Had a great experience with this company! Kristy was very nice and easy to talk too! Chris did a great job keeping me updated with how things were going with my repair. I will definitely recommend them to anyone! My car looks brand new! Thank you!

Just as I seen before getting my repairs this company had a 5 star rating. I too will be giving them the same. My car looked amazing once it was repaired. The customer service and friendliness of everyone was lovely. I will definitely go back to Joe Hudson Collision for future repair needs.

Was always my go to shop but this time they never finished my truck and damaged the roof. Despite numerous tries to schedule it still remains unfinished. Don t know that I would ever use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Very disappointed. We had an issue with a broken light and bumper replacement. Took a month to get this back to us. They kept calling us at the beginning of the week to say it would be ready by end of week and then we wouldn t hear back from them. Then it turns out that they used the wrong color paint and that cost them a week. Then we found out that the vehicle was ready but they said they were waiting to hear back from our insurance company. This was incorrect because our insurance company did a great and thorough job of communicating to us and kept telling us that Joe Hudson still had not sent anything to them. We had to get them to turn our car back over to us so we could finally turn in our rental car. Our insurance company paid $600 towards rental car and we had to pay close to $700 extra out of pocket because of Joe Hudson s mistake that caused two additional weeks for them to finish. The manager promised that she would talk to someone to see what could be reimbursed. And of course she has ghosted us and will not return our calls. So guess we are out money because of their mistakes. Please avoid this company!!!

Joe Hudson s Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle after hitting a deer. Returned it to me cleaner than I left it. They went above & beyond. They also kept me abreast of what was being done throughout the process. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst body shop I have ever encountered in my life. You will get every excuse except for accountability and it will take them 3 mos for any repairs over $5000. From lack of staffing and continuous parts on back order and constant issues. Oh and my experience was with an insurance claim as a preferred shop. I should have just went straight to the dealership. Black people keep your money and if the insurance company sends you here just run. Per Chris the shop manager be glad to get your vehicle back within 6 months and Diane the General manager is no better. If you re incapable of handling heavy repairs just shut down already. I will never use this shop again. This amount of money I spent out of pocket because of the shop delays is ridiculous. The worst experience of my LIFE!

While they weren't able to get my car into the shop at the scheduled time, there were some extenuating circumstances that prevented them from doing so. However, it was fixed at the low end of their estimated time to repair, and the workmanship was excellent.

Overall a pleasant experience working with Joe Hudson s Collision repair. They were honest, polite and easy to work with. The communication throughout the repairs from prior to start to end was thorough. I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle to find it all clean and looking a lot better on the outside and even the inside than when I had dropped it off as they performed a complimentary detail. They will also help you to get a rental car and arrange a shuttle to take you to pickup a vehicle and let you leave the rental in their lot and they arrange for it to be picked up from there which is very convenient.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop is a perfect place to take your vehicle! They have excellent customer service and their communication during the process is immaculate. Like a lot of aftermarket CF hoods mine had a fitment issue. On the passenger side, midway along the fender the hood was about a � to 3/8 of an inch higher than the fender. I tried to live with it for several years but finally it bugged me too much. Beau and his team at Collision One did an outstanding job of getting me fixed up. Beau had done other projects for me in the past so I knew they did great work and were professional. I thought the fitment issue would require big mods to fix but Josh, one of Beau s outstanding staff came up with a fantastic solution. They ended up making a piece that bolts under the fending that recontoured the fender to match the hood (thank heaven for Corvette fiberglass flexibility). The added bonus was no permanent mods. If I ever need to revert back to my stock hood I just remove the contour spacer, how ingenious. A big thank you to Beau, Josh and all of the team at Collision One!

Very nice people to work with. All are very accommodating to the customers needs. The manager Bo is always sure his customer is satisfied with their vehicle. He does not cut corners it's going to be right. I don't trust many people with my vehicles but when it's with Collision One, I know it's the best. I can definitely depend on Bo to oversee that it is nothing but the way it should be. Fair pricing & satisfaction guarantee !

Be sure you call these guys before going! The website (as of this writing) does not say you need to call and make an appointment if you want an estimate. Drove 30 minutes each way to be told they could not do an estimate today. Told them I'd be happy to go somewhere else. The next place had me in and out in 10 min, estimate in hand.

Collision One Car Care Center in Mechanicsville, VA repaired my vehicle very recently. In my view, the repair work was excellent and others commented on how good it looked as well. Chris, Jessica, and team kept me informed of updates and progress on the repairs.While is a challenge to be patient when waiting for your vehicle, it is also something we should expect.
