I had a seal go on a half moon window in my home. A friend recommended Dixie Plate Glass to have replacement glass made. What a great local company. Just walking into the store and being greeted by two wonderful ladies and some good ol' southern charm made me smile. They were able to quickly make me a new window with a much higher quality seal, and at a fraction of the cost of other companies. I highly recommend this business for any of your glass needs. And thank you for knowing what customer service means as not common these days.

I have used Dixie many times. The people are excellent. Very good craftsmanship, they really know what they are doing. Custom work & regular glass work. Great prices too.

Dixie Plate Glass is an independent, family owned and operated business. My stepfather actually co-owns this business with his mother and manages the business, and my stepfather is a hard working man with a mind geared towards business, innovation, inventions, and customer satisfaction. The prices are reasonable and he works diligently to make sure orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner. Go visit Dixie Plate Glass for your commercial and home glass repair needs!! I promise that you won't be disappointed!! The building itself may not look like much on the outside, but inside there is a dedicated, hard working family that will do whatever it takes to achieve customer satisfaction and repeat business!!

After having Dixie Plate Glass and Mirror Company highly recommended to us, I can see why! We had the glass window in our wood stove replaced. It only took about 15 minutes and they did an AMAZING job. Not to mention, I paid $40 less than another glass company was going to charge. If you need any glass or mirror services, I strongly recommend them as well!

Local company with outstanding talent. They can get anything that I need for my cabinet business, or anything that I need for remodeling. Prices are definitely reasonable for the local market, with delivery quicker than anybody else!

Customer Serviuce is extremely poor. After initial call to repair a window, two technicians did come out and measure. However, we did not hear from them so we called; THREE TIMES. Each time we were told that they would get back to us after talking to the technician involved in the repair. After not hearing back from them after the third call, we had to go to an alternative company, who is in the process of completing the repairs. Then, out of the clear blue I get a call last week from Dixi advising that they are ready to complete the job. I politely tolnd them since we had not hear from them after three phone calls, we had elected to use another company.

Any time we need replacement gladden for anything, like a vehicle or my hutch, we go to Dixie Plate Glass. They do excellent work with good prices.

7 weeks to get glass not a professional place.always had a reason why like I forgot or iam busy poor communication skills bragged about he does this he does this .The ONLY GOOD THING THERE IS THE LADY AT THE FRONT VERY NICE AND POLITE. Not recommended place of business

Dropped by with and old mirror frame in hand, expecting to leave it with them and pick up when ready. The guys asked me a couple question and before i knew it i was walking out new mirror in hand. Cut it while we chatted....and reasonably priced.
