Stopped by for a new car battery. The prices seemed a little more than expected, but the customer service was awesome. They gave us a cart to take out to the car for the battery and lent us tools to change it ourselves. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. Wide selection of items available as well.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a battery about 6 months ago and waited for my original battery to completely die before switching it out. I returned my old battery for a $23 core refund but was informed it was past 90 days so I couldn t return it. After going back and forth with the manager and explaining how wrong that policy was, he returned my $23 but not before a rude employee yelled down from another check out station that people don t usually wait 3 months to return the core. I explained my position again and told them I would never shop at Autozone again. There are so many alternatives that you would think corporate would teach their employees to not be rude and maybe keep their big mouths shut.

After buying a battery there they tested the alternator output to see if it was the reason for draining of the battery. The equipment they used to test it must not have been working correctly because after taking it to the mechanic I was told the alternator was fine and performing properly.

I visited this AutoZone twice last year with my old beater car. The excellent service and responsive staff really stood out to me. I recently got a new used car and needed a few things checked and replaced. Instead of going to other stores for potentially lower prices, I chose to use AutoZone again. The prices are still very good. And again, their service cannot be beat. The staff is always quick to acknowledge you, locate items and even help with installation. This is now my go-to store for all things auto. I appreciate everyone working there.

As a woman the idea of an auto parts store is scary sometimes..But I never expected to have this horrible of an experience on Friday May 27th I went to get a light for my turning signal The first time I entered the store I was helped and given a light but that didn t work so I had to come back.. when I came back I was given a different associate who happened to be the store manager I explained to him the situation and right away he told me no you are wrong it is the right one after I proceeded to explain to him how it wasn t he continued to treat me like I was stupid The way that this store manager talked to me was degrading and honestly very disgusting. The entire time we were talking he was rolling his eyes and at one point he literally yelled at me to ask a simple question you guys really need to work on your customer service because this is not OK and no person should feel this way just trying to get some help.. I really hope that somebody can see this and understand the situation was that OK and that there needs to be a new manager at the store immediately!!

Service with a smile! These guys checked my battery, sold me a replacement at a good price & installed it right away... What more could you ask for? I chose this place for convenience, but will return for the exceptional customer service!

Popped in yesterday because I needed a new battery after being stuck and having to get a jump. Mr. Greene went above and beyond to help me by making sure I got the right battery and even installing it for me...in the heat! Not only was he knowledgeable but he treated every single customer in the store with exceptional customer service! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend visiting Mr. Greene at this AutoZone!

Nasty rainy day and I stopped by to get some new windshield wipers! Mr. Darren went above and beyond to not only help me pick the best ones, but he installed them for me (in the pouring rain) before I left the store!!! Thank you so much Darren for your amazing customer service, you are AWESOME!!!

Darren and Shane were terrific. Had a problem at another Autozone location that sold me an alternator I didn t need and a battery that wasn t fully charged. Darren and Shane righted the problem quickly and professionally without any hassle. Highly recommend this location.

As a woman I walked and was dismissed. I am a dully capable person to work on a car. Barely spoke to me, was not clear and quite rude. I will not be returning.

Took my car here for a battery test. After testing the battery the guy said battery was good.Went to start my car and boom it wouldn't start. Would be one star but the gentleman inside brought out a jumper box to jump my car and was polite. Took my car to the dealership where the diagnostic test in fact showed the battery was not good. Upon speaking to the dealership which informed me that these places like autozone and advance are the worst places to go for a battery test as their machine is not good at all and they also don't know how to properly use them. Well as you can see that is true and I had to have my battery replaced as a apposed to a new alternator like autozone was saying. DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE OR TO THESE TYPES OF PLACES FOR A BATTERY TEST AT ALL.

I was looking for a little advice on what I wanted to buy. The employee there just really only wanted to show me where the item was located and that was pretty much it. I'll go somewhere else next time. After all it seens like there is an auto part store on every corner now a days.

The gentleman helping us was rude and when we decided to not buy the battery, he mumbled at us under his breath. Not good customer service.

1 person at counter. 5 customers in line. And other employee was in back on phone talking about how her week was going. I walked out empty handed after 15 mins of waiting in line. Line never moved forward.
