Customer Service was good.Iit was a long wait to cut down the time you might want to make an appointment.The other customers were so friendly the time I spent didn't really matter. I hit a pot hole on laburnum & Nine mile rd and damaged my Rim.They did a good job and Yes I would return to this location.

Eduardo and Sean were great. I m not 100% sure if Eduardo is the manager but if he isn t he should be one. Excellent customer service through and through. Very informing and patient. Not just with me but from what I could hear from the dealings with other customers. Bought a set of 5 tires from them. I ll be doing business with them next time when it calls for it!

Discount Tire in Mechanicsville on 360 is Awesome! They take care of all my family's tire needs. Friendly, Fast, Professional, Honest & Reasonably priced. Daughter ran over a nail.Roadside assistance towed her vehicle to DT.DT repaired the tire in 30 minutes! I had purchased the tires and tire protection coverage from DT in Mechanicsville on 360 last summer. There was no charge for the repair.Discount Tire in Mechanicsville has great service and I highly recommended them!

I have been coming here since I found out about this location when I moved to the Mechanicsville area. Tony and Moe have always taken care of my truck & my trailer along with their technicians. I ve never had a headache when coming here to get things done for any of my tire needs whether it be rotation, or mounting and balancing. They ve always try to find the best price and the best tires for my truck. Just wanted to say I appreciate all of you!

I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire thanks to Hubert! I came in needing new rear tires and Hubert's expertise was invaluable. The service was incredibly fast and the staff provided top-notch service. I'm definitely a loyal customer now and will only go to Discount Tire in the future. Highly recommend!

I got a recall in the mail but lost it. Eduardo pulled recall information and checked my tires. They weren t the bad batch being recalled but he walked me through things to do for the best health of my tires and suggested getting one replaced due to a cut on the side. The whole process was very easy and informative. And now I have a warranty on my tires for any future issues. So, thanks!

Quick turnaround! Had the day off, decided I d go to the store and noticed a low tire, went to air it up and BAM, tread was separating. Closest shop was DT, decided to try and walk in as I had to have my ride for work in the morning. I was greeted at the door and the salesman promptly came to my car and got the info, looked at the tire, and worked up a proposal. I went cheap cause that s who I am, but 2 new tires with warranty was 201 out the door. I was in at 1115, and out by 1230. Couldn t ask for a better experience! The location was clean, bathrooms well cleaned and in order, and the staff was visibly hard at work(watched 1 tech sprint to the next work order)!

Great place for all your tire needs. Eddie was awesome. He had to order my daughter s tire and said it would come in the same day and it did and he kept me updated. Very please with my service. I was there for a while but I will say they were super busy some guys had to bounce from working on the cars and coming inside to take care of customer.

We've never used Discount Tires before but we will definitely be regulars from now on. My tire got slashed on a trip up to Pennsylvania. Anthony and his team were able to get it fixed promptly and correctly. We had a lot of fun getting to know Anthony and he made a very annoying situation into a fun memory!

I have always liked coming here and have been several times, but yesterday was different. Young darker guy seemed rather pushy for me to buy 4 tires when my tires only have 25,400 miles on them & are 60,000 mile Michelin Premier xlt tires on a 2023 vehicle. BTW my tires are special order, and we only ordered one prior to me coming in. Dealership actually did a State Inspection Sat and the "only" issue I had was a sliced tire, which I was there to replace. Tire guy was also hard to understand/hear. He tried the same sales pitch on another lady, she also refused. Not a fan of trying to take advantage of me.

First time at DT. Always heard a lot about them. Wife's car needed tires. Decided to check out DT. Prices are good. Just like when Sears auto centers were around. They always had the best prices on tires. Now DT seems too also. My first experience at DT was outstanding. Everybody was courteous and professional. We arrived a bit early for our appt which was set for 545 on Friday. They took our car back pretty quickly. I had some specific instructions for the install. They did everything I asked w/o hesitation. When our car was finished they explained what they did and all about tire repair, rotation and such that comes with your tires. We were there less than 1 hr. After we left our car drove so much nicer. New tires will do that for you, of course. But the tires seemed correctly balanced. Great place for tires. DT will be my first choice when shopping for tires.

It was my first time going there, and they helped me out . Tires and one of the tire sensors were replaced on my Escalade. My chrome rims are bad, and they ordered my rims and waiting to get them put on next.

I got a nail in my 2024 HRV, and was in a panic went by discount tires and not with the best attitude because I was so upset but they fixed my tire in a reasonable amount of time kept me informed on every moving procedure and when I left there, I was very happy And will be using them again in the future. Thank you.

They are awesome... I purchased tires from them and the warranty is awesome... you get the service... but the care they take with you is the big seller... making an appointment is the best way to go but just walking in of the street they are awesome

Just got 4 beefy tires put on my vehicle and the process could not have been more smooth. Team communicated through the work, made sure I didn t have questions, and did not aggressively upsell. They re knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. My future business has been earned. Anthony and Moe specifically get recognition, but everyone was working hard!

I have consistently had good experiences with this tire location. Staff have always been courteous and professional. Their prices have always been fair. They always offer a range of tires (in stock) from highest performance to least expensive. On the lower end prices they typically beat Firestone prices, but with better service.I bought two tires here last week and saved over $100 compared to Firestone and was in and out in under 1 hour.

Never had a poor experience here, even on their most busy days. Ordering and setting up/rescheduling appointments is very convenient and everyone at customer service is patient and respectful. They now just noticed a problem with one of our tires that we didn t even know about and are repairing it.

I was leaving for an out of state trip and needed new tires, looked at multiple places with no luck. I was able to order tires online and have them installed the next day. An employee even called me the night prior to my appointment to let me know my tires had arrived at the shop and we were good to go. Amazing, quick service. Every employee was polite, and I was given updates as my truck was being worked on. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Easily my 3rd or 4th trip here today and man let me tell you I love coming here! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming to me, Tony, Moe, and Octavius are the absolute best!!! Always have done me right, and on my last trip they even pointed out to me that the aftermarket lugs I was using at the time were digging into my rims and gauging out the hole as a result. Money was super tight for me, and I couldn't afford much at the time, they even let me get a set of lugs for free since they had some on their spare parts shelf that fit. I went by today to get tires installed on a set of 18" aftermarket rims, I already had the tires so I just dropped em off. It was a super easy process and they were pretty quick with it even on a busy day. Moe even helped me load them up which was super nice of her to do, considering I came by about an hour after they were finished instead of on time like I had told them. Very awesome crew, their prices are very fair and they'll price match any other competitors like TireRack for example. Very grateful to have this location here. Keep it up Team Discount Tire, you guys and girls rock!!!

The price point was good, but they were not very organized.A set appointment didn't really mean anything because they didn't schedule properly, so had to wait over an hour to find they had only received 2 of the 4 tires that were supposed to have been ordered.So, a second trip had to be scheduled.So yes, price is good, but you pay for the savings by inconvenience.

Great service, and everyone was polite. Shout out to Nick, and the managers for handling my situation professionally with my Cadillac DTS. Let s just say that this was a very trying day for myself, and the guys that work there. You guys are the best!

Got a great deal on some alloys. Unfortunately two of my old wheels got scratched up when they removed the wheel weights. Sergio, assistant manager, was extremely accommodating ne the issue was resolved. Stuff happens but overall I m very happy with the service I received.
