Professionalism through and through. Five stars is not enough to rate the staff and managers at Mechanicsville Toyota. They took all of the worry out of the buying process. They were straight and honest with me from the very first handshake. First vehicle purchased from them will equate to many years of a relationship based on this encounter. Thanks y all!

Adam was amazing! He was professional and courteous. We took some time with him and he never made us feel rushed or was pushy. Very easy operation. Drop off vehicle.promised one day repair, one day repair promise kept. I would definitely recommend to friends/family. I figured my vehicle would give some trouble because of the age, but no surprises and no delays. Thank you very much, everyone was very friendly.

This by far has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new vehicle ( do yourself a favor and deal with Adam.) This is even a post covid purchase... still by far the best experience I've had with a dealership.We ordered a 2023 Lunar Rock Off-Road Tacoma... it took some time to get. This was explained to us by Adam at the beginning. He simply just asked us to put a deposit down and wait. We waited, for what seemed like an eternity, but it came in and we got the last Lunar Rock produced for the 2023 models. It apparently is the last Lunar Rock produced by Toyota. They have since done away with the color. We went in to the dealership this past Saturday 12.30.23 and picked up our vehicle. Let me tell you that this experience was just as smooth as it gets... I mean from Adam meeting us at the door and going through the paperwork flawlessly and taking time to walk us through the vehicle for a solid 25 minutes... if not longer. Then he had us meet up with Zak in finance.Zak is a book of knowledge when it comes down to what products are needed and what are products are not. I will say that the 10 year extended warranty was a hard sell to my wife and I and it took some time to sell it to my wife who is in finances for 20+ years and she sells similar products. We walked away with Zak's extended warranty. He was not too pushy and he just hit on the points that were necessary. We appreciated that.Like I said before, this is by far one of the best dealerships that I have ever dealt with. They have earned a repeat customer and I will spread the good word about them. Do yourself a favor ask for Adam and get into a new Toyota today! I promise you won't regret it.

YES, as we said, Coming back literally. This time to not only trade and upgrade a SUV, but brought another s vehicle just to have them spray coat. Came back and had Hunter and Zack assist us again. Call us crazy, but this place has the BEST SERVICE that we will drive the distance. MUCH LOVE & THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM UP THERE!!!

We bought our 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road back in June from Mechanicsville Toyota. It could not have been an easier and more seamless process! Ask for Hunter, he will take care of you. Above and beyond service!!!! Adam (Sales), Zak (Finance) and Robin (Management) were fantastic to work with. They met all our needs and went FAR beyond our expectations. If you are on the fence, jump off and go see them! Love my 2024 Grand Highlander!

Great. Mechanicsville Toyota has always treated me good. Though I don t wanna pay the price for things, something you just have to pay for. Savannah was great explained everything to me. I do like the video from the mechanic to tell you what s going on with your vehicles, that is a great service. I will make that drive to mechanicsville Toyota for that 5 Star Service.Thank You S Hall

I have purchased my fair share of new cars over the years as I am 40 years old and I purchased my first new car when I was 21. Not only was I in and out in at least half the time of the purchase of my last car, a BMW M4cs, I also have to give much praise to the dealership here for being honest, and in no way sleazy.What I mean by that statement is, my local dealerships here in the Washington DC region are all asking anywhere from $15,000-$25,000 over sticker price for a new Supra. It s just pure greed. But this fine dealership didn t play any games and they were more than willing to sell me the car that I wanted, a 45th Anniversary GR Supra with a manual, But they were also more than happy to do it at sticker price.While normally don t shop for Toyota cars, the GR Supra is the exception, and if I were in the market again, I would definitely buy again from this wonderful dealership.

I am so excited to finally make the switch to Toyota. I ve been looking at getting a 4Runner for a while now and Brian went above expectations to make sure I got what I was looking for. Adam listened to our wish list and pointed us in the direction of a car we had never heard of After one test drive, he could tell this model had the luxurious features we were seeking. We appreciate his patience as we continued our search and his determination to finally help us become Venza owners. When we are ready for that orange truck we saw, we will be back!

