A Auto Body is where you want to go when you need quality work. If you love your car and want it to come back after an accident looking brand new. A Auto Body is the place to go. I hit a deer on Christmas and now look how they brought my car back! And great customer service. Great job!

I took my car to this shop to get my bumper fixed. They were able to fix it within 3 days, which was great. However, they left my bumper two different colors, which was disappointing. I had to take my car back to the shop to get it fixed correctly. The second time around, they were able to fix it to my satisfaction and now my car is perfect! I love that they left my car extremely clean inside and out. Overall, I had a good experience with this shop and would recommend them.

these people are so genuine and very good at what they do. they repaired my car quickly when i needed to leave for a family emergency. work done was perfect! they also helped my son-in-law when someone hit and destroyed his car. very good people to work with can t recommend highly enough!

A Auto Body Shop did a phenomenal job with my vehicle! They went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my vehicle before I picked it up. Looks like a brand new vehicle! Service was great and they finished the work ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

I was actually referred here by my mechanic, Sixty Service, and I am so happy I listened to them.I was in a fender bender, and their service was so patient & polite throughout the whole process even with me having to reschedule a few times. It took them 2 weeks and 1 day exactly to repair my car, and it looks better than what I got it. I m pretty sure they also cleaned my car for me? I might be wrong, but if I m not that literally was the icing on the cake to make me write this review lol.thank you for your work!

Although I did not go with this business in repairing my vehicle through an insurance claim, the customer service was excellent. I forgot the name of the manager, but I spoke with him a few weeks back and he was amazing to speak with, a great example of customer service. I could tell this business puts their customers first. I look forward to doing business with A auto body if I need to do work on my vehicle in the future.

I ve never left a review but A Autobdy did a great job with my car. I went almost a month without seeing my car and when I finally saw it, it looked brand new. Like if nothing ever happened! Definitely recommend them

Hands down the best body shop in RVA! Customer service 100/100, body work 100/100! I fell in love with car all over again! They did such an amazing job, it blew my mind! They even cleaned her inside and out! Thank you all!!

I ve been dealing with A Auto Body for over 20 yrs. When I have to use a body shop, they are the first one I go to. Great customer service from the very first phone call. Went for an inspection ,didn't pass ,light issue ,fixed them after a few days went back passed with. Flying Colors ,everyone was professionally helpful , would RECOMMEND this shop for your vehicle fix ,AWESOME JOB ,THANK YOU EVERYONE @ A AUTO BODY SHOP ,YOU'RE VERY APPRECIATED

Phenomenal service from the whole team. Carvana claim and Billy knew exactly what I needed. He took care of me from start to finish. They had my car for 5 days and it was right back to me.The only minor complaint was the grey dust that covered the inside of my car that I had to clean out. But I'd do it all again. My car looks brand new! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

From the first call to getting me a last minute rental call to restoring my car back to factory paint I had a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable and the front end made me feel like everything was being taken care of. Customer service is so important in today's world and you guys did great! Also worked seamlessly with my insurance company USAA. Thank you

I bought a c7 z06 that had a panel popped loose and not lining up, so they removed by bumper got it all lined back up and installed a new replacement carbon fiber front splitter and winglets to replace a cracked one from previous owner breaking it going into his driveway. They did this all in a day for a super competitive price. Highly recommend!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

So far top A-rated in my book. Brought in my vehicle for insurance claim work and they did a very thorough estimate. I was conformable enough with them to leave my vehicle with them until the job is complete. Staff is great and everybody gave me a lot of reassurance that they will do a good job.

IMHO get your car repaired anywhere BUT A Auto Body! Our car had been rear ended and when I dropped the car off, I asked them to explain the "guarantee" because I was worried about underlying damage. The reason I asked them was because if the trunk could not close (it was actually raining that day), and the car had to sit for any length of time I was worried about any further damage. Billy told me that it was all covered between the insurance and under the guarantee and not to worry.The car arrived at A Auto on 10-30-2019 and it was not ready for pickup until 12-13-19! The day after I picked up the car and opened the door there was a very strong mold smell coming from all over the car. We tried airing it out, putting damp rid in the car overnight and replacing the cabin filters. I called A Auto and they said they did not know anything about it and I told them it did not have that smell when I dropped it off. By this time the smell was so bad that if you drove the car, you had to change your clothes because you now smelled like mold!On 03-09-20 (during the beginning of the pandemic) the car was backed into at a stoplight, so we took it back to A Auto so that they could repair the old and new damage. On 03-20-20 we picked the car up and it smelled so bad when you opened the door you had to take a step back! The car was filthy, the floorboard was covered in mud and there was oil all over the seat. When my husband sat in the car to move it, he got oil all over his dress pants and ruined them. Paul gave us a cleaning wipe to wipe off the seat and said he would put that in the notes also. Paul, said that he had no sense of smell and that we could bring it back and they would fix it. I had him put that information in the notes just to make sure. The following week when I tried to make an appointment for the car their hours were changed to only 10-3, so it took us months to find the time to get it back. But, we thought we had a guarantee, the notes, snapshots and the smell. When I spoke to Billy about the mud, smell, and oil stain he had the nerve to say I should have expected it since they have a dirt lot and the oil stains were normal for the age of the car all in a very condescending tone. 1) If your business has a dirt lot and you are getting in and out of vehicles, put down paper mats. 2) Our car didn't have any oil stains when we dropped it off. A Auto carelessly didn't use protection on our leather seats.They did not fix anything under the "guarantee". I tried very hard to get the car repaired, but the car still smells of mold and we do have underlying damage.

I recently had the pleasure of having some paint and body work done at "A" Auto Body Shop on my high end german luxury vehicle. This is actually the second repair they have performed for me and I can, without reservation tell anyone reading this that this is a very very good shop. In reception you have Samantha and Allie who are always friendly, professional and available to answer any questions. Both Sam and Allie are also very proactive and will keep you posted on the status of your repair including when it is available for pickup. Bottom line they are on point. The magic happens with Ryan (an extremely talented painter and finish man) and Ryan (an equally talented body man). Their skill set focuses on returning your vehicle as if nothing ever happened - with serious attention to detail. The big boss man Billy is a heck of a nice guy and does not nickel and dime you. The whole shop on multiple occasions (regardless if I was having work performed or not) made slight nit-picky adjustments for me and refused to be paid for it. They also do excellent mechanical repairs of all types. Bottom line this is great shop with great people who mean what they and say what they mean. Would highly recommend them to anyone as their service, attitude and work product are superior. My new go-to for anything body or mechanical related - they should be yours as well.Services: Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

To me the front office staff and the manager too were very rude and arrogant today (May 2nd 2023). Very little courtesy! I would have taken my business elsewhere but didn't want to struggle with my insurance company again to approach another business. They gave me the impression that they probably are too busy with insurance business don't really care for private party business. They did a good job on my very small paint job. They are not cheap, by any means, fortunately paid by insurance. For private party business, I wouldn't recommend going here.Service: Painting

I ve had work done years ago and have had zero complaints! My in laws have been using them for years and when I had a pretty bad accident they told me to come here and that d be taken care of! This year I recommend my parents for some body work that they needed done on their Honda CRV & they were not disappointed! Anyone who asks me I always recommend A Auto body! They have delivered great customer service & met all expectations every time!
