I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Battlefield . Todd and his staff were very friendly and professional. I needed extensive work on my car and Todd worked to get me the best cost and parts. They do excellent work and made my experience stress free.

I have been taking my vehicles to Todd for years and he is always friendly and professional. He gives good advice and does not get put off when he points out an issue and I fix it myself. I trust him, and that means a lot in the business that he is in. In fact I need to call him to schedule some service right now.

Todd is a great guy and very customer focused. His main priority is customer satisfaction. Fix it right the first time. We take all 3 of our cars there and he has never steered us wrong. He has always been able to take care of whatever the problem may be. It's hard to find good honest mechanics and Todd and Battlefield auto are one of those places you can trust. I highly recommend checking them out.

Excellent, fairly-priced service. They listen carefully to your concerns and questions and respond quickly and expertly. I've had everything from oil changes to transmission replacement. I've always felt welcomed and respected. I have zero complaints.

I recently took my car to this service station after having another shop replace the engine in my car. There was a leak coming from what I thought was the oil pan. I received a call from the shop stating that the oil pan was not the problem and Todd and his crew went above and beyond by putting the car up on a list and showing me where the problem was coming from. They did not charge me for work that I did not need and only charged a minimal fee to trouble shoot my problem. I can not say enough wonderful things about this shop! If you need an honest, reputable mechanic, I highly recommend them! They have a customer for life with this girl!

Brought in a rough-running 30-year-old truck that had plugs replaced not long ago. Todd's team found that one of the plugs was cracked, and replacing it greatly improved the issue. Todd did not make a big case for going further with a carb cleanout, and honestly advised that a burnt valve may be preventing a smoother idle.In this shop you do not have to worry about sales hype and getting taken for a ride. You can rely on Todd to give you truthful advice and treat you like a valued customer. Battlefield always provides quality service at a reasonable cost!

Todd and Barbara Atkinson at Battlefield Service Center in Mechanicsville, VA are TOP NOTCH!!! They are friendly, fair, honest, and provide the BEST service in town. Go see them for all of your automotive needs, or just to enjoy their company!!

After moving back to the area six or so years ago and after having multiple bad experiences with similar providers we finally found Battlefield. We have several older cars that have required a full spectrum of repairs, replacements and periodic maintenance and these guys have always done superb. Nobody likes spending money on unfortunate or unexpected car stuff, ever, but at least when it happens I know I get my money worth, usually more and can depend on them to shoot straight.

This was my first time using Battlefield to service my car. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and welcoming. I will definitely go back since I felt they were an honest company.

Been going here for inspections for a couple years now they are "full service". They failed me for lower ball joints and told me to not come back because I don't spend enough money. Also while going to fix ball joints my break line blew out isn't that more of a safety risk than slightly bad ball joints

Edited update on 9/2/21. Details to follow , based on attention required on unjustified volatile rage and verbally assaulted me , totally unprofessional and rude. Owner positioned himself in a very aggressive and threatening attempt to also pose physical confrontation caught on my Vehicle s GoPro.
