.. I asked if i could use one of those rooms but Andy said a plane NO and offered no explanation why. But it is all good.I would recommend them to offer their customers at least a desk. That can go a long way.That apart.. Super happy with their work and willingness to give next day appointment. Next time I'll make sure i also buy tires from them.Definitely recommend this business to all.. Thank you.

The guys here are top notch. I am visiting from Arkansas with the goal of riding at VIR. Needed some maintenance work done on the ducati and they assured me they d have me up and running before the track day. They kept their word! They have my business from here on out.

Special thanks to Jack and Kim from my partner and me. We are over the moon pleased with the thoughtful attention to our routine tire change. Our Honda CTX 1300 has fresh rubber that so impressively out performs the stock tires I ve ridden many happy miles on, it s like I took home a better bike. The service experience here was fantastic and I m so thankful that Harley Davidson pointed me in your direction.Jack really knows his tires and he spent time discussing options etc. based on our riding habits/comments. He sent me home today with rubber that has improved the ride experience in almost every dimension. I never would have imagined new rubber could have changed the bike so much!I suppose the nature of this is that I may not see these folks again for a few miles, but for what it s worth, I m a lifetime customer now and I really hope this review helps steer some customers their way. Needed a new rear tire for my Multistrada and another shop suggested 612 Moto. Very glad they did. They were helpful and friendly and got the job done quickly at a reasonable price. When I picked up the bike I noticed that they had taken the time to safety wire the nut. Its a little thing but it tells me that these guys take the time to pay attention to the details. I ll definitely come back!

I was in need of a new rear tire for my CBR600RR. I found out about 612 Moto from a recommendation. I contacted the shop and got immediate response. They had the tire that would fit and was able to install same-day. The owner has an abundance of knowledge with motorcycles and taught me a lot while I was there. Also, he found other problems while working on my bike which saved me. I will definitely be coming back for all my motorcycle needs. Just a tip for anyone planning on coming here, there is no sign from the street. Look for the big sign with "825" on top, turn left, then it is unit number 4.

This is the new home for my bike. The owner was very friendly and customer service was on par, he performed and oils change and extracted a bolt for me as well and checked over the bike to ensure she s ready for riding season. The shop is organized and well kept and I enjoyed my visit. Looking forward to the next service appointment.

I've finally found the best place to take care of my bike's maintenance needs! The turnaround time is quick, clearly showing their expertise and efficiency. The professionalism of the staff is obvious; they truly know what they are doing. I'm impressed by their level of professionalism and attention to detail. Needless to say, they have gained a new loyal customer. I had been searching for a reliable shop for my motorcycle, and I'm grateful to have found them. Excellent service, knowledgably, friendly, and quick turn around with perfect results of installation.I brought the bike in after a brief phone call with Jack, and 612 Moto was able to fit me in immediately, which is tough for any busy business, so that was very appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the work done on my tricky 2021 CB650R bar end mirrors' install. They had me back on the road, enjoying the ride, that same day!They also took the time to educate me on my next project, a needed upgrade on my OEM tires, which I now know is gonna make an very big difference with my ride and overall confidence through the "turn's and twisty's"! I'll be back very soon for that upgrade, when the "Ol�' Lady" let's me spend more money on my bike, lolol!Definitely highly recommended shop for any "Rider"!Thanks 612 Moto,Joseph

Great team here! I got my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan serviced back in November and they took care of my needs. They got it prepped for winter, new tires, fixed alignment, and installed new exhaust and mirrors, etc. They did an awesome job and my bike is running smooth as silk! This is a great shop with honest people and I'll continue to take my bike here for future services!

They are a great bike repair place. Did a fabulous job, and the people are great.They are not cheap, however. I used to take my bike to another place, until he retired, which was also good but the labor cost was half the price.In short, expect fabulous service, but also to pay city prices.

First and foremost, I apologize in advance because this will be a lengthy review. For the past 7 years I have had all my bike servicing done by a wonderful, local mechanic who tragically fell very ill. In looking for a comparable shop, I was directed to 612 Moto. In speaking with Kim, I felt very comfortable, and she directed me to speak with Jack. I felt even better after a detailed conversation with Jack about my riding style, experience, and how I felt about my pride and joy. I felt so good about it, I even brought them my father's bike as well. This was about 2 months ago. I purposely waited this long, so I could ride it like it is meant to be ridden (2006 CBR 1000RR). First of all, my bike hasn't ridden or felt this great since I bought it. Everything I had concerns about was looked at and meticulously addressed. I have really put it to the test and put some "nice" miles on it. They took their time (please never rush a GOOD mechanic) and made sure everything was EXACTLY how it should be. My father's bike (2006 Suzuki Boulevard C50) was also in great shape (although he doesn't ride as hard as I do). I told my brother about 612 Moto and his bike was in their shop 1 week later with the same exact wonderful service. All-in-all, I highly recommend this bike shop and especially the staff. I have certainly found a new home for my needs and I will not hesitate to take my bike back at the first sign of any issue. They have access to most parts needed and only sell top quality products that they can personally vouch for. Again, sorry for the long narrative but I just wanted to give a detailed review of this shop so that you could have a better understanding of just how good they are. Thanks again 612 MOTO!!!!! I had called to have my Harley softail worked on to my normal shop, which was a Harley Davidson dealership. I wish I was told they were scheduling 4 to 5 weeks out so I found this motorcycle shop very cordial. The young lady named Kim answered all my questions and said that they could get to it tomorrow, which I was surprised. They advise me of the proper way to take care of this. Other than the way the dealership took care of my front tire. I wish my rear tire was now the one in question.. later that day, I picked it up same price very nice people very cordial, very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone and also any make up motorcycle. Give them a call and ask for Kim.

another 5 star review!!!612 moto! motorcycle tire and repair shop. if you need tires, tire installation or motorcycle repair this is the place to go. i went there yesterday after reading a bunch of positive reviews online to buy some tires and have them installed on the loose wheels for my motorcycle. tire price was msrp, no additional markup; service prices were good, customer service outstanding! owners jack and kim are knowledgeable, personable and seem to actually care about their customers. they are both genuinely decent folks. both tires installed and ready to roll in an hour and a half, no appointment. that's pretty impressive for any tire service, extremely impressive for motorcycle tires! very highly recommended, and i will most definitely return for future tire/ service work.

Pleasantly surprised by not only the level of service but also the knowledge and friendly manner in which you are greeted when you enter the shop. I went in without an appointment and they were able to work my bike in and give me several options for tires and other service needed that would work for my Yamaha R1. If you need anything done to your bike check them out, and prepare for quality service and professionalism. Excellent communication throughout the time that they had my Bike as well, I will return for any work that is needed for my Bike in the future. Thank you 612 Moto, job well done. Time to ride!!!

Great local business to get bike work done. Easy to make an appointment and service was completed quickly. He explained everything that was needed and done. This was my first time using 612 Moto for service but will definitely use them for anything else needed in the future.

I was looking for a service that would meet my needs for my motorcycle. I am very grateful and thankful for their service today. Very explainable and helpful. Honesty is a great value within this establishment. Wonderful people. I highly recommend this business/shop. I had a new rear tire replaced, brakes looked at and flushed, very nice ride. Outstanding service and product. Like a dumb head I walked in without an appointment for a new front tire on my Dyna Glide. These guys had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes with the best tire I have ever had on the front end. I can feel the difference in road grip. VERY pleased with 612 Moto and HIGHLY recommend them.
