Great part selection and great customer service. The differential I bought had signs of problems once I opened it up. They let me return it and swap it for another one on the lot for no additional cost and without a hassle. Thanks, I'll be back!

The best place I have ever been my travel was rough getting there but they team was the best it seemed as if they didn t have my battery when they learned my situation they went beyond they duty to make sure I was a happy customer I love this place I recommend this place to everyone if u don t have a lot of money or if u do this is the best place to go I recommend this as a 10 keep up the good work y all

I had a series of unfortunate events that has caused me to break down in VA. Thank God for Bruce's autoparts and for miss Kimberly who was the savior of the day. They were able to find me a rear alex for my tacoma so I can get my truck home soon. I am not local here but I would def recommend this family owned 3rd generation run buisness. As a buisness owner myself I appreciate the way they care for the customer. It showed threw with my experience. Thank you to Kim and the team again

Called to see if they had the part I needed. They did and was told they would call when it had been found. Paid over phone. True to their word, they called soon after. Very smooth process. Just wished they had one closer to or in Midlothian. Definitely would refer Bruce Auto Parts to anyone.

I've done been with this group for years. They are outstanding and the best in the business for auto parts and at some locations the actual repair. I appreciate them for helping me get what i need at the most crucial time of my car life. Excellent customer service, low prices and speed service. I cannot give enough stars for this place. They did an outstanding job on putting a newer transmission in my CRV. I do not understand the bad reviews on Bruce's auto parts. Everyone here was really nice and helpful. If you want great quality for a wonderful price come here. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for all automotive needs. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest people. You do not find many mechanics these days with such awesome qualities that Bruce's auto parts staff has. I definitely will be back if I ever need anything else replaced on my car.

Quality parts and you at least get the piece of mind that the part is good with the pick and pull yourself junk yards you really have to have a good eye or the luck of the Irish for it to be guaranteed good

A waste of a 9 hour round trip! Was looking for a bed for my truck, found one online at their location. The color I needed. I called and inquired about it. The guy I spoke with said the bed was in excellent condition! Came off a low mileage truck. I asked if it had any dents, dings or scratches. He said no but couldn t guarantee there wasn t any parking lot dings It s an A grade. I m not sure who came up with the industry s grading system but it s of no help.First they had the stock numbers wrong. I knew they had two in the correct color. BOTH beds were at BEST a B grade. The one that I was supposed to get was worse than the one they brought up for me to look at.They offered me $100 off. I wouldn t have bought it for half off but I did see they lowered the price by $700 on car-parts.I have a friend who owns a junkyard in DE and she told my that s typically what they do.. LIE about condition.Only positive was the woman working the counter. She was cool. I gave them an extra star for only that reason.

We ordered an AC compressor and it came super fast. We put it it our car and it works great! The price was a little higher than a few other places we called because they're the only ones charging core fee, but then again the other places were super hard to deal with. So we went with Bruce's and were not disappointed.

They are awesome !!!! I had to get a new engine for my Ford Taurus. Brandon that works there help me step by step kept me informed about everything!! I thought that would take at least a month but they had my car ready in about two weeks and worked with me on my payments they were very understanding and reasonable prices for good quality work. Thank you Brandon and Bruce Auto Parts u have my business anytime I need something done on my car

Awesome!! This is the Bass Pro of auto parts stores. Friendly folks and helpful. The young lady who was the cashier, actually came outside to give me an idea on how to swap my driver side mirror out. They sell tires and rims and just about anything you can think of. I will definitively be going back!!

Called them to place an order for a part they stated was in stock. They charged my credit card and the part didn't come in. After calling and having them call me back they never had the part but would sell me another one for almost twice as much. Asked them to meet me half way and they wouldn't even do that. Felt like a bait and switch. Don't charge someone for a part you can't deliver then try to charge 90% more for the same part. Good business would have been to at least offer to go halfway on the part and split the dufference.

Ordered a motor from them over the phone I was told a few issues the motor had which I was okay with. I received the motor about 2 days later and it had a big hole on the head, intake manifold broke in half, timing cover smashed up, all the hoses and pipes were literally sliced off. I called back to return the motor and I spoke to JAY told him my issues and he literally started yelling and using profanity over the top of his voice which is completely unexceptable. They still had the nerve to charge me a 20% restock fee on a $800 motor. I spoke to the manger about the issue and poor unprofessional customer service from JAY the manger on the other hand was nice and waived the restock fee after recognizing it was their fault. Overall STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITEMS LISTED ARE NO WHERE NEAR THE CONDITION ADVERTISED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Excellent customer service. We were able to purchase a part, have it pulled and out the door in less than an hour! ( It is recommended that you pre purchase and wait at least 24h to pick up)

I like that they will install the part that is purchased from them. They were able to find a part that other repair shops couldn't. I received a good price on I'm and they were quicker than most repair shops. Very nice and down to earth PEOPLE .

You can check online, even chat with employees that are on site for the used auto parts you need. So far I ve saved quite a bit of $$
