Normal service, kinda fast 4 steering tire change... but, as usual, something was forgotten... they had to reprint invoice at least 3 times until getting it correct, didn't take out chokes from drives and... installed an used steam valve without gator cap... little details makes biggest differences.

While getting lunch at Wendy's, another driver knocked my passenger side mirror off and broke the piece that held it in place. They ordered the part and replaced the mirror so I could continue taking my delivery to its final destination

I had a super, and excellent service, i stopped their cause i need to replace 2 trailer tires, 40 minutes in and out, i was a way over my expectorations

I broke down in the fuel lane just in front of their shop. When I was trying to diagnose another driver said if you can t get it running, that shop is great, they know what their doing and are very good . He was right! They are very friendly, professional and quick. They helped me diagnose the problem at the pump, got my truck running just long enough to get to get in their shop bay, and fixed the problem even when major challenges came up.

I highly recommend not doing business with this shop. They replace 2 marker lights on the trailer...4 hours!! Everything was done very slowly, the worker walked around the trailer, climbed the stairs one step, back and forth, back and forth. Two marker lights - 4 hours, can you imagine? They took $410 for it, I was shocked! Never again in this shop, never! Lazybones and cheaters!!!Service: Electrical

I had a great experience with the Boss Shop here at the Flying J at Fort Chiswell, Virginia. I had stopped for fuel 3 miles down the interstate at the Pilot and found that I had a cut in a trailer tire. Upon arriving I checked in with the office and they called my company to authorize a replacement. They were just finishing up with a truck in one of the tire bays and within 12 minutes of my arrival I was pulling around to pull in the work bay. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technician checked with me about the tread height difference between a new tire and the old tire but when I told him that I would have my mechanic rotate some tires to other spots about 300 miles from there he was fine with that. Some shops would have insisted on selling me to tires when I only needed one. I'm sure not everyone's experience goes that smoothly but mine did and I hope yours does too.

Went to get my ABS fixed at a boss shop. The tech there said he couldn t find anything wrong. Stated he jacked up the tire and no issues. Drove 70 miles with light off. Stopped for the night and it came back on after sitting still for 30 minutes. I reset it myself and it came back on while I slept. Took it to Boss shop in Max Meadows. The tech stated it would ve reset itself if nothing was wrong. Not only did he find a cut in the wire on the ABS that I told him that the other tech said was bad he found a second one with a cut. The only problem was he only had enough parts to fix one. So he fixed that one. I took it to utility Trailer when I got home to fix the other. Cost me around 700.00 all together cause the first tech was lazy and wanted to go home.

Boss is what I call a " truckers " shop. No BS, they treat you great and have good mechanics. You're also not sitting around hours and hours waiting like those other you know who shops. Two stars because they had a dispatch available to do a roadside forced regen but they weren t successful in doing it. Had to tow the truck from Rural Retreat to our shop in Winston Salem. We successfully regen d the truck with no issues then next morning with no other work done to it. Their bill was over $500 plus a very expensive and unnecessary tow. You decided

I tell everyone to use Boss shops.Put your repairs on a credit card....if you get down the road and it wasn't fixed; call your creditor and halt payments.Boss shops have the experience and expertise to best manage your problems and provide service. Sometimes the supervisor might need to put eyes on the situation...but I've not yet been disappointed by any location or fix that was needed.

Today our family had a flat tire on our car on our way to vacation. They happen to have a plug in the shop, they plugged it and tested it. Didn't charge us and told us to have a great vacation. Way to be great customer service and giving. Even know plugs are not much but the hospitality was was appreciated and kept our vacation in such positive view and right back on the road. Thank you we appreciated the help!

I want to give a special heartfelt THANK YOU to Boss Shop!On my way home to the Great Lakes area from the Carolinas I broke a serpentine belt. Boss Shop fixed my vehicle and got me on my way quickly. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and most of all polite.Thank you all!You couldn't choose a better place to break down at!

Decent and quick, but did not fix my problem. Had a bad battery that was causing my alternator to run non-stop. Burned up 2 alternators (the original and a replacement)They installed the 3rd and sent me on my way to the dealer for further work.They saw the bad battery, but thought the problem was with the ECU. Cost me 2 days of work.....

I wouldn't trust this place to change a mudflap. Went to this place complaining of intermittent brake issue. Told no problems. Told them their is a problem and go change relay valve on trailer. They didn't want to do it. Asked if mechanic blew air line out from relay to glad hand, they said mechanic knows what he's doing and has left for day. Then i see him walk by behind service counter. (Nice lies). My company told them to do whatever i wanted, so i told them to change the relay valve. They sent a courier one hour away to pick up a quick release valve, thanks for listening you incompetent people i said relay valve.

Stopped by to replace air bag, was told that price would be around $360 with labor. Once the "the job was done the thing in the front desk told us that the price was $570 due to, extremely snail like "Labor and leveling valve linkage kit ,we were never told about. We complained to thing, woman at the desk about it, but she ended up yelling at us. We then de- escalated the situation by making her understand that she was basically robbing us, I kid you not she was acting like a 5 year old. She was pretty dumb but we were dumber by stopping at this place. We should have seen the signs when we saw a man that had just payed them $1600 for literally nothing. Don t be like us, for the love of God don t stop here.

One technician 5 bayshop, mechanic move like he had already worked a 24-hour shift , when they say it will be a 2 hr wait,they lied , going on 3. Probably going to be at least another hour before I get into the shop . I'm sorry but with today's elog time is even more important to a driver . Avoid this place if at all possible !!!

I really enjoyed the customer service at this location Rose met me with the most beautiful smile and answer every question that needed to be but the cherry on top was Mr Tim that he took the time out to explain to me the problem and showed me one on one what had happened instead of making me wait he stopped doing whatever he was doing to aid me in that truck hands down never have I ever had that kind of customer service well done Mr Tim and Rose

I had to give them a star Just to be able to post this driver warning!!! Dec 28 I made The mistake Of stopping at this shop Without reading the reviews And went there to replace 3 old studs on my right steer wheel. I was told that my hub was defective and By policy had to be replaced before they would put my wheel back on. The mgr Stated my only Option was to move the truck out of the shop by wrecker. All I wanted was to get a second opinion at speedco close by then come back for the parking and food do to the part having to be ordered and wont be there for 4 days. They parked the truck back under my unsecured load and took my wheel back off (Against me telling them not too !) sitting the truck on a stand. The state police said that this was a civil matter and woudnt intervene. The mgr stated that he was being nice to put the truck back under the load so I wouldn't have to sleep outside in the cold. I barely had enough to pay for the repair 4 days later. This post is a week late do to me not being able to find a lawyer that will take my case. Sense leaving that nightmare Ive had my old hub inspected by 2 different Machanics and was told my hub isn't defective...

This shop is superb! They have saved me twice from situations that would have kept me stranded. Super friendly, knowledgeable and gets the job done quick and efficiently!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Great service and friendly people. Got a bracket welded on on the truck and the welder did a great job. Took longer than expected but I guess you can't rush perfection!

They don t even deserve one star. Had oil change and they have provided me piece of paper has tires pressure on it, one of the tire pressure was zero (0) but mechanic never mentioned to me or the lady on counter. They re charged me for oil change but never told me that one of my tire is flat.

Charged for road service however the mechanic did not bring the air bag with him but I had to pay service call and then after arriving at the shop another air bag blew cost 998.00 to have two air bags replaced
