They just did some axle bearings and seals for my 97 yota. No one else would touch them. Tricky process. They were great. Highly recommend

I needed a jump and was very easy for getting me started. I dont know what I would of done, without the help of owner I think. He was nice .

My engine blew up just outside of Middletown all the way from Chesapeake heading on vacation. Left in a rental. They expected it to be ready in a week on a Monday. These guys ordered me an engine, it came broke. They found me a new one from the dealer and had it in my car all in the same day, ready for me a day early on the Friday before the original Monday date. The price seemed very fair for a new engine and their speed and service was outstanding. Just wish I lived near them. They'd be my mechanics.Service: Engine repair

These guys are great! We had a near catastrophic failure of the axel on or boat trailer. They were able to get it bent back and welded a new plate on. Even better they saved us from a later issue when they discovered the new hub was not packed with grease. Did it all that day at a very reasonable price. Got us the rest of the way to Florida with no more issues, thanks again.

These guys are the best! Got a flat tire on 81 today, was lucky we were close to the Middletown exit and we were able to find these guys. They went above and beyond to help get a good tire on my car. Very highly recommend

I was traveling for work when my vehicle began to overheat where I could only drive a short distance after letting it cool down. I looked up repair shops near me and went to the closest one I could get to. This is a small family owned shop. They were able to take my vehicle in and diagnosed the problem very quickly. They called around to find the part and had it delivered within an HR while they had already began removing parts so they could install the new part. I would highly recommend this business if you're in the area and need honest work whether it's planned or an unexpected event as in my case. Thanks to you and your team for getting me back on the road within only a few hrs!!

Tyler is a godsend. I was on my way to Tennesee and my rental car tire blew. I got off the next exit and thank God this service center was right there. I knocked on the garage door. Tyler came out and listened to my problem. I'm not kidding you he had my car jacked up, tire off, plugged, and put back on with a receipt within ten minutes. I can now deliver my Xmas presents on time! Thanks Tyler, Merry Christmas.Service: Auto tire replacement

EXTREMELY rude. Went in to see if I could get my car inspected. The mechanic walked right past me and said can I help you? I said yes I need to get my car inspected and he said leave it and I'll do it tomorrow and walked away. It doesn't seem bad when it's typed out but the way he said it was incredibly rude so I left and went to Clems. 100 percent better service.

Mean and unreliable: he said it would take 30 minutes for car inspection. When I dropped my car 3 minutes later, he said an hour. No place to stay in and wait.

Excellent and expedient service always. I have purchased a car from the owner and had him work on all my cars up to my Audi R8. I would trust them to do anything. Their prices are good and they work quickly.

We were from out of town, and our car broke down on the highway. The control arm broke, which broke our axle as well. We brought the car in late in the evening, and the owner helped us find a hotel nearby. He was able to order our part that night and install it the next morning, when we were expecting to wait for a few days. They charged less than I expected, and we got home without any more issues. These guys are unbelievably professional and hard working, and really committed themselves to fixing our problem on short notice. I thought I might need new brakes, so I went to the service center to have them checked. James was very professional and honest, telling me the pads were fine and didn't need replacing. I did need to have my horn fixed and pass inspection. They fixed everything and got me legal again. As a single mom, I worry about finding a mechanic that won't take advantage. These guys were excellent and honest! I appreciate their integrity and quality work.

Went for state inspection, office was overcrowded with supplies and had very limited seating but wait wasn't horrible compared to 4 week wait at dealership. In and out with no problems. Will probably go back next year.

I don't know even where to begin with this place! We took our vehicle in for steering issues. At 1st they thought we would need almost $1100 worth of work but after further investigation they informed us that we still had just about a 100 miles left on a special warranty it is really not easy to find out about in manage to get all the work done for free at the dealership! Like any place they will have their up's and downs and will sometimes make mistakes like anyone else, but I have never seen a mechanic shop that has no issues or problem owning up to a mistake or correcting a mistake like this place has. These are mistakes I am talking about and they don't happen very often with this place. It is obvious from the owner ,to the shop manager/mechanic, all the way to the guy working behind the desk; that they definitely care about their customer and giving them a fair ,honest, and quality job.

Allen and Tyler are great. It is a place that you can take your vehicle and they will treat you fair. For example: my son took his vehicle to the Nissan dealership on route 50 in Winchester and they wanted over $1000.00 to fix it. Allen at Middletown fixed it for $95.00. That is not a exaggeration I have the paperwork. The dealership was going to overcharge him that much. We will not go anywhere else but Middletown Service center

All the guys here are great mechs. We got estimates from 5 different shops to fix a botched AC job by SOS Repair in Winchester. These guys beat everyone's price and had the truck ready in 1 day! They're honest, home town guys, and will be my "go-to" shop from here on. Highly recommend!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE TO BE DISRESPECTED, IT IS A UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE AND THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES ARE RACIST I HAD MY CAR REJECTED AND FIXED EVERYTHING THEY TOLD ME TO FIX AND THE OWNER CAME OUT AND TALKED TO ME WITH RACIST COMMENTS FOR NO REASON
