I would like to give a huge shout out to Jeff Quint at Express Lube . I have used this location and service for multiple years and have never been dissatisfied. Jeff Quint is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always kind. Jeff always explains things in a way that I can understand and keeps me abreast of any unforeseen situation. He has navigated different ways that I can save money.I have referred many people to this business as all of his staff are very professional, and kind and proficient, in all that they do. I have even seen Jeff help people out that couldn t possibly make it home without having something fixed. He is truly a blessing, and I would never ever go anywhere else. In this type of world that we live in, it is very hard to find someone who is honest, humble, and always willing to go above, and beyond to help anyone out! Thanks for all you do !!

Jeff the manager, Eric and John have worked on all of my family vehicles. I am a vet with a wife and two little ones so I rely on my older vehicles to be safe. This shop has handles everything from routine oil changes to motor and transmission swaps and I won't be going anywhere else! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

First time taking my car to somewhere other than my family s mechanic and what a great experience! Loved being able to get an oil change without an appointment and within minutes! The mechanics were all extremely nice and helpful! I ve had trouble driving my car in crosswinds and Tom suggested that I put sand bags in the back to help balance the weight in the car. It really helped! Will definitely be taking my car back here!

The best service I have ever received. These guys know what they do and they ensure that you don t leave without getting your vehicle fixed. I will recommend to anyone. Tom was amazing he immediately knew what was wrong with my vehicle and made sure to update me when the parts came and insisted that it was fixed before I left. He was patient and thorough and even though it was near closing time he let me know that my vehicle will be fixed before I left as he didn t want me to leave and end up in any problems. Thank you Express team and thank you so much Tom.

The employees here are knowledgeable and professional. They were able to accurately diagnose issues with my vehicle and gave me a fair price for repairs. They did not recommend unnecessary fixes or suggest additional services that didn t pertain to the reasons for bringing my vehicle to their shop.

I mistakenly took my car to Precision Auto a few months ago and I was reminded how unique and special this 10 minute place in front of Target really is and I will never go anywhere else ever again. Words can t express how much I love this place. I ve been coming here for years and as a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, the guys who work here are very genuine, honest, friendly, and hardworking. I especially want to shoutout Chris who spent time educating me about my car in such a kind and patient way yesterday. It really meant a lot to me, as it is rare that people go out of their way to to provide such incredible customer service & go even above and beyond for a stranger. He was very genuinely kind. Thank y all so much! :D

Tom helped with our oil change and was absolutely great! Super friendly and made sure to give me all of my different options for oil (and telling me the prices) to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting.

The guys at Express have taken great care of my car for a couple years now. Everything from maintenance to inspections, they ve been awesome. They are also fast and thorough. Can t recommend them enough!

MAKE A DATE. SKIP THE WAIT.For starters, you do not need an appointment for our signature 10 minute oil change or a state inspection. Just come on in when it s convenient for you!That is from their website. Quote on quote, however coming in to do state inspection I was told should have have appt and don t have time for me today. If guy stopped putting food in his mouth looked up from the computer it would help.

What a refreshing surprise to get the kind of service I got today , Tom was professional, informative , knowledgeable , courteous and thorough , excellent service , very satisfied . Also, I'm waiting in line in my car , pouring down rain , and Tom comes out in the rain to offer me bottle of water or coffee and the way he was teaching his techs with respect and professionalism, very impressive.

I've been coming here for over year now for all of my car servicing needs. I trust the people here and my uncle Tom works here which gives me peace of mind as well. At a previous oil change, a now former employee put the wrong type of oil in my car. When my maintenance light came on, I took it to the shop immediately. The person servicing my car, Sierra, did an excellent job of explaining the mistake and making things right. Her level tone and ownership of the mistake reassured me that this is a top notch establishment. Thank you, Sierra!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honestly, I would give this place 0 stars if that was even an option. They will lie and scam you in order to make you pay an exorbitant amount of money for something you don t need. They tried to tell me that my car wouldn t pass inspection because I needed new front brakes and rotors and that the total for my car to pass inspection was around $1,100.00. I told them I wasn t paying that much and they rejected my inspection. I took my car to a dealership today and, SHOCKER, they said my front brakes passed inspection and probably have 10k more miles before I need to replace them and my rotors were fine. (Also, to be charged that much for one set of brake pads is insanity.) I also I knew my spark plugs were going bad and I told the tech I needed them replaced when I got there. Instead, they charged me a $99 diagnostic fee to tell me that, yes, my spark plugs were going bad (thank you, I already knew that - hence the reason why I asked for you to replace them) and then didn t even replace them. I called up there once I got home to ask questions about my charges and the manager was condescending and rude. Save your money and go somewhere else or literally just watch a YouTube video and do it yourself.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I had an GREAT customer experience 8/9/23 @bell Creek Rd location. I will definitely come back here again. They helped a girl get her car all set. I didn't need an appointment he said come on by and we'll get you taken care of. I came later that afternoon and was in and out in 15 min tops( not that I had a time preference) they all were friendly and greeted me instantly. They had nice smiles and made sure my needs were taken care of before leaving. I left super happy with new air filters in. Thx guys!!!!!!!! Wish could give more stars for my first experience there.

My daughter took her SUV in for a diagnostic done on the vehicle. A couple dash lights were on and we didn't know why. She paid $99 but was told she had to pay extra to get a print out of what exactly was wrong with the vehicle. They told her to basically scrap the vehicle. We took it to someone else who didn't see the things they told us and asked for the paperwork which she didn't have because the extra cost was cost prohibitive to her. She didn't see the need because they said it wasn't worth the investment of over $2200 they claimed it would cost to fix the problems. I wish their policy was to automatically print out the paperwork. Especially at $99. It would have been good to know that ahead of time.

So far my experience has been that the staff is just as good as the work that they perform. The staff is very courteous. Knowledgeable as well as patient. I'm sure they have their bad days because we're all human and that's to be understood. Is this a place I would highly recommend? Absolutely. I'm new to Hanover county. I've only been here less than a year and so far this is the only place that's performed any type of work on my 2017 Camaro. I'm proud to say that this is a a place that I would definitely co-sign shout out to the whole team. And again, I thank you for your services and continue to keep up the good work

The team at Express Oil has always treated me well and fairly. They have rectified tire issues that other shops couldn't seem to fix. Jeff and Tom are always do a great job and are great to talk to. I brought my Range Rover in for an oil change that was well over due and I was immediately greeted by Cierra. She was so welcoming and helpful throughout my entire visit. The service was superb and efficient. Cierra was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions and the pricing is affordable.
