The owner is super skilled and experienced. He only charges a reasonable cost and never over-diagnoses the car's issue. He replaced my car's brake cars at half the price of the dealer's. You can always trust his skill, experience, and personality!

The owner, Mao is extremely knowledgeable and can give you a straight answer. Trust is so important, and you can trust the information he's giving you! The repairs are reasonable -especially when the work is on foreign vehicles which tend to be more expensive. Mao was great as were his staff. Excellent quality service and for a better than average price. Really happy with all the work they did on my Mercedes. Had motor mounts, transmission mount, spark plugs and rear brakes done. Turnaround was only a couple of days.

I was nervous because my car didn't pass inspection due to a rear crossmember being rusted through on my 2010 E-350. I called the owner of this shop and he got me in right away to get a look at it. He stated it definitely needed to be replaced due to obvious safety reasons. He told me to call him in a few days after he got a price on the piece. He called me back the next day stating that he called Mercedes and that issue was covered under some sort of warranty. Sure enough I got it replaced without issue through Mercedes saving several thousand dollars. He has also helped me out numerous times over the phone and seems to be a genuinely nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to get any work done there!

Anything foreign this is your best spot to go to. Honest diagnosis and very informative. Pricing for maintenance and repairs are very reasonable. Only thing I would warn others of is to be prepared to drop your car off for at least two days. Mao is very knowledgeable and very honest.Also, he does not touch American made cars at allService: General repairs & maintenance

Love Mr. Mao. Best mechanic in town! Sent to him for my Acura from local dealership. If Mao can't fix it, it can't be fixed! Professional, knowledgeable and can always get an app. Learn so much talking to him. Highly recommend!!

Took my BMW X6 there for an AC problem. I dropped it off expecting the work to take at least a week for them to fit in. Got a call the next day that it was ready and less expensive than quoted. Highly recommend.

Got quoted a great price on a clutch repair for my BMW. When I went to pick it up, Mao charged me $50 less. These guys do top notch work with quick turnaround times. Very good. Took my car to get the brakes checked based on recommendation from jiffy lube after getting my oil changed.Took 5 mins to check my brakes and said, the front brakes are almost as good as new and the back brakes still have 5-10 thousand miles on them. Come back after 6 months or when you hear squeaking sounds when applying the brakes.No charge.I will definitely be going here for their honesty

My husband took his 2008 Mercedes S550 here to get his air shock replaced because his passenger front tire wasn't lifting and air was continuously escaping from the shock. He took his car there at 9:30 a.m. and the car was ready by 4 pm. In addition to them replacing the air shock in record time, they informed my husband that his control arm needed to be replaced, in which my husband knew that already, but was going to put it off. My husband agreed for them to replace the control arm because he knew they were being honest with what needed to be done. Their price was unbeatable, especially compared to the dealership. Thousands less. Also, my husband had some jack pads lying in backseat that they put on as a courtesy. We would highly recommend German & Import Auto, especially if you have a German vehicle because they rock!!

Maaw is absolutely a stand up auto shop owner. His crew is headsup and knowledgeable and trust when I tell you, when you bring your car to him it will return to you tiptop. And he will tell you if there are other issues that you should know and be concerned about.

Good service for reasonable prices. It seems they want to provide a good service. I went to Bimmer Rescue at first to get work done on my Audi. After getting hit with a $1700 fee I decided to take my car to German and Import. They fixed my car fractions of the price Bimmer Rescue quoted. I learned my lesson.

I took my car to this guy because I heard pretty good things about his repair shop. I took my BMW to him because the engine light came on and the car was putting a little bit with reduced power and it had a message about increased engine loads...short of the long, I took the car to him and for the first day after getting it back the engine light was off and seemed to be running fine. Next day light was back on and car seemed to be running worse than before. So I took it back to him, as I was turning into his parking lot I thought I was going to have to jump out of my car before it exploded it was running so roughly. Took him 2 months to actually look at my car for him to tell me I needed a new engine. I personally feel that this would have never happened had I just taken it to the BMW Dealership from the start. I deeply regret taking my car to Mao.

Don't listen to the guy that left the one-star review, that is truly a false misrepresentation. This is the best shop I've been to in 38 years. He's always lower than everybody else and I've never had a problem with him since 2002. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My Father told me about this shop a year ago and I have been taking all my cars (96 Infiniti I30, 99 Maxima and 09 BMW 528i) there since then. Excellent service, fair price and quick repair.
