Rob's is no longer a brick and mortar business. He is a legitimate business owner.I've dealt with other come-to-you glass repair 'dudes' and found them to be at least satisfactory. Rob is very capable and thorough. He was prompt, efficient, meticulous in his craft and returned calls quickly.I will certainly seek his service again when needed.*Crack restored

I used Rob s glass works for a windshield crack several months ago. He was punctual, friendly and quick with the repair. He assured me if I had any problems to give him a call. Fast forward to this weekend, I came out to my car with a crack from the top of the windshield to the bottom, going straight through the star crack that was sealed several months ago. I gave Rob a call today explaining what happened, before I could even finish my sentence he directed me to call insurance and it would be a replacement due to the size. I understood at this point before even calling that this would be the case. I attempted to ask him if this was common to happen or why as I am NOT a glass professional. I was looking for a laments terms explanation. Instead of that, Rob was very aggressive with me, stating multiple times that he was only paid $65 for the repair by my insurance company. I found this to be very unprofessional as a customer (that doesn t care how much you agreed to be paid by insurance with the contract he signed) that information is irrelevant to me. I feel I shouldn t have to pay my deductible on my insurance policy when it seems the work was faulty and that s why the crack worsened now necessitating a replacement. The aggression on his end only increased as the phone call went on as I calmly explained my point of view and was told if I was expecting a $900 wind shield replacement for free, you ain t gonna get it! When I respectfully asked to be allowed the time to finish my sentence before responding, I was hung up on. Beware of this business. He is friendly and professional until there s an issue. The other reviews stating similar behavior shows a pattern. He tries to use intimidation to avoid accountability on his behalf. If you can use somebody else for repair or replacement, do not hesitate!Service: Auto windshield repair

I've used them before and it was fine�(in other words, I'm a repeat customer). But this time there was a problem with the invoice and I ended up overcharged. I thought it was simple mistake and wasn't upset but when I asked for a refund, Rob flew off the handle, sending me an outrageous text accusing me of "inferring" with the install, "harassing" his installers, and "costing him $250 in profit", culminating with him threatening to come beat me up. I was stunned. This was completely untrue. I didn't even interact with the installers, except to give them a check (for $55 more than agreed). No refund. And I found out later from insurance company, they did not calibrate the camera and never told me. Also it is apparent they installed used glass. Stay away.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Rob s Glassworks were so wonderful to work with. I had a side window that broke and they squeezed me in to their busy schedule. They came out to my car and fixed it in only about 30 minutes. They also cleaned all the broken glass and warned me that there might be a shard or two that they missed but I haven t found a single shard of glass anywhere in the car. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.Service: Auto side window replacement

This group installed the wrong windshield on my friends car, and then blamed her and her car for the issues. I reluctantly asked them to fix mine as I thought it was just a minor mistake, they showed up on the day of install to tell me they didn't have the molding and couldn't install. No call, no heads up, so I took a day off of work for nothing. My friend is still fighting with them to get the proper windshield in her car but they have since ghosted her.
