I will never take my car anywhere else. I have an old car that's got high mileage and wear on it, and they never do any repair that is not approved by me. They explain everything in simple terms and treat you like family. Smith is not your average mechanic. He cares about his customers and even provides a ride service when you don't have a second car. When you walk in, you're always greeted with a smile. I'm one of those guys that is weary of letting people work on my car other than myself, but I will always trust Brian with any car I ever have, the man knows his stuff and you can tell in how he explains the work he does. Give these folks a chance, and you will never go elsewhere.

THE MOST honest & trustworthy mechanics that I have seen in A LONG TIME! They get consistent business from 4 cars in my family & EVERY time we get great service, a great deal & NEVER pressured or felt taken advantage of. Smith Auto breaks the mold! Do yourself a big favor.....Go to Smith Auto!

I have been going to Smith Auto for years and the service is always top notch. I have always been impressed with the customer service from the entire staff. Mr. Smith takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I feel like I get his honest opinion and the work on my vehicle is done at a reasonable price.

Just took my grandson with his car to this shop. 3rd generation to have Mr. Smith work on our vehicles. Mr. Smith is such an honest and trustworthy guy and genuinely cares about his customers. He even came to my aide after hours one day. I have no qualms about recommending his shop. Understandably, he is quite busy, so plan ahead of your vehicle needs an inspection.

The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and timely! I called to have my bike inspected and they fit me in immediately and went to work right away. Mr Smith, the office staff, and certified mechanics have provided us exceptional, skilled service in helping us maintain our 2007 CTS, 2007 Mazda, and 1995 Fleetwood, enabling my husband and me to continue operating each vehicle smoothly. They are accommodating, friendly, and reasonable. They provide upfront diagnostics and take the time in troubleshooting issues in the cars performance.

This was my first time having work done at this shop. Very pleased with the entire experience! The entire staff was delightful to work with! Brian was able to fit me in that afternoon for an oil change. They provide excellent service and are reasonably priced. The staff there is always friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with the service you received. It's the only place I take my car.

I cannot rave enough about the integrity and devotion of Smith's Auto to its patrons! In a time when new parts can be back ordered for months, Mr. Smith was able to find a used BCM to get me back up and running. He put in far more hours than he charged me for, I know, getting this major electronics component programmed. He kept me updated on the progress, and he stuck with it and just wasn't going to let it stump him! And despite spending so many hours working with my SUV, the bill came in less than the estimate he provided me. I have used Kyle at Smith's for inspections and some minor repairs in the past (excellent mechanic!), but I am now a customer for life! This place is great! I was recommended by my manager who was already a satisfied customer. I have taken my vehicles to this shop for a year now and have experienced their success to complete the repairs everytime. Quickly, usually within 12-24 hours. And has saved me plenty more. Heater, engine, brake lines, alignment, coolant, the list goes on, many things have been taken care of and keep my work truck and vehicle working. This is the only place I will ever take my car again. I had had some work done prior at another shop and they missed a piece. I had my AC compressor fixed and it was still not sounding right. I went to Smiths and dropped it off and expected at least a minimum labor charge. They only charged me $16.00 to fix it and look it over to make sure everything looked alright. I went back again recently because my tire kept losing air. I have always been told that you should replace two tires at a time and was a little worried for the price. I spoke to the owner and he said I did not need more than one new tire and didn't even need the one replaced. He jokingly said he would be happy to take my money for new tires but would feel bad because they are in great shape and there is no need to replace them at all. This was a plug job and was just another great honest experience. They care about their customer's and what they think as well as not ripping someone off. Both of these jobs were small, yes, but they called me within an hour and I was able to pick my car up same day where as other places when I have had to have this done did take a day or more. It's the little things that sometimes make the best impressions and they will have my service for life and will be happy to refer any and everyone who may need work done.

I was in a real pickle, I needed brakes and I was at work and leaving my car was not an option. Smith Auto got me in the door quickly, within a few hours. They did the work professionally and the price was a very reasonable. 75 years in the same industry goes a long way. It really does pay to deal with a professional.

I have used Smith Auto Service twice so far. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They go above and beyond every time. They are honest and helpful. Each time they have found a way to work under my budget while fixing everything I ask and more! I would/do recommend them to any and every body! Customer for life! Thank you so so so much!

This is one of the best shops I've ever been to! They are honest, reliable and make sure to communicate with you about everything going on with your vehicle. I actually talked my boyfriend into coming here and he loves it too. We'll definitely be back!

Both my father and I have been his customers for over a decade, and they take good care to explain the problem, the solution. Mr. Smith is very honest, and makes sure to explain the costs and benefits of repairs. My dad always told me that if you can find a talented and honest mechanic at a good price, hold onto them, and they will take good care of you! Smith Auto Service is proof of that.

Smith Auto Service is rare business these days. I was introduced to them a dozen or so years ago. Honesty, integrity, fair pricing, and quality work are the norm for these folks. Mr. Smith is straight up about everything he tells you and so are his people. From inspections to major mechanical work they can be trusted for quality work at a fair price. What else can you ask for in a service facility?

Good people.. you cannot ask for a more transparent and honest mechanic. I've had work done here several times over the past 7 years and know I can trust them.Mr. smith takes it upon himself to explain every detail of the situation even down to saving the old bad parts to physically show you what the issue is and will call you before he makes any changes.Faithful customer.

Been coming to Smith auto almost 3 years...we Usually get very fast and good service...a few times what we needed fixing needed to be fix shortly after repairs but this group gets it done.
