Tony was very friendly and helpful in an extended way. What a great company. We had extra passengers and they were able to take us to our motel with an extra vehicle. They went far and above what was expected. Thank you for making the extra effort and putting in you time to accommodate our family of 7. We appreciate your company s kindness and professionalism. While driving to Pennsylvania from North Carolina, our vehicle broke down on the side of the highway 77. Tony drove down and picked us up. He even took us to drop off site where we could meet someone to get a ride home. He went out his way to make a very negative experience, a positive one. I highly recommend him. What a great guy.

Tony was such a wonderful person!! We were broken down 2 hrs away from home and he helped us with everything we needed in order for us to make our way back home. He even made trips back to his shop to provide us with the tools we needed to safely get back going. He was such a delight in a stressful situation and we were so thankful for him! Pioneer towing came out to my house today and changed my son s tire. we called for service and then cancelled because we thought we could change it ourselves. we weren t having any luck though - the tire was stuck! the owner at Pioneer called my son to follow up and we are so thankful he did- great service and so friendly- five stars!! thank you so muchService: Tire change

Called on 12-23-23 @10:45pm ; arrived 11:25 pm. Hook me and meand had me moving to a safe location( hotel) for the night. Friendly and polite. If I break down there again I'll call them

Let me start with saying I have never seen better Hospitality out of another business in my life! Tony and hunter went way above and beyond to help us when our 2015 Hyundai Sonata broke down. Not only did they go out of there way to assist us with loading our car onto our own separate trailer that we rented(they did not have to), they also offered to transport us to a hotel and or other local places while we waited for a family member to come pick up our trailer with our car on it. 10/10 recommend their services without a doubt!!

Our car broke down tonight. The roadside service called this establishment out. The dispatcher was so friendly and reassuring. The tow truck driver was so friendly and kind. Turns out this is a family run business and when we didn't fit in the tow truck with the driver, he drove us to the gas station and called his father to come give us a ride to the motel. This company went above and beyond what one could even expect. I would highly recommend anyone that needs this service to use this companyI know for a fact if I am ever here in this situation again I know who I will call.Service: Car towing

I recently attempted to charge my electric car in Wytheville on a longer trip from Nashville to Philadelphia, but the charging station that I had planned on using (at the Sheetz) was out of service. With no range on my battery, I called my car dealership, and they put me in touch with Pioneer Towing to tow my car to a charging station all the way back in Tennessee. When Josh from Pioneer showed up to give me a tow, he went above and beyond and helped me find a compatible charging station at the local Nissan dealership that I could use instead of having to actually get towed. I'm sure that Josh and Pioneer missed out on some money but they saved me a ton of time and trouble. If I had needed a tow, they were prepared to tow my car, with special tools to handle the fact that my car has low ground clearance. Josh was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They also arrived within about 15 minutes of making the call. Thank you, Josh, and thank you, Pioneer, for saving my trip.Services: Battery service, Special vehicle towing, Car towing

I had a great experience with Tony and his company! My car broke down on a Sunday night, and I was worried I wouldn t be able to get a tow. But Tony showed up when he said he would, drove me 42 miles to my destination, and was great company the whole way. I Locked my keys in my truck, while at the hospital visiting my sick grandmother, 5 hours from home. My insurance company sent out Pioneer Towing for lockout service. This guy came out and attempted to unlock my truck, while complaining about Ford f150s and their locks. He then said that the last one he unlocked, he busted the window. He couldn t reach the lock and said I would have to call Ford for help. Ford was closed on a Sunday and no one answered the phone. Called two more locksmiths who both said that it is easy to unlock. They said Ford hasn t changed their locking system in 30 years and they are soo easy. Would not recommend at all. I get it if you don t have the tools or know how to do the job, but they knew what kind of vehicle I had when they came. I waited an hour for them to come, just to be worried he was going to bust my window and then thought I was going to be stranded before having to wait again, on a better lock smith service to come and do the job correctly.Service: Car lockouts
