This is the only car maintenance experience I can really say I've ever enjoyed. A friend of mine recommended Meadowbridge, and I can't thank her enough. They do great work! They also won't judge you for having financial constraints and are happy to help you prioritize maintenance based on your budget. Don't think I'll go to another auto shop as long as I live in or around Richmond.

Very marked up pricing! I was quoted around $850.00 for the job and for parts they cost less than $200. That s around $600.00 in labor. No thanks.

Great service every time I have been in and a fair price. Even when issues have popped up I felt like they were well communicated prior to moving forward and never felt like anything was unnecessarily being recommended.

Ricky and Jeff provide reliable, friendly and professional service. I ve taken both fleet and personal vehicles to them (dozens) and know they ll be fixed right the first time. My auto repair shop of choice - each and every time.

This is the only place I trust to take my vehicles. The management and staff are super helpful and friendly - most importantly you know they are trustworthy and honest. You can always count on quality work from therm as well..they will go up and beyond to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Thank y'all for providing such a reputable business

I work a couple miles down the road & was in a pinch with a tire that couldn t be plugged. I work about an hour from home & needed this fixed before I got off work. When i called they didn t have a tire on site, but were able to send someone to pick up a tire to help me out. I dropped my car off, paid ahead, & returned to work. About 2 hours later they told me it was ready to be picked up. They were friendly, prompt, & honest. Couldn t ask for better folks!

We started using Meadowbridge Auto Service a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Every person I had to deal with so far has been super nice and I get the feeling they actually care about me and my cars. I never got the feeling I was being coerced into an expensive and unnecessary repair like the "exhaust pipe cleaning" I was offered at another shop (a national chain store). The best part is that they offer to pick up (and return) the vehicle. I am sooo late writing this review If I could give them 1,000 stars I would! I was stranded in Mechanicsville and I ve never been to that city before. I just got a flat tire on the highway and this was the first shop I found on Geico. They were so kind enough to direct me to someone else just because I was in a hurry to an appointment in Va Beach. I ended up coming back to them and they truly treat you like family. It was my first time handling something like this without guidance so they plugged my flat tire and made sure I was safe to drive again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I wish all Auto shops treated their customers like this! Thank you so much again for being a blessing and helping me!

Honest, family business we have grown to count on over the years. They have fixed many issues on our older cars and never feel like we re being price gouged. They have always gotten to the bottom of difficult issues and provided reliable service.

I went here originally for my state inspection. The GM (maybe owner) spent a few minutes giving me maintenance tips which I really appreciated. That just earned my business, not my review. I couldn t get my car on this morning, battery died. They had warned me and I didn t listen. Regardless, they squeezed me in and got it done in an hour. No notice. They knew I had to be somewhere and made it happen. Top notch!Service: Electrical

Review: went to have my Toyota fixed and replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor. The part cost me 247.23 and when we questioned it, they admitted to a 100.00 markup. I found where they ordered the part from and it's on sale for 102.58 and that's is 144.65 markup which is more than 100.00 I know they mark up for price but this is ridiculous. Trying to support local community and feel like I was robbed.I was looking for a shop I could trust.

My first time here after googling and reading stellar reviews. They got me in on same day I called for brake service for my VW Tiguan that West Broad VW screwed up. Car was correctly repaired and ready the next afternoon. Could not be happier with courtesy on phone and professionalism and service in person, not to mention immediate availability. Brake work is perfect. Definitely my new go-to auto service shop and close to home too. No more trips to West Broad! Will be back for tires and more for both of my Tiguans.

Had to get new tires and I was recommended to this shop. The staff was very courteous and was very engaging. Good family run business that beat the brakes off of these big time, chain shops. First class operation! I was in a pinch and needed to get state inspection and oil change before Christmas. I was 4 hours late on our agreed drop off time. They still managed to get me taken care of, same day! It was the day before Christmas Eve.The holidays can bring a lot of stress and scheduling conflicts. I believe that whether you are a first time customer, or a returning customer, the Meadowbridge team will treat you the same. They strive to make you happy even if you know your are kinda screwing them over like i did. They could of easily said sorry. We can t fit you in, Like many other places would have. I wasn t bringing a job that was making them any real money.. $75. I was probably more a hassle than It was worth. However, that s what s seperates them from the rest. I can promise you, you might find cheaper out there..but you will not find another shop, that is more trustworthy and cares about there customers more than Meadowbridge. They stand behind their work 100%. If your not happy, they will do their best to make it right! They have the old school mentality, with the new school, state of the art equipment and knowledge.

The most family friendly business I have ever used. You go in once and it s like you have known them forever. Not to mention the work done to your vehicle is in top shape. They use grade A parts because you get grade A quality work. They perform what you ask for in a timely manner and can handle in auto service need you have. When I say that the customer service at this place is incredible, I mean it!! Nobody to help drop your car off, no problem! I live about 5min away and they came to pick up my car and dropped it back off when they were done! It was so easy and convenient. Everyone I talked to was so professional and nice and treated me like family. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here for all you auto needs!

This is my second time taking my car to this shop. And both times have been a wonderful experience. The waiting area is neat and coffee is always good! They call with suggestions or pointers for your car but don t push them on you. Front desk treats you as if your family in how they talk and treat you. It s amazing and I won t be taking my car else where.

I called to schedule an appointment for a state inspection. Their receptionist, Susan, was kind & thorough in gathering information prior to my appointment day. When I dropped off my car after hours, the drop box was easy to find & the building was well lit at night. When I picked up the car the next day, the guys explained a few things I should pay attention to for the future & were patient with my questions. A professional and great team to work with. I highly recommend them should you be unsure of or sitting on the fence of where to go!
