I ve been a customer at this Honda service center for the last 5 years and have consistently had great experiences. The staff are professionally trained and always treat customers with respect. They are upfront about which services your car actually needs. In fact, if you ask for a service that isn t necessary at the moment, they ll honestly tell you that it can wait another year, saving you money.State inspections are done free of charge, which is a big plus. The only area for improvement is the waiting area; the seats are a bit dated and not the most comfortable for extended waits.Overall, highly recommended for honest and professional service.

The service department here is absolutely horrible!!! My awd system problem light came on. The part was ordered and put on 2 days ago. I left for vacation to Florida yesterday. We made it as far as NC....light is back on!!! I called and had to leave a voice mail.....no call back!!! (Note: I bought this car last August with 30,000+ miles and I have had to take it in for issues 3 times) I am over this vehicle already ...... and the service department!!!!

Great service from Andrew! My interior lights where not working. There was some confusion about the part from American Honda and they said they weren't going to fix it even though it was under warranty. I got a little upset and talked to my advisor Andrew and he talked to the service manager. Andrew came up with a good solution to the problem and now my lights work. Thanks!

Trust me my friends, make the trip up to Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. It is worth the drive out there. It's beyond me why you have to make an appointment for an oil change a week out. Pohanka Honda has drive up service and their customer service can't be beat! Someone needs to step in at Mechanicsville Honda and change some things over there.

Mechanicsville Honda service is trustworthy and professional. I have been taking my Honda vehicles to this dealership for over a decade and many of the same faces have been there the entire time. I trust them to perform the services ordered and keep me aware of preventative maintenance items. Pricing is also reasonable for dealership service.

Out of all the Honda dealerships I've ever been to this service center is the most booked. With that said the woman on the phone doesnt seem to want appointments ever if you drive in there are some services writers that will still take you. It is typically very slow, I usually stay in the waiting area while the car is worked on and the service lane doesnt seem to busy. Unfortunately I've had to being my car somewhere else most times.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been taking my 2007 Blue Honda Ridgeline to Mech. Honda for service since 2012-2018 without incident. My truck is garage kept and I, a senior is the only driver. I have all invoices since start of service. Since 2019 -2021 I have noticed after service, somethings missing or damage done to my truck. I have mentioned it to service advisors. They seemed surprised, but replaced the parts. Clips missing from the engine skirt under the hood, pull up handles loosen, stem caps missing, deliberate scratches on the drivers door and inside running board are some of the things that were done while in service these last years. I am very disappointed!!I have spent $$$ on my truck which is in great condition. To Keep it that way, I now must find another service. No one has reached out to investigate. With 10 years of being a loyal customer it has come to this! No! I do not recommend Mechanicsville Honda!Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I can't complain. They have a waiting area that is nearby the maint. bay and its clean. There's also a television to watch and free beverages.

I have done my car maintenance in many different places around the east cost and, is the first time that I don't get a courtesy cleaning of my car, not covering the car seats, etc. Poor customer service.