I went back to Toyota Mechanicsville because I loved my 2016 Highlander and always got great service when needed for my vehicle. So when I was looking to get something new, I didn t hesitate to go back. Brian was very helpful guiding us through the selection process for my new car. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend him & this location to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Robbie, was my service advisor and he was very attentive and listened to concerns with my car. I could tell he genuinely cared about the safety of me and my vehicle. Service updates were given timely in person and by text/email. They were able to note issues that other shops hadn t with my tires. He explained issues like tire cupping in layman s terms. Mechanicsville Toyota has my trust!

Cars was in for a recall (1/29/2025-4/9/2024) and was told I would have a loaner. It took over a month to get a loaner. I called and spoke to rental lady at Mechanicsville Toyota (Ruth?) and she was rude and arrogant. I guess me not having a car was not her concern.Rob was my service guy and he was extremely helpful and overly communicated with me. He let me know upfront that the recall was going to be a process and a number of weeks.I find it interesting that I got a text from the rental person at Mechanicsville 4/9/24 saying my car was done and my rental needed to be back by 5pm, or I would incur a 75/day charge.My car went in the shop 1/29/2024- it took the rental lady over a month to get me a rental and she was not very concerned or accomodating to get me a car while my car was serviced on a recall. She finally got me a much smaller car... I waited another week and a half to get a RAV. I am aware there were larger cars available but I guess I only qualified to get a smaller or equivalent even though I was just out of a car that I use for daily and needed the space not a compact car downgrade.I am not sure how she found it acceptable but she is not customer friendly.

Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do, but James and the rest of the team at Mechanicsville Toyota made the experience very pleasant! James is extremely knowledgeable, and while we were waiting for final approvals for my husband s Tundra, he took time to show me a few bells and whistles on my Highlander. James and Zach went above and beyond to make the deal happen!!! I highly recommend Page s Auto Group and this dealership in particular!!!I made an appointment to have my 20,000 mile check up, but missed it because I got ky dates mixed up and showed up a day late. ADAM was wonderful in squeezing me in! I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I will definitely be returning!

Was told as long as I brought my vehicle to Mechanicsville -- they would honor the basic maintenance similar to Priority for life.I drove an hour each way to maintain this service--as soon as I hit 50,000 they told me the basic service was no longer offered -- they told me my salesperson lied to me.I told them I would not have driven an hour each way to maintain a warranty I could have utilized 10 minutes from my house. Who would drive an hour each way for nothing---Their response was sorry-- you were lied to.Then, I drive home to realize they did not reset the service reminder--- now I will have to go somewhere and get someone to reset it-- not driving an hour for that.The , they said they would give me a discount for the confusion-- said they would refund some of my money--back to my card-- that did not happen either !!

I had a wonderful experience at Mechanicsville Toyota. Michael was wonderful with accommodating my services and arranging with the rental team. The sweet girl who helped me with getting my rental, really exceeded my expectations. Rob kept me updated throughout the day. Very wonderful team and I definitely will consider Mechanicville Toyota for future services!

I went in for my standard oil change and tire rotation. When I left it turned out one of the tires had only been finger tightened and almost came off on the way home. They sent a mechanic out to check, tightened everything up and I returned it to dealership for a good checking out. Seems to be fine now

Walked in with a vehicle on my radar from their website that was in transit. I was able to put a hold on it that day. Once in came in set up an appointment to continue my trade in and purchase. Was very smooth and efficient. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received from Hunter Long and staff.

Salesman, Mr Don Berkeley was the best! Very professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable regarding the Toyota Hatchback Nightshade I purchased. Can't complain about a thing. They were on time, explained things well, and didn't up charge me for anything. Yhe waiting room was comfortable and they were quick. No way to fill in another half of a star, but they deserve it.
