Stopped in after a few hours on the road. Filled up the car and ran inside to use the bathroom. I was super surprised to see how clean it was at 12 in the morning. The person behind the counter was nice and greeted me as I walked in. I also bought a drink and he was chatting with me a bit. Thank you for this station being a good one which is rare to come by.

Stopped in to fuel up may 10th and swiped my am/ex gift card with a balance of $69 and some change and was declined 3 times. Went inside and paid in cash.Later that evening I looked up balance on card and it had a charge of $69 and some change at (guess where?).Shell oil in Mechanicsville...I suggest if you shop here only pay in cash.

The older woman that works in there steals your money. She doesn't give the proper amount back to you and when you question it, she gets really nasty with you. The overall customer service is just bad. Stay at the pump if you go there, don't bother going in. You'll either lose money, get talked down to like you're 5, or just not get help period.

Don't use the carwash here! It will tear up your car. I asked the manager named "Mo" for a refund and he was very condescending until I started asking for a higher up persons number. Finally he gave me the refund and it took just a few seconds. I paid him cash for the gas discount. This dude has no problem being a jerk to make a few dollars profit.

Purchased gas here just yesterday. The sign out front advertised gas prices below $3 per gallon ($2.XX) but upon pulling up to the pump I discovered that the actual price of gas was above $3. No other issues, and it might not have been strictly speaking against the law to post an inaccurate sign by the roadside (or fail to update it when gas prices rose), but it was a really scummy thing to do.

Never use their car wash.tge machine slam into my car damaging the back of my car and after contacting the owner he would take fault for his machines actions.He wouldn't contact me back he kept going through his supervisor to tell that he has signs posted inter at your own risk. So please think twice before using the car wash. From what the supervisor told me that wasn't the first claim and he always tries to deny them. Immediately after my car was damaged I went inside while the car was still dripping water and the supervisor took pictures. He is not fair to his customers at all.

Recently stopped by again, this store has really made a lot of improvement for the people. They have remodeled their bathrooms and they look better than ever. Store is always clean and well organized. It s a highly recommends place for me and everyone traveling off 295. Staff is very friendly and polite. Many varieties and good food!

$6 car wash cost them $hundreds$. So on a rainy day I elect to buy a car wash at the pump and save the code. A few days later the receipt is misplaced and I go in and ask the attendants if they would replace the code. I was told that if I couldn't find the code then I was out of luck. So without words I walked out. I drive a company vehicle and I drive hundreds of miles each day and I used to fill up at this station. So because your attendants wouldn't replace a $6 carwash. You lost out on fillups from me and my company vehicle.

I've fueled up my car 3 times here and it's always been economical and fast. Tip: Turn right from the westbound 360 turnpike. It's faster because if you're on Bell Creek making a left you may have to sit at the traffic signal 2 or 3 times for cars to move far enough ahead so that you are clear to make a left turm

I lost some keys and got no help getting them I asked to contact the owner and they didn t help me with that either I asked if we could see the cameras but that wasn t possible either I m just trying to get my keys

Location was clean of any trash and debris. Had no problems at the pump. Pump areas were well lit. Trash cans had clearly been empited recently.

Went there on a Tuesday to get 20 cents off Premium, and was lied to as the price of Premium. Usually Premium is 20 cents more then plus but on Tuesday July 2, 2019, I was told by the manager is was 40 cents more then plus. Liar Liar. So I didn't get my 20 cents off.

Good place for gas. Prices are in line with other stations. She'll is also a Top Tier fuel so that's another reason to come here.

Very slow pumps, and the auto cutoff didn't work. Attendant didn't care about spilled gas at pump.

Management sucks they lie and say the fuel rewards machine is down but then you can go to the pump and it works. Horrible customer service.
